I know I've been MIA... While SV is in reruns I bought all 4 season of Lois and Clark and have been reveling in those adventures of Superman all summer. LOVE that show! I've even done some art and wallpapers inspired by L&C... but I don't know if I can post them here. Seems kinda like "cheating" on Tom. ;)

While I have been LOVING my Lois and Clark DVDs all summer, I don't have any expectations about SV successfully going in that direction. While I ADORE Tom (and will watch just for him), TW and ED have very little chemistry that I can perceive. They are definitely NO Cain and Hatcher. So I'm cringing a bit KNOWING that they are going to throw those two together more. They have to. I just think it's going to fall flat.

For the first time I'm not re-watching past seasons in anticipation of this one. The main relationships, and the ones I was interested in, between Clark/Lana and Clark/Lex, have ended. And it was not pretty. Knowing how it ends... watching is a little depressing. :(

I guess everyone has their own perceptions of chemistry. I happen to think both Clana and Clois have great chemistry.. Season 4 Clois is my favorite because I think their chemistry was the best in that season, but after that, when Clana picked up, they watered it down, because you can't have Clark have sparkage with Lois while hes in a serious relationship with Lana otherwise all hell would break loose LOL.. but I think season 4 proves that Clois has great potential to spark, so I'm looking forward to what happens in season 8. I think they've built up the friendship chemistry quite good, but romantic? Well considering Clois isn't allowed to be romantic, then comparing it to a show that is called LOIS & CLARK, isn't really fair.

Aww thanks Carol!...Well you're missing yummy Tommy by not going to the arts! I do have to say though that they did change the forum colors. :cwink: I wouldn't have started posting there if they hadn't. Hope you get a chance to see the wallies I posted there.

As far as S8, I don't see (perceive) any romantic chemistry at all between this Clark and Lois like I did Clark and Lana so it's gonna be a bitter season for me if they give us that. I like the sibling like sarcasm between them only. They are funny together. This Lois brings out the comic Clark with her quirky ways but that's it for me in the ship dept. :csad: Clana and Clalicia were the only two ships I enjoyed and WB even killed that for me! :whatever:

I find a lot of the guys on Smallville hot. Of course, none of them are as hot as Tom... but I mean..... Justin Hartley is very, very hot. Was browsing at a book store in the middle of corn country and saw a book called "The Demon's Lexicon" by Sarah Brennan (hope I remember the author's name correctly). Don't know anything about the book or its plot, but imagine my surprise at the cover. Found it at Amazon and here for one and all is the published cover. Gee didn't Fabio used to get used and abused in years past in precisely this manner?
