Rogue takes off and zooms towards Magneto, setting herself up to give him a right hook she barrels down on him. The earth whizzing by beneath her.

Hearing Iceman's voice she pulls up and hoovers above Magneto's right side.

"Ya'll heard the boy, what is it you want?"

Karem-Knight - venom892, the guy who plays Spider-Man, hasn't been on in ages. I noticed he hadn't been contributing, even though his character has been placed in a rather important role in relation to Doc Ock, you and myself. I sent venom892 a PM, clarifying what was happening with his character in the RPG, and asking him to come back, or at least PM me back wiht a reason for why he hasn't been getting involved. Almost a week has passed, and the guy hasn't even responded to my PM. I think venom892 either needs to improve his attitude, or let someone else take over as Spider-Man.

MST3K 4Ever & TheElderOne - I know this is convoluted, but Ock's hideout and the power plant are two different places. Go back and read the posts carefully. Ock started out in his hideout, which is where he installed the virus as a security system against intruders.

A couple of pages back, he invaded the power plant, which is somewhere completely different in New York. His plan at the power plant involves destroying the nuclear reactor and bathing the city in radiation. There is no virus anywhere in the vicinity of the power plant.

So, TheElderOne, you won't need a gas mask, because there is no virus at the power plant. To stop Ock, you won't have to disarm any virus in the air-filters, you will have to stop Ock from destroying the nuclear reactor.

However, since the guard believed that Ock was doing something involving an airborne virus, and told Daredevil and Blade that that was what he was up to, it would be plausible that they would search the air-vents. They just won't find anything, that's all.

By the way, Doc Ock told me that he was away until Monday, so if either of you guys want to start fighting, come after me first, so Doc Ock has a chance to come back and take over playing as Doctor Octopus.

Bullseye had to get outside, to get some air. He'd cleared it with The Doc, said he was going outside to check for intruders. Bullseye walked round the outside of the power plant. The thought suddenly dawned him that there weren't as many guards out here as there had been when he'd gone in. That's when he spotted them.

Daredevil was here. Bullseye knew that he couldn't have possibly killed him. That would have been too easy. But Bullseye was going to make sure he finished the job tonight. It looked like Daredevil had brought a friend along as well, a big, burly black guy. Bullseye would be happy to kill him too.

Bullseye darted back inside the power plant. He frantically looked around for something he was sure he'd seen on his way in. There it was - a toolbox. In Bullseye's hands, it might as well have been a box of grenades.

Bullseye hauled the toolbox outside, slamming it down on the ground. He opened it up, choosing his first weapon - a spanner. Bullseye took aim, then flung it, aiming for Daredevil's horned head.

"Should we go after that human girl we were going to rescue from Bullseye? Something is very wrong here. I don't think he would kidnap here for no good reason. Wolverine... Can you find her scent or Bullseye's? We can track him to where ever he is."

Punching his fist into a brick wall and letting out a growl, Wolverine takes a deep breath and crouches down.

"The redhead. Yep, got her." Wolverine launches himself in the direction of MJ (where the hell is she again??? OOC)

Daredevil heard something...a toolbox hitting the ground and something was coming. He says low to Blade, "Take cover now! We are not alone."

Daredevil dives behind a concrete wall near the air venting system just as he hears a spanner hitting the wall. "Bullseye is taking shots at us this could be complicated" he says.

"So we ar just gonna forget about magneto right now cyclops?"

Bullseye cursed under his breath. He'd missed both of them. Going back to the toolbox, he scooped up a handful of bolts, about a dozen in total.

"See if you can dodge this," chuckled Bullseye to himself.

Bullseye flung all the bolts at Daredevil and Blade.

(OOC: Doc Destruction, Bullseye is with Doc Ock at the power plant, but he doesn't have Mary-Jane anymore. Green Goblin is holding her at a secret location.)

[THRAKA-DOOM!]

"Yes Bobby, I suppose we are. I have a strange feeling about the goings on around here, and Magneto obviously dosen't have any plans, or he wouldn't ask us to find the Brotherhood for him."

Psylocke waits to see what Magneto will do next. "This guy doesn't give up does he?"

"Oh **** no.", Blade edges lower down against the surface of the steel crate he was hiding behind, trying to avoid as many tools and the like that Bullseye aimed at them. He had to think fast, or else he was in for it. He waited for all of the bolts to pierce themselves into the walls surrounding Blade and Daredevil, one of which skimmed Blade's shoulder and split open the skin, even through the tough leather of his trenchcoat.

"Alright, you Randy Johnson wannabe sucka, I got somethin' for ya."

Blade got up, removing his coat and flinging it up in the air in an attempt to syke Bullseye out about which was him and which was'nt. With that he did'nt waste a single second, launching himself to the side, away from the crate, firing several round towards Bullseye, somewhat blindly. He'd land on the ground and quickly get up, running behind a wall for cover, hoping he had got him atleast once, the flesh wound on his shoulder now fully healed thanks to his regeneration abilities.

He looked over to Daredevil through all of the mayhem, "Damn, cracka' I cannot believe you got my black, undead ass into dis."

[THRAKA-DOOM!]

"Like I said, Bobby, I don't think he will right now, not without his Brotherhood."
He looks at Psylock.
"You coming?"
OOC: I think that Magneto left, Sable

Daredevil looks at Blade and says, "Bullseye is good, but he's arrogant and trying to take on both of us at once. He is working for Ock we get our hands on him he could be a wealth of information. I think you have a better chance of getting to him than me. You're faster than me and not to mention your healing abilities are off the scale. The trick is his hands without that them...he's useless. I'll draw his fire see if you can get to him! Remember we need him to be able to talk anything else that happens to him...I got no problem with that."

With that Daredevil picks up a couple of the bolts and begins flining them away from Blade he says to low to Blade, "Go!"

Doc Ock walked down the walkway of the power plant.Where was Bullseye? The fool was supposed to be his bodyguard.Octavius picked up his tranciever radio."Bullseye you fool where are you?Come in Bullseye".

No reply.Only static."Maybe he realised he really is doomed and went and finished himself off" Ock thought to himself and smiled at this thought.

Reports of kidnapping and mayhem coming through on the mysterious abduction of Peter Parker's wife and Aunt. Reports of a large, black spider-like creature being seen. Cletus sits back calmly. *

Frank watched the X-men form the side of the warehouse.
Punisher War Journal: I hoped that the “rodent” would catch the scent of one of the two women kidnapped and I was in luck, all I had to do was fallow him here and I was in business.
Frank stuck his head out from around the corner.
I was standing down wind of them so my scent wouldn't get picked up, but I don't think it would matter much, the smell of gun powder was nothing new in this city.
Frank rested his back on the wall again.
One of the women kidnapped was an actor, I had never seen here work, but she must be worth something for some one to kidnappe her.

Now that I had found the place all I had to do is get in......
He went around to the back of the building and found a latter leading up to the roof passing a window on the way.
Frank slung his M16 over his shoulder and begun to clime.

Ears twitching, Logan grunted.

