Funny , I like it .Thanks.
I made it to tick off GuyverJay he and I have been going back and forth over who would win Spiderman vs Wolverine.
looks great, man! if you imagine what logan's legs would look like if spidey wasnt there, where you have the foot now doesnt really add up. perspective can be such a pain in the @$$ especially without a ref photo. but again, looks great!

Thanks Carmine,
I threw it together in 20 min or less including the shoody color job.
I am thinking of making a fan art challenge thread.
The idea would be that non-illustrator members would request a specific drawing and the participating artists would all submit their take on it.
After each request is fulfilled the requestor picks a winner.
Let mme know what you think.

I know it's unfinished, but Thor appears to just be a head and Wolverine is too small. He looks 10 years old compared to the others. Other than those easily fixed problems, great!

you have to remember that figures occupy space. what appears now is very flat. the overal composition has the potential to be very dynamic. what i would maybe suggest is do at least 2-3 studies prior to a finished work. This definitely a must for a larger piece, where it would even be wise to work out sections of the piece. Your not scared to tackle foreshortening which is admirable, so dont stop this can only make your work better and give you more options. however, areas like hulk's hand holding ironman seems to be a forced grip. If you have something similar in scale at home grab it and notice how the wrist, plam and fingers work to grab it.
Otherwise, you got an exciting image that when finished will be a sight to see.

I like this piece. It has a nice sense of energy and movement to it and the cropping gives it a sense of bulk and strength which is definitely something the hulk needs.
Wouldn't mind seeing a little more of Thing's head whether it's just a little more of his features (underside of chin and nose) as it stands now he does look a little like he's had his head knocked. I also wouldn't mind seeing the Hulk seem a little more angry...he looks a little nonchalant IMO.
I do find the bright blue in the background a little strong though and wouldn't mind seeing the "swoosh" tapered and faded at one end, probably the one closer to Thing.
Overall good job, like the cropping and the strength og the black line work, some nice gestural quality to it as well.

Ouch, Why so harsh? I just meant that The hulk is looking at spiderman in a funny way. Something positive to contribute would be that you got most of the characters in the front to look good (except for Hypers elbow) and Captain America looks pretty cool but you should make his eyes looking forward toward the viewer. You can check my art out at http://bebop5.deviantart.com/ and check for yourself that I can draw.
Remember I'm still an amateur (17), and that for someone that could'nt draw **** last year and was looking at other peoples drawings and copying it(I don't do that anymore), I think I'm doing alright now. And who's JK?

LOL, I didn't notice that. I'd have to agree w/ the Iron Lad on this one KAD.:oldrazz:

I have the Intuos 3
If your a student you can get them at a similar price to the Graphire
Shoot... wish I would have read this before I got mine.
Maybe I'll use this for a bit, and then sell it on ebay and upgrade.
I love it regardless... I used it just a bit on my March fanart submission and I can already see I'm gonna love have this thing!

I was thinking of having him invite Reed to drink with him but 5 page forces you to be concise
This a really early layout for page 3

Added more text to the first page. Comments are welcome but please remember this is a wip. The text hasn't been proofread and I will be working on the visuals up until Friday. With that said Input is greatly appreciated.

I absolutely love all your perspective and positioning. I don't know if i've ever said anything, but you're definitely one of my favorite artists on the hype that I always enjoy watching progress. My only problem with your work is that you tend to get distracted on another piece before finishing the one you're working on, giving most of your work a very unfinished feeling.
Rock on Bud.

I know what you mean I am a bit rusty and I am trying to build my skill back to a point where I have the control and focus to do finished pieces.
Hence this little 5 page project. I want to see how far I can take it by Friday.

In the 5 page story Tony uses sonics to disrupt Reeds molecular control of his body reducing him to Jello

Yeah he acts way out of character.
Though I can understand it being the logical progression of the character.
Didn't get as far as I wanted. I was sucked into Oblivion.

Can't say i'm diggin page 4 as much as the others. Though the story is well scripted. There's way to much close up facial shots and such for my liking. all the skin tones together just make everything really bland, especially in comparison to the other pages. This might be something that's just bugging me, though. The first panel of page four is awesome, though.
I see what you mean.
I wanted the fourth page to be about th dialouge and the 5th to be a splash.
I just started a new job so updates will slow until the weekend lets wait and see if it works in the end.
