Ah...good times. And I didn't like Joker's new look, either. In fact, most everyone suffered from the "streamlining." It worked in Superman, but hid the character's visual deficiancies in Batman. sigh...

I did, but I didn't like the idea, since Joker has pretty much no inhibitions to begin with, so how will the mask change him? (And I didn't relish the idea of Joker humiliating Bats...which, so far as I know, didn't happen.) And that "absolute power" thing is kind of a plot hindrance.

No, in the actual comics, he got shot by his girlfriend. He also wasn't a very nice guy to begin with, so I got a little confused when Batman says, "You'll never be HIM." (assuming he's talking about Stanley). They seemed to mix the movie and comic book in that one. Confusing.

Ehh, not much. I think they said that Joker had a diseas or something and he planned to kill the world or something like that. I think he turned most people into mindless Joker clones. They all had grins, green hair, and white skin. I have this superman one that Lex luthor was president or something and he was also turned. I never finished cause i couldnt buy anymore. Then i missed out. :(

Well, you do! Also, I grew up with Batman, and he was the first superhero I loved, it was just that as I grew up I began to love Spider-Man more and the trashy Batman films pushed me away, however I am a still a Bat-fan and Batman Begins will give me the reborn fandom I require!

Yeah, me neither. It's a wise move to go with two relatively unfamiliar (to viewing audience) villains, rather than straight to the kill with the Joker, because BB will be a great film on acting and story, and not just some big-name villain. Hopefully the new Batman films will emulate the success of the Spidey films and concentrate on character rather than flashy gadgets or cheesy lines.