"Great. We're about to have a bloodbath on our hands, here."

Popping one claw, he carves a circular hole into the side of the wall. Sticking his head into the room, he surveys the situation.

Frank slipped into the rafters and took aim on some thugs that where pre pairing for the X-men.
He pulled the trigger *BRRAAATTTTT!* the amour piercing bullets ripped through the back's and base of there skulls.
I did some glaze fire on there flank, they didnt know what hit them.
Frank climed down off the rafters and onto the top of some crates.
Now all I had to do was find the girl.

Psylocke turns her back from a noise she heard

"Did you guys hear that?" "It came from over there"

Iceman freezes three goons into an ice cube, with just thier heads sticking out.
"A little frostbite never hurt anybody. Lets hope you guys dont get severe frostbite though."

"That was fun!"

* Carnage leaps from his apartment window leting a webline flow. as he swings he thinks to himself, where would the best place to start some true fun? Then he smiles, Time to go shopping! *

* Moments later Carnage lands on the top of a multi-layer mall. He forms the symbiote into a piercing shaft and plunges it through the roof. *

" Here's Daddy! HAHAHAHAHAHA! "

* Carnage begins by forming an axe on one hand and using his other fingers to spear bystandards. As he cuts a swath through the shoppers security guards start to fire on him. After impailing three and beheading two all that can be heard is the panic and screaming of mall shoppers running and trampling each other. *

" Now this is what I call mayhem!!!! "

(OOC: Sorry for the absence, I had exams at University. Now, back to the action!)

Bullseye could see Daredevil's buddy heading towards him. Bullseye was going to make sure he wasn't going to get much further.

"Hey! Nice haircut!"

This guy didn't seem in the mood for small talk, he was all business. So Bullseye would just get to the point. He reached in the toolbox for another weapon.

"You know what you need? A good screw!"

Laughing at his own lame pun, Bullseye sent a screwdriver spinning towards Blade.

Daredevil hears Bullseye and shakes his head, "Out of all the psychos we get one who is into puns...great," He says to himself, and with that he hurls several bolts at Bullseye.

[Keyser Soze]

Bullseye spins round to see the bolts headed towards him. Daredevil's aim wasn't lethal like his, but these bolts would still hurt like hell if they hit him.

Bullseye dodges the first bolt, it passed within inches of his face. He catches the second bolt, and prepares to throw it back at Daredevil. Then the third bolt hits him square in the nuts, bringing him to his knees.

"Crap," Bullseye gasped under his breath. That was it. the icing on the cake. This was officially the worst day of Bullseye's life. Ever.

Bullseye scrambled for the bolt he had caught. Grabbing a hold of it, Bullseye pinged it at Daredevil's throat.

[THRAKA-DOOM!]

Cyclops Shoots two of the goons with an optic blast, knocking them out. Then he turns to anouther one and gives him a nice uppercut to the chin and smacks him with both fists. One runs up to Cyclops and starts shooting, but he shoots out an optic blast that not only obliterates the bullets before they hit him, but also destroys the machine gun and throws the goon against a wall, where he slams and falls like a rag doll.
"Good Job X-Men, keep it up!"

OOC: Goblin, you might want to play these goons; they're more of a threat with a mind behind them.

* Carnage swaggers through the mall maiming and slicing civilians as they run in panic. He suddenly comes to a mother with a baby carriage. He smiles an evil, vicious grin and impales the young mother through the eye socket and reaches down and tickles the infants chin. *

" Coochie, coochie, coo. HAAAHAAAHAHAHA! "

* Leaving the child alone he travels further down the mall concourse. *

Blade was now coatless, wearing only his flak jacket which was adorned by dozens of gadgets and weaponry. He was also pacing.. Pacing as fast as he could towards Bullseye, and damn was he fast. He smirked and flashed a wide grin towards Bullseye as he dished out his lame insult towards him, a slight flash of his fangs could be seen.

He reached over his flat-topped head for his sword, that was sheathed horizontally across his back. Swinging it down sharply, he'd easily deflect the incoming screwdriver head towards him. He suddenly stopped just a few feet away from Bullseye, who was now kneeling down on the ground.

He did'nt worry too much about the bolt he had just thrown at Daredevil because quite frankly, he did'nt really give a **** about him at the moment, he did'nt even know why he was teamed up with him, not to mention that he knew Daredevil had a solid chance at dodging Bullseye's attack easily, especially because Bullseye launched while in pain, lots of pain.

The end of Blade's sword was lightly tapping the back of Bullseye's neck, "So what now, sucka'?", he said, slight laughter in his voice.

Wolverine slips away and pops the lock on an office, opening the door slowly. Smirking as he looks inside, he sees MJ tied to a chair and gagged.

"Heya Red. The cavalry is here."

Slipping the ropes off, Wolverine grabs her hand and leads her out and toward the X-men.

"So, whatta ya say you leave that webhead and hook up with a real man, doll?"

[Midnight Ice]

"oh wolverine,what is it with you and red heads? Come on, lets get her out of here."

The Punisher jumps down from the crates well pulling out the empty clip from his gun.
As he smacked a fresh one in he looked at the ground.
It was covered with blood some splinters of wood from the crates and bodys of about nineteen men.
All the thugs where dead or dying, I needed one alive to point me in the right direction.
Frank grabbed one of the men by their bloody arm and turned him so they where face to face.
Frank:"Wheres the girl?"
The man pointed to the direction of the office with his bloody hand.
Frank:"Is Osborne here?"
Man:"I don't know.....*gurgle*......just please take me to the...*gurgle*...hospital."
The guy was ether in shock or nuts because theres only one way I would help him.
Frank:"Ill do you one better." said Frank as he placed the barrel of his M16 into the thugs mouth.
*BANG!*

Daredevil felt the bolt hurling through the air as he quickly sticks the end of his billyclub up in front of his throat. He hears the bolt "ting" off of his billyclub. Daredevil touches the surface of his billyclub and notes that it is scratched. "The nerve of that clown scratching my equipment...I'll have to remember that."

Just then he hears behind him the rustling of leaves and at least four sets of foot steps. "Four on 1...hardly seems fair...for them. Although unfortunately none of them are breathing heavy...the real troops must've been called in for this one. This might be fun."

Daredevil quickly taps in morse code with his billy club on a metal pipe, "I'll take care of these clowns...you deal with bullseye...I'll keep these guys busy....see what he knows."

Daredevil retreats a shadowed area and hears one of them say, "I think there were reports of two costumed clowns around here."

Daredevil says, "I'll settle for a lot of things, someone saying I look like a clown is not one of them." With that he leaps out and strikes one of them in the chest with a side-kick.

Photon flying over NY on her way to visit the avengers mansion see's Wolverine and company and decides to join in. "So what's going on here" she asks, landing near them.

Bullseye knew that if he made any sudden moves, such as spinning round to attack this guy, he would end up with his head in his lap. Bullseye had to think of something that would get that sword away from his neck. Just then Bullseye came up with an idea. At the angle, it wouldn't kill fang-boy, but it would stun him.

