View Full Version : DON'T switch from FIDO to TELUS

Telus mobilite offered a "Match It" plan. Supposedly if you traded in your Fido phone you would get the same rate plan from Telus that you get from Fido.

Well... THEY LIE!!!!

On FIDO I pay $11.87 a month (no air time, but it's an emergency use only phone).

I switched to Telus and my monthly bill is over $19 (and that's only temporary because they had a 50% off special). They difference is they charge a $7.50 licensing fee on top of their rate plan. So the $10 FIDO plan costs $17.50 on Telus (with taxes to be added on to that).

:rolleyes: That is not a "MATCH" if you ask me.

Now I am going to have to go through the hassle of switching phones again.

People in america use real phone companies like AT&T, Verizon, Sprint...MCI....

Never trust a phone company named after a space ship or one named after a dog. >_> wierdo.
