When on Nighttime Shift:

Sleep until 3:30 in the afternoon
Take long pee
Eat cereal while staring at blank television screen
Shower
Skateboard with friends
Eat dinner
Read semi-educational book
Go to work
Come home at 7 in the morning...
Slumber

And sometime in between all of those visit The Hype. :p

Come home, play with dog, write.
Either go on computer or play video games.
Stay up later than I should (4 a.m.), go to bed, and start over.

Food is usually consumed twice a day (not a morning person--so, if it means you get to sleep an extra ten minutes instead of eat, I'm all for it). And my world pretty much revolves around my dog, so she should actually be on the list more than she is.