The Goblin showed up and it changed my plans, it seemed that Osborne had got some help.
Frank stepped out into the street.
I never knew the Goblin was for hire, if I did I would of been ready.
He ran past Wolverine and around the corner to the battle van.
For this fight Id need some better gear.

Earlier in the week I "punished" some weapons dealers, that where funding a gang war.

I'm happy I got there when I did.

The battle van came speeding around the corner with the back facing the fight.
When it stopped all was fine, but out of no where the back doors flew open, and there was Frank standing behind minigun, but there was nothing mini about it.
6 barrels, firing 72 round a second, that is 4320 rounds a minute, that = a whole lot of punishment.
Frank opened fire on the Goblin.

Blade kept his position, his right hand gripping tightly around the center of the sword's hilt, left hand held behind him, holding one of his boomerang blades. He took notice at Bullseye's motions, throwing the hammer around Blade and towards the wall. Blade was ready to take action and try to deflect it but did'nt budge an inch once he heard the sharp *ting* of Daredevil's billyclub knock the hammer away.

He stood there, like a statue until he spoke to Daredevil, his eyes sturnly gazing down at Bullseye for anymore strange movements, he was ready to slice the man's head off if he noticed him doing anything but breath, "That it? Well I guess you don't suck after all.... Daredevil.", a smirk over his lips. Yeah..he finally called him Daredevil, it was the least he could do as a sign of thanks after getting rid of that hammer. It's not like he knew his real name...

He nudged Bullseye in the ribs with tip of his steel-toed boots, "You heard da man, speak up. Oh and yeah.. I have a name.. Daredevil already addressed me by it."

He smirked, finally sheathing his sword back into place; horizantilly pointing down his back, "I gotta go take care 'o business with fat-boy before he finishes that science project of his. I can probably out-last him in terms of endurance, even though he'll probably be using his tentacles all the while, besides..", he reached into his side pocket and pulled out an extra pair of shades, placing them loosely over his nose, "I heal fast."

Blade spoke with enough confidence for a hundred men, but it's not like he ever really fought someone like The Doc before, he'd only seen him in the news and read about him in the morning paper every once in awhile. Not to mention that he had no idea that Otto knew he was coming.

"Listen, wanna-be...that girl is under X-Men and Avengers protection as of now...and on top o' that, MY protection. You touch a red hair on her head and you'll be eating a sharp adamantium sandwich, you get me?"

* Carnage swung down to the street level near an outdoor bistro and preceeded to wade through people cutting and slashing as he went making his way towards the shop. Once reaching it he walked up to the counter where a very scared worker stood and peed on himself. *

* After stabbing the worker through his face Carnage preceeded to make a ham and cheese sandwich. Once finishing the sandwich Carnage shot out a web and swung on to bigger and better things. *

Doc Ock Stood on the walkway of the power plant.All was quiet except for the faint humming sounds from the reactor core.Then there was a sound.A faint shuffling above in the shadows.

Ock smiled."Here already Blade? Excellent.Now we can finish what was interrupted outside-Your execution".Ock stood on two tentacles and rose higher in the air.

"Come now show yourself.I am almost impressed you have figured out my little plan.Let me congratulate you face to face" Ock sneered.

"No. Not SHIELD. We will leave Parker alone. If you let us up, we will help you. Magneto asked us to kill Wolverine. He was to lazy to do it himself. He made a deal with us. Now will you let us go?"

If Bullseye wasn't so exhausted, hurt and just plain pissed off, he would have found the irony of his current situation hillarious. here he was, helping Daredevil of all people, trying to save New York City. Bullseye had led his nemesis through the city, and they had finally arrived at their destination: a warehouse at the waterfront.

"Here we are, Daredevil. I bet that, when you woke up this morning, you didn't expect to be teamin' up with the guy who killed your girlfriend? Isn't it funny?"

Bullseye moved closer to Daredevil, fully aware that Daredevil couldn't do anything to him until he had gained access to the hideout.

"You know, when I was gettin' ready to impale her with her own sai, I almost had second thoughts. For a moment, I was actually thinkin' about kissin' her, and getting it on with her right there and then. I could tell she wanted me, couldn't you? But then I thought that I didn't want your sloppy seconds, so I just killed her instead."

Bullseye swaggered away from Daredevil, looking around the warehouse.

Bullseye chuckled softly, just before finding what he was looking for. He pressed the button, and the secret elevator opened up. Bullseye looked back up at Daredevil.

"Going down?"

"No. Not SHIELD. We will leave Parker alone. If you let us up, we will help you. Magneto asked us to kill Wolverine. He was to lazy to do it himself. He made a deal with us. Now will you let us go?"

"Why did Magneto hire you to kill Wolverine and what makes you think we can trust you?" asked Psylocke in an aggressive voice

Goblin got away, thanks to Magneto.
"Just kill him,that way you never have to deal with his **** again." said frank
as he aimed a gun at Venoms head.
"Calling all cars, to 179 hole street" interrupted Franks police scanner.
"Multiple stabbed victims, suspect has fled the scene, over."
Something was going down this very minute.
Frank ran to the battle van a speed away.
Most of the time I wouldn't just give up like this without the bad guy dead on the ground.But the girl was safe now and the Goblin had escaped, but I still had a chance of getting this guy.

If I act against him not only will Elektra's & Karen's death be on my conscience but then thousands of others.

He grits his teeth and says, "Shut-up and let's get on with this. Remember paybacks are hell and I weild one hell of a pitchfork...so watch it!" He enters the elevator with Bullseye

Popping his claws, Logan snarls.

"Good question. Why me? What's that bastard trying now?"

* The view was simply breathtaking. Below him, the majestic land of Latveria sprawled out towards the horizon, fading off into the sunset. Victor Von Doom stood, taking a brief moment to admire the accomplishment and progress that had been made by this country.

The moment was quickly ruined however as 3 Latverian soldiers entered the throne room, bringing Doom all too hastily back down to reality.

If only it were that easy...

" Speak... " Doom did not afford the soldiers a face to face conversation. He stood, back towards them, still gazing out and admiring his work.

" My lord, we are now at full capacity and all systems are online. Diagnostic reports from each location have all shown each sector is operating at 100%."

" Excellent. Ready my convoy. We make way for America " Doom said with slight smirk, and the anticipation in his eyes was clear. Finally his country would get what it deserved....

The low, rythmtic clanking of steel toed boots could be heard coming from just outside the walkway. The long shadow of Blade edged closer and closer to the door. He was there, his sillhouette was seen in the middle of the entrance-way, standing still and calm as ever. He kept in mind that in about 40 minutes or so, he'd have to take his syrum injection, so one way or another, he was gonna have to stop The Doc, and stop him fast.

He shrugged and smirked a fangy grin over to Otto, his dark shades covering his even darker eyes. He waited for Doc to make his move, knowing that Otto's sheer pride will eventually get the best of him before he even bothered to attack, just as long as he played his cards right.. "Heheh.. So you knew I was comin'.... Well here I am, mother****er."..

