Well right now it looks like the sandman and green goblin are the main two villians with venom being introduced for spidy 4. But Venom has been confirmed that he his in spidy3.

no it's supposed to be sandman GG2 (which they should just call hobgoblin IMO) and a venom intro. Supposedly we won't really know till its out. And all these ludricous fanboys waiting for a big reveal of venom in costume are gonna be dissapointed we aint gonna get it. At best will see the symbiote in the church consume brock and then an evil smile in the dark fade to black at the end of the movie. Again IMO.