The base was tucked back between towering evergreen trees and mountains. Unless you knew of it's exact location, chances are you would never know it existed. But if, by chance, you stumbled upon it recently, you would be privileged to witness a truly awesome site...

The secret lair of Victor Von Doom. And the Doctor himself had arrived.

Slowly stepping out of his aircraft, Doom was met by a dozen or so armed men, some of native Latverian descent, some of other eastern european countries, and even some American. Doom didn't much care for the nationality of his cronies: none of them were allowed to leave the base or make any unauthorized contact with the outside world. And besides... one would have to be clinically insane to cross paths with Doom himself. He was not one to test.

" Good Evening Lord Doom. Everything is running as planned. We tracked your flight from our mainframe and assure that you were not detected by any military radars, the cloaking device on your aircraft was highly efficient. "

" And what of the cloaking shield surrounding this facility? I can assure you soldier, satellite snapshots of this project would leave Doom severely displeased " Doom said, his enormous frame dwarfing the young trooper.

" Operating at full capacity sir. All systems are go, and we are currently sitting at 93% production progress and will be reaching 100% within the next 24 hours. We await your command "

" Very well. Standby for further instructions and inform me when we have reached 100%. Be prepared soldier, we expose our presence to the world today. Mistakes are not an option. " With that Doom retired to his quarters, where he plotted his next move....

Soon... soon the world will know the name of Doom as their superior...

Wolverine snaps his head up, ears pinned back.

Snarling, he whiffs the air. "This ain't my day."

Looking down to Brock: "What the hell, was there a sale on those suits or something? Photon, wrap this chump up, I gotta jet."

Wolverine bursts out of the building and heads toward the riverside in the direction of the screams...

* Carnage walk calmly through the fair impaling people and children alike. Suddenly he gets a big grin and walks toward the swings. As he approaches the ride operator screams in panic and starts to run leaving the ride in motion. He gets three step before a symbiote spear destroys this head leaving a headless corpse to stunded to realize it is dead. Laughing Carnage walks to the ride controls and his the override button causing the ride to speed up and the ride timer to disengage. Now for some real fun, Carnage thinks to himself and fires a simbiote spinning blade at the chain holing the chair and a terrified woman. As the blade connects with the chain the momentum of the ride causes her and the chair to go spinning into the already paniced crowd killing the woman and several of the crowd. *

" Not a strike, maybe I'll go for a spare. HAHAHAHAHAHA! "

Doc Ock lowered himself onto the ground and removed his shades with a tentacle and looked Blade up and down studiously."So you are the infamous Blade.Well my friend I'm afraid you're out of your depth here.You're not dealing with one of your mindless blood sucking simpeltons now".

Ock placed his shades back on and smiled sinisterly."You are dealing with the great Dr Otto Octavius,better known as Doctor Octopus to the great unwashed and uneducated.And you are standing in the vicinity of your destruction.Of this city's destruction" Ock said as he gestured towards the large reactor.

"Yes indeed.That half baked story Bullseye fed you was a smoke screen.Destroy New York with a virus? Far too inferior and slow.Now for truly spectacular results one must go to the energy of the atom.And that is why after I recieve my rather large pay off I will bathe this miserable city and all its inhabitants in the radiation buried in the core of this reactor" Ock said with an air of pride.

Ock turned and looked at Blade."Let me give you a first hand account of how painful death by radiation is" Ock sneered as he shot out two tentacles and snared Blade by the legs.

OOC: kang604, you're doing great. It's good to have Dr Doom in the RPG at last. As for this being your first RPG, its my first one as well, so you're not the only one that's new to this. Anyway, back to the story:

Bullseye stood with Daredevil in the secret laboratory hideout of Doctor Octopus. Bullseye smiled to himself. He'd finally done it. He'd finally killed Daredevil.

"Oh, there's something I didn't tell you. You know that airborne virus that I'm infected with? It's not at the power plant. It never was. No, the virus is in here. The second you stepped in here, the second you breathed the air, you became infected. Now you have three days to live, just like me. We're both dead men walking!"

Bullseye let out a near-hysterical burst of laughter, but quickly composed himself.

"The Doc ain't gonna infect New York City with a virus! No, he's gonna destroy the reactor at the power plant, and bathe the city in radiation. And while I've led you on this little wild goose chase, The Doc has had plenty of time to kill your buddy."

Bullseye knew he had Daredevil by the balls. If he didn't need his help, he would have taken great pleasure in watching him slowly die.

"So here's what I suggest. The Doc must have the antidote on him - he wouldn't be stupid enough to leave it here. He's kicked my ass already, but the two of us could have a chance, especially if he's tired out after killing Blade. If we stop him, we get the antidote. And you get to be the hero and save the city."

Bullseye extended his hand, waiting for Daredevil to shake it.

"Either we work together, or we both die."

Wolverine snaps his head up, ears pinned back.

Snarling, he whiffs the air. "This ain't my day."

Eddie Brock looks towards Photon. "Magneto did not tell us that why he wanted Wolverine dead. He promised us Spider-man's head. We do not want to go to shield. We must help stop our spawn!" Venom says as the symbiote recovers him, and he webs off in the direction of Carnage...

* Suddenly Carnage senses danger approaching and changes to normal clothes blending into the crowd biding their time. *

He shakes his head and says, "I knew it somehow you'd show your true colors." Daredevil sighed and punched Bullseye in the jaw. Not hard enough to knock him out just hard enough to get his attention. He says, "That was for Elektra & Karen."

He then says to Bullseye, "After everythng you have said to me about Elektra & Karen...maybe it would be better if I was dead...serves me right in someways, but I'll be damned if I am going to die because of a virus you infected me with. All-right we have no choice but to work together. Lead on Bullseye. However I should warn you...do not underestimate Blade. He can more than hold his own against Doc. I wouldn't bet against him."

He gathers his thoughts and then says, "Well let's go...the clock is ticking on us both."

[Keyser Soze]

Bullseye led Daredevil back through the city to the power plant. They found themselves standing near the entrance.

"You do know that The Doc isn't just going to let us walk in there together. If he suspects something, he might just end up throwing the antidote into the reactor, and then we'd both be screwed. We're gonna have to make it look like I've captured you."

Bullseye punched Daredevil on the jaw. Not enough to knock him out, just enough to give him a nasty cut under the lip.

"I ain't going to say I didn't enjoy that, but it has to look like I knocked you out. And one more thing..."

Bullseye found the toolbox, still lying there, and took out one more item: a role of duct tape.

"Put your hands behind your back, and I'll tie them up with this."

Bullseye could see his enemy's hesitation.

"You're just gonna have to trust me."

Daredevil moved his hands behind his back and said, "Screw me over Bullseye and that damn virus will seem like a day at the beach when I am through with you. Oh and don't worry I know how to get out of duct tape...however for now."

He bows his head and says in a whisper, "Forgive me."

Bullseye tied Daredevil's hands behind his back, then gave him a pat on the head.

"Good boy. Let's go."

Bullseye grabbed Daredevil and took him into the power plant.

"Hey, Doc! I'm back!"

There was no answer. Maybe Doc was still busy fighting Blade. Bullseye pushed Daredevil forward, leading him further into the power plant. They passed some dead guards.

"Looks like your pal's been busy. I wonder if The Doc's killed him yet. Come on, I'm takin' you to the reactor."

Bullseye was going back to see The Doc, maybe for the last time. Bullseye had a sense of everything closing in around him. Forget about dying in three days, Bullseye was beginning to seriously doubt he would live to see the morning. Bullseye closed his eyes, and with one deep breath, recalled the key moments of his sick joke of a life. He opened his eyes and turned to Daredevil.

"It's now or never. Let's go."

[Doc Destruction]

"OOF!"

Wolverine smashes headlong into the disguised Carnage, lifting him into the air and bodyslamming him into the cement. Lifting him up, he headbutts Carnage with a disgusting clunk sound of metal on flesh.

"You honestly think that will save you, freak? NOTHING will save you from me!"

Gambit looks from the rook top down at the 'carnage' bum bum. He charges up a rock ready to go.

Wolverine smashes headlong into the disguised Carnage, lifting him into the air and bodyslamming him into the cement. Lifting him up, he headbutts Carnage with a disgusting clunk sound of metal on flesh.

"You honestly think that will save you, freak? NOTHING will save you from me!"

* Carnage is knocked to the ground and instantly reforms, a giant toothy grin fills his face. *

" How nice, they let the badger out to play. You have a tough skull, lets see how your skin is? "

* Carnage leaps forward and slices downward taking half of wolverine's face off, leaving a very exposed skull. Carnage then leapt backward shooting a web and landing on the farris wheel. *

" So Badger-boy like hockey? I hear there was a face-off in the 1st period. HAHAHAHAHAHA! "

Blade was hanging upside down, again.. He could'nt even count how many times he'd been in a predicament like this one. He tilted his head back and saw where Otto was taking him - to the reactor. Ok, maybe he was wrong.. Maybe this was the first time he'd even been in this much ****..ever....

Blade thought fast, reaching to his side, and yanking out a stun grenade, he caught the pin inbetween his front teeth and pried it off, letting it drop from his mouth and onto the ground. Afterwards he simply cucked the grenade in Otto's direction, not exactly trying to hit him though. The grenade exploded in mid-air, a bright flash of light and blaring loud ping of noise surrounded the near-by area, slightly blinding Blade, but it was worth it.

The Doc's grasp gave in, and he glided down to the floor. Otto was badly stunned and would have to wait a few seconds before he could see and hear anything besides bright blue and orange circles and an annoying humming noise in his ears. Blade kept his shaded eyes closed and concentrated on his other oh so reliable ability - his hightened sense of smell.

Blade ran over to Otto (or atleast in his approximate location), sword in his right hand, glaive in the other. He threw the glaive as accurately as he could at Otto's chest area, gaining more and more speed as he sprinted towards him, following right behind the glaive. His eyes now open and his vision fully restored, he growled lowly under his breath as he readied his swing at one of his tentacles.

Ock's tentacles were flailing wildly as he lay on his knees stunned.One flailing tentacle smacked Blade absently smacking him against the reactor.Another deflected the glaive.The clang of steel against his tentacle caused a flicker of sparks.

Ock staggered to his feet.His dark shades had dampened the flash of light from the grenade.Blade was stunned lying against the reactor.Ock grabbed him with all 4 tentacles.One on each of his arms and legs.Ock pulled him in.

"Clever boy aren't you? But not clever enough".Ock began body searching Blade."My don't you carry alot of nasty toys" Ock smirked as he removed all of Blade's weapons."There I think thats it" Ock said as he kicked away the grenades and spinning blades.

"Ah and this must be your sword.Very nice.Such craftsmanship" he sneered.Ock held the sword in his hand and tossed it towards the reactor where it fell in.Ock looked at Blade and smiled."It seems you are all out of luck my friend.I warned you that you were out of your depth.You should of left while you had the chance" Ock said as he smacked Blade across the face knocking off his shades.

"And now my friend the final curtain.Feel the burn.Of radiation that is" Ock laughed as he dangled Blade over the reactor."Do you feel that? Do you feel the heat? Isn't it excruciating? Well it's about to get a whole lot worse".

Blade woke up from his unconscience state. He did'nt open his eyes, and didn't budge, not even after feeling a sharp pain on each of his wrists and ankles, and his back and neck were beginning to sweat violently from the intense heat hovering over the reactor. His body was numb, and he was gathering whatever energy he had in him to try and breath through the heavy, intoxicating fumes.

He could hear foot-steps and smelled blood coming in from the entrance to where they were. He had an idea of who they were and if that were the case, he was in luck, "You're pretty quick... for an eight-limbed freak..".. He began to cackle wildly, like he'd heard the funniest joke in all his cursed life.

"And I can't believe you knocked my shades off.. Last time that happened, I chopped the guy's head off... And you're wrong about taking all my weapons.. I still have balls..", Any minute now.. Before The Doc really gets pissed he thought to himself, knowing that Bullseye and Daredevil were just a few paces away.

Doom nodded slightly and slowly rose from his chair. The soldier who had made the annoucement took a brief moment to gaze in both fear and amazement of the man who stood before him, a towering, royal symbol of power, resplendent in steel and robes of green.

So it begins... Doom thought as he made his way outside. The base was a buzz of activity and anticipation... everyone here knew that the time had come.

" We've jammed all satellite signals and radio transmission sir. This broadcast will be heard all over the world. Whenever you're ready Lord Doom "

No acknowledgement was needed from Latverian monarch... everyone knew that the time was now. Carefully, cameras began filming....

" Good evening Earth. As you are almost certainly aware, I am the infamous Victor Von Doom, monarch of Latveria. While you are most undoubtedly curious as to my business invading your mundane and pathetic lives and your television set, the answers to your questions will be provided in due time.

You see, you have all failed. Every last one of you. Not only have you failed in your disgusting excuse of a life but more importantly, you have failed me... and Doom is not one to dissapoint, as I'm sure many can attest. You have failed me because you have destroyed and crippled my faith in humanity, forever scarring any admiration I may have possessed for my fellow man. It is this dissapointment and failure that has forced me into the following action.

I have strategically planted chemical spores in almost every major city across the globe. New York, Los Angeles, Hong Kong, London, Rome, New Delhi, and Tokyo... to name a few. These spores, once triggered will release an airborne virus that is both extremely lethal and highly contagious. Once infected, the victim will die within 24 hours, experiencing insufferable pain and agony in the process.

In my palm I hold the trigger and the key to the end of you and yours. You would be advised to take the following demands VERY seriously. I am not in the business of making empty threats, and although I am not fond of the idea of killing every living thing on the face of this planet, do trust that I am still ready, willing, and able to do so if need be.

Now what, you may ask, could a man of such greatness possibly want? The answer is simple: everything. Perhaps it is a tired cliche, but understand that you have had your chance to better humanity. You have failed, and now it is Doom's turn. But for starters, I demand all trade and economic sanctions on Latveria to be lifted permanently. As well, I demand that the countries surrounding Latveria: Transylvania, Serbia, Hungary and Croatia to each put forth a motion of unconditional surredender to me. Once these demands are met, and the expansion of Latveria's borders has been finalized, we will discuss my plans for the further extension of Latverian control throughout Europe and Africa. Until then, this trigger does not leave my hand.

" Any attempts by any military or special intelligence groups from ANY nation to thwart my efforts will be taken as a direct insult and will trigger the virus. And should any self-proclaimed "super-heroes" make the oh-so-bold yet foolish decision to confront Doom, and this goes especially for Reed Richards and his Fantastic Four....

With a nod, Doom went offline and began walking back towards the control room. He couldn't help but let a small smile crack across his face... he knew Richards and his band of pathetic misfits would come anyways, as they always did. Possibly the X-Men as well. Which is why he needed to be utmost prepared... he would not underestimate them again.

" Soldier. Make all efforts to contact Erik Magnus Lehnsherr, Mutant Codename: Magneto. Start with Genosha but scan New York City as well.

We will need him now.... "

"Hell Yes." Photon replies as she picks Psylocke up and flys towards where Wolverine and Venom.

"Woman!?!" Why you....." and angry Photon responds as she fires a well aimed Plaser* Blast from her left hand burning what ever was on wolverines face off. "We've going to have a serious talk about maners Cankucle head". she snaps back at him angry. "As for you smiley" an airborn, and still PO'd Photon turns to Carnage and begins hitting him hard with high powered Plaser Bursts from both hands.

*=Partical Beam burst traveling on a Laser Beam to target incase anyones interrested.

"Hey, Doc, dont drop the freak in just yet. I have a better idea."

Bullseye had found Doctor Octopus. Now that he had got his attention, he motioned to Daredevil.

"I ambushed him at the hideout, after exposing him to the virus. I could have killed him, but I thought it would be even more satisfying to make him watch your plan come together. We could leave both of them to watch the reactor explode before their very eyes. What do ya think, Doc?"

Daredevil groaned slightly and then gradually coming around a little more Have to sell this one Murdock He says, "You'll never get away with this Ock."

He struggles realizing that he won't be able to snap the tape, but when he flexed his fore-arm muscles he did sense that there was a weak spot in the tape job. Don't know if Bullseye meant for that to happen, but I'll save that for later

[The Joker]

Doc Ock glanced casually in Bullseye's direction.His eyes then shifted to the bound up Daredevil.Ock then looked back up at Blade who was sweating profusely from the heat in the reactor.Ock lowered him back down and smacked him full force in the face with a tentacle rendering him unconcious.Ock dropped him to the ground and turned to face Bullseye.

"So you exposed this devil to the virus.Which means you had him in my secret lair.For what? Searching for the magic antidote? Sorry but that is my insurance,just in case you Bullseye,my little lap dog stops obeying his master" Ock sneered."So you are both dead men walking.Your lives are in my hands.As is all of New York's.I'm sure Bullseye filled you in on the gory details my dear Daerdevil.All your efforts are in vain.I am expecting my handsome payment within the next 12 hours.And then New York is finished".

Ock wrapped his tentacles around Daerdevil and held him up in the air."You really thought you could stop me? You and your sword toting friend here just don't realise who you are dealing with.Spider-Man is dead.I dropped his severed head in that very reactor.And look",Ock reached into his jacket pocket and brought out Spider-Man's bloody mask.He waved it in front of Daredevils face.

"Maybe I'll save your mask too.Before I drown you in a radiation bath" Ock laughed.He threw Daredevil onto the ground next to the unconcious Blade.Ock turned to Bullseye."Tie Blade up.In chains.The same for the red suited simpleton.I want to guarantee no disturbances".Ock stood on two tentacles and smiled."Cheer up Bullseye.Payment is on the way.And once that is done I'll cure what ails you.Trust me I'm a Doctor" Ock laughed as he walked away on his two tentacles.

[Doc Destruction]

Wolverine roars in pain, lurching back and forth and breathing deeply until it becomes gutteral. Looking up, eyes glowing deep red, the muscles that remain on his face contort into a deep scowl.

Suddenly, in a blurring motion, he lashes out at both Carnage and Photon, claws flying in all directions. Three small nick cuts appear on Photon's left leg, and Carnage shrieks as his shoulder erupts in a plume of blood and symbiote.

[Bat Andy]

* Carnage reels in pain from Photons laser blasts and Wolverine's claws. He instantly flings darts and blades at the distracted pair. Photon takes several barbs in the right shoulder and Wolverine in the chest. Carnage then severs the connection of the ferris wheel causing it to start to roll towards the heros. *

" You can chase me or save the innocents but you can't have both. "

* With that Carnage swings away towards his apartment knowing he is out matched by the number of heros that have advanced to the fair, yet feeling quite satisfied by the level of destruction he has caused. *

[Doc Destruction]

Totally lost to the rage, Logan completely ignores the ferris wheel and digs his claws into the left calf of Carnage.

"YOU AIN'T GOIN' NOWHERE!"

* Carnage lets out a scream of pain as the symbiote wraps around Wolverine's arm immobilizing it and lifting the both of them off the ground several stories as they swing away. While in motion the symbiote begins to flay Wolverine's arm peeling away the skin to the bone in strips. Meanwhile parts of the symbiote from the unijured leg have formed razor sharp needles and are attempting to poke out his eyes. *

" Who has who, Carnage says through a haze of pain "

Daredevil knew one thing for certain that Ock didn't...that wasn't the real Spider-Man's mask. The scent was way off for it to be Peter's...which meant he was still alive.

Ock has no intention of giving me the anitdote, and Bullseye is hanging on by a thread. Ock has the upper hand...or 4 tenticles in this case. Disabling the tenticles is the key...Spider-Man told me once that the tenticles are impervious to heat and magnetic forces...but a power plant...they keep supplies of...oh this could work.

Daredevil began working the weak spot in his tape until...He could feel his arms free. Okay Bullseye this is where we part company. Daredevil stands up and slings the unconscious Blade over his shoulder and says to Bullseye, "This isn't over! Don't even try to follow us...if you do I swear I will kill you. I swear it on the graves of those I love...don't even think about it Bullseye...trust me I have nothing else to live for now."

With that he uses his billyclub to swing upwards into an air shaft. He carries Blade and quickly manuvers through a maze of tunnels and air-ducts. Until he begins to sniff and realizes he is on the right track... The Supply room should do the trick...it's two doors down from the lab. I helped settle a lawsuit against this powerplant and remember this from my little tour. He kicks open an air vent and drops to the floor below with Blade. He leans Blade on the wall and begins tapping his billyclub just above his head and says, "Blade...talk to me Blade...we may not have a lot of time and I am going to need your help. Come on Blade don't let that freak win like this."

Gambit flies through the air kicking Carnage in the face. 'Hey nobody said there was a party'. He lands on his feet and throws some charged up playing cards. 'You havin trouble with this bint Logan?'

Wolverine glances quickly at Gambit, who suddenly realizes that Wolverine is now completely feral.

Venom webs up the ferris wheel in a quick action, saving the innocents on board. "Carnage!" His garbled voice yells as he swings towards Carnage, Gambit, and Wolverine...

Venom punches Carnage right in his toothy jaw, and knocks him straight to the ground, but doesn't stop there. Venom then webs both Wolverine and Carnage to the side of a building, and lands next to them.

"Hello...son." Venom says to his webbed up spawn...

Gambit walks over to carnage and slaps him in the face. :p. 'Psylocke whats the location of the Xmen?'

Bullseye stared at the open entrance to the air-duct. Daredevil and Blade had escaped before Bullseye had even had a chance to react. He was getting sluggish - he didn't know if it was exhaustion or the virus beginning to take its toll. Bullseye turned to Doctor Octopus.

"Doc, they know your plan. If they escape, The Avengers will be surrounding this place before you know it. We'll be finished. Your guards are dead, and you can't leave the reactor unattended. You need me to go after them!"

Bullseye knew that his boss wasn't one for negotiations, but he needed to try.

"But if you want me to go after them, you're going to have to give me the antidote. I'm still going to work for you until I get my money, but I'm not doing another thing for you until I get that antidote."

Bullseye waited for The Doc's reply. He hoped that The Doc would agree to his offer. If he didn't, Bullseye knew that only one of them would be leaving the power plant alive.

Doom smiled. " Finally we are gettting results " he said as he made his way to the large screen connecting him with the United Nations.

" Gentlemen, I trust things are coming along smoothly. "

" Victor, you know - " the president of the US began.

" You will address me as Lord Doom... you would do well the remember that"

The president grimaced. ".... Lord Doom, it is the policy of the UN not to negotiate with terrorists. What you're asking for is impossible... it cannot be done ".

" That is unfortunate Mr. President. The blood that is about to be shed is on your hands, not mine ", Doom gave a dismissive wave and cut the transmission. He then turned to the Head of Mechanics of his operation with a scowl.

" It is obvious the United Nations takes me for a fool. I believe it is time to prove them otherwise. Soldier, prepare your fleet. Tonight we make a statement to the world they will never forget...

"Well this is most amusing.Since when did you develop a back bone?" Ock laughed.He shot out a tentacle and gripped Bullseye by the arm and pulled him in closer."So you want the antidote.My you are fearing death aren't you? Excellent.Just the desired effect I wanted.Which means I hold all the cards.Or should I say the antidote".

One of Ock's tentacles reached into his jacket pocket and brought out a small vial.He held it in front of Bullseyes face."This what you're looking for?" Ock grinned.Bullseye made a grab for it but Ock flexed his tentacle out of reach.He dangled it above the reactor."Now listen carefully.If you want to die then so be it.I can finish those two amateurs myself.I'll find them and erradicate them and then collect my payment along with your share".

Ock brought the vial back down and put it back on the inside pocket of his jacket."Or you go find them now and finish them off as you so kindly suggested.Then bring their bodies back here and I will give you the antidote.Then all we need do is sit back and wait for the pay off".

Ock took out a cigar and lit it.He released Bullseye from his tentacle grip."So Bullseye its your call.Whats it to be?".

He led me into the warehouse and I've been infecfted with a virus which Ock has the antidote on him. Ock is going to hold the city ransom and once he gets paid New York City is going to glow in the dark for the next 10,000 years. "

Daredevil shakes his head and says, "Great the virus is slowly tking affect. My plan simple we are near the lab and unknown to the public the Government uses this place to conduct certain "questionably" excercises. One of them involves experiments using Liqud Nitorgen I figure we get our hands on some of those canisters and get that stuff on Ock's tenticles. That stuff will make the tenticles so brittle they'll shatter if you breathe on them. Without those tenticles he's done. If nothing else dropping the canisters in Doc's science project will really screw things up for him....if you got any better ideas....I'm not exactly feeling up to arguing."

"Neither am I so let's do it.. Although I would'nt mind ripping off Doc's tentacles myself.. But without my gear, I can barely stay alive going up against him.", he turned around gestured out the doorway with asingle tilt of his flat-topped head, "Let's go.. If we don't get this done quick, I might not be able to control my own hunger..", he clenched his hands into fists, "And if we run into any more guards or scientists.. I guess I'm just gonna have to go gangsta on dey ass.. With or without my shades."

Daredevil says, "If we run into anyone else at this point...they're working for Ock so go nuts on them...right now I'm not exactly with it...but if I'm going down...I'm taking Bullseye with me."

Daredevil listens at the door and says, "Clear let's go." The two heroes exit the supply room and make it to the lab door. Daredevil touches the look and says, "Computer lock...what were the odds?" He begins moving his hands over the lock and then begins to smile. He says, "This lock runs on computer electronic pulses, and I'm trying to figure out it's pulse patterns. Because we're only going to get one crack at this...and I'd prefer we not let Ock know where we are."

Daredevil presses a few buttons on the pad and the door cracks open. He says to Blade, "All-right let's get this stuff and get moving. " He not only grabs the liqud nitrogen but also a few others and says to Blade, "I think we can have some fun with these clowns. I got what I need...you find anything interesting?"

Blade was hunched over a long work-table, his hands scurring around the it's surface as he gathered up a few things while Daredevil was busy deeling with the computer. He turned around and pulled a scarred up machete over his shoulder and shrugged, "I dunno why it's here, but who really gives a ****?".

He points down to his thighs and around his torso, gesturing to a large arsenal of anesthetic syringes, several-inch long nails he unscrewed from some of the equipment near-by, surgery knives, shards of glass from beakers and a few other deadly weapons that could be found in any average lab, "Oh yeah.. I found something real interesting.. Time to pay four-eyes and his spineless lackie back... And then some..", he followed behind Daredevil, helping him carry the nitrogen with his free hand.

Seattle, Washington. The city sleeps, unaware that the impending danger heading its way...

... has arrived.

Doom watched via live camera feed as dozens of his masterfully designed assault droids laid waste to the bustling metropolis. Buildings burnt to the ground, massive explosions, and people ran for their lives.

The sight sickened Doom. True, he was one of the most notorious villains on the face of the Earth, but needless death was never something that satisfied him, or even sat well with him. At the same time, Doom had no inhibitions about killing if it meant that it would allow him to accomplish his goals. Sacrifices must be made for greatness...

" Lord Doom, we may have a situation " a Latverian soldier announced.

Doom turned to face the man. " And that is?"

" While the UN has become aware of the destruction in Seattle and has begun to serious re-consideration of your demands, another problem has presented itself. Apparently the reknowned radiation scientist Otto Octavius, aka Doctor Octopus has taken hostage of a power plant in New York City and is planning to bathe the city in radiation unless his demands are met. "

Doom scowled. " Radiation... under these circumstances, radiation will force my spore... it will trigger the virus. " With a defiant slam of his fist, Doom went into action. " This cannot happen. New York is my biggest bargaining pawn. I will not stand idley by and let that 8-limbed monstrosity ruin my plans. Soldier, ready my jet, I make way for New York City.

And I want the mutant Magneto. Take him by force if you have to, but find him and bring him before me. Failure to do so will be punished most harshly. "

With that, Doom boarded his jet in anguish and made way for New York. He would arrive within the next 2 hours, Doom's superior technology coming in handy once again. As he anxiously sat, awaiting his descent into the Big Apple, Doom contemplated how many ways it was possible to rip off an octopus's arms... one by one....

Wolverine slices through the webbing strands, freeing himself from the webbing. The musculature on his face slowly creeping its way back onto his face, Logan leaps headlong at Venom.

The soft crunch of gravel could be heard as a dark figure made his way towards the fence surrounding a certain new york city power plant. The figure steadily approached, not bothering to slow down as it got nearer and nearer to the gate. To the average observer, the event that occured next deserved a second look.

The figure ripped the fence completely in half.

Doom threw the fence to the side and stopped for a second to gaze at the facility ahead of him. For a brief second he contemplated destroying the entire building then and there... reducing it to a burning pile of ash and dust. BUt he quickly reconsidered.... Perhaps this so-called Doctor Octopus will come in handy...

Doom entered through the twin doors and made his way down the main hall, emeraldn robes flowing behind him... when he was suddenly stopped dead in his tracks by the presence of another.

And another.

" I suppose you two are here on one of your oh-so-heroic adventures... " Doom announced to Daredevil and Blade. "... but this charade ends now. Tell me all I need to know, and I will let you leave here unharmed. Get in my way, and you will find Doom's patience to be very thin."

* Canage lies webbed up on the wall watching as the heros start speaking to themselves and ignoring him. The symbiote cuts a small hole and slowly begins to work its way towards Gambit. As he turns to greet Rogue the tendril lashes out and wraps tightly around Gambit's throat pulling him closer to Carnage. Suddenly the symbiotes working together cut Carnage free. More tendrils shot out from Carnage and locked Gambit's arms and legs tightly to his body. *

" Hero's I suggest you let me leave or Gambit here is going to be several sizes smaller. Maybe he'll win the Biggest Loser. HAHAHAHAHA! "

Gambit talks to Rogue as she lands. ' Hey Chere, You invited to the party too?' He walks over to Rogue.
"You think ah'd miss it?" She gives him a smile.

"RARGH!!!!"

Wolverine slices through the webbing strands, freeing himself from the webbing. The musculature on his face slowly creeping its way back onto his face, Logan leaps headlong at Venom.

Rogue starts at Wolverines noise. Looking over she see's Logan lunge at Venom. Thinking fast she flys at him, grabbing him around the waist she shoves him to the ground before he can reach Venom.

"Wolverine!" She yells, trying to pin his arms down and keep him away from Venom. Noticing the wild look of his eyes she realizes that it's happening again.

" Hero's I suggest you let me leave or Gambit here is going to be several sizes smaller. Maybe he'll win the Biggest Loser. HAHAHAHAHA! "

Hearing the laugh she turns her head to see Carnage pulling Gambit to him.
Her eyes go wide.

"Iceman! Betsy!"

Blade was hunched over a long work-table, his hands scurring around the it's surface as he gathered up a few things while Daredevil was busy deeling with the computer. He turned around and pulled a scarred up machete over his shoulder and shrugged, "I dunno why it's here, but who really gives a ****?".

He points down to his thighs and around his torso, gesturing to a large arsenal of anesthetic syringes, several-inch long nails he unscrewed from some of the equipment near-by, surgery knives, shards of glass from beakers and a few other deadly weapons that could be found in any average lab, "Oh yeah.. I found something real interesting.. Time to pay four-eyes and his spineless lackie back... And then some..", he followed behind Daredevil, helping him carry the nitrogen with his free hand.


Daredevil knew the sound of that voice...Dr. Doom was here. He says, "Great... right now...look you want to rule the world...fine I admire a man with clear goals...however right now Ock is trying to nuke the city we have to stop him otherwise the real-estate values in this city are going to be down to record lows for the next 10,000 years...and face it Doom do you really want Ock to succeed where you have had so many setbacks over the years? He could destroy the city with so many heroes in it and you haven't been able to do that yet. While you contemplate that we have a score to settle with him, so we hate to be rude but we have to go." He motions to Blade and then says to Doom, "try the Reactor Chamber Ock I am sure will be more than happy to expalin his plan to you."

Daredevil and Blade made their way back to the supply room and back through the air-shaft to a fork in the air shaft. Daredevil begins dividing up the nitrogen canisters between him and Blade so they no fewer than four each. He says, "Believe it or not Doom is not my prime concern right now...his ego his twice the size of Ock's that's why I catered to his ego and sense of vanity. The problem is if he takes Ock out then we have to take on Doom and he's given the Fantastic 4 & Spider-Man combined fits over the years. Doom is probably the most dangerous villian the world has ever known. Okay here's the plan for the moment" shaking his head "You have me by a wide margin in terms of speed and stealth especially right now, so most of this plan is going to count on you and your speed. I am going to assualt from the front and you take him from behind. Once I got him focused on me that's when you make your move. The bottom line is this...the nitrogen gets on any part of his tenticles Ock is done. We need to make sure it doesn't get on him because it's fairly safe to say the antidote is on him...and we can't risk damging that. If Bullseye gets in the way" he pauses and says very slowly, "take him out."

Daredevil listens and says, "Octavius is this way...take the left that should put him behind you." He starts to leave and then looks at Blade and says, "Good hunting...let's see if we can get your shades back in one peice while we're at it."

Daredevil takes the fork in the right while also listening for the footsteps of Dr. Doom.

Yeah I saw that...that's why I made certain edits to reflect that. Daredevil is trying to see if Doom will unknowlingly help them. (cattering to his ego)

" The 8-limbed one must not be allowed to succeed, Daredevil. I have certain... plans... for this city, and I refuse to allow Otto Octavius to ruin them.

We will confront him. Together. You will lead me to him and assist me in his destruction. If you are successful, I will grant you permission to leave here alive. " Doom proclaimed, the tone in his voice indicating this was not a negotiable contract...

Doom followed behind the 2, still thinking whether or not this Doctor Octopus might be of use to him after all....

Bullseye sighed, and pulled off his mask, throwing it to the ground.

"Doc, I've taken way too much crap from you tonight. I've worked hard for you, damn near got myself killed for you, and you won't even give me the goddamn antidote. But I should have known. I know you wouldn't so much as piss on me if I was on fire. So we're gonna do this the hard way. I didn't go to your hideout to look for the antitode. I went to get this."

Bullseye produced a small remote from a compartment in his belt. He was completely unaware of Dr. Doom's approach. If he had been he might have reconsidered doing what he was about to do.

"I dropped this baby when you threw me against the wall at the hideout earlier. I told you about my friend who used to work for the government, yeah? Well, that little "fail-safe" wasn't the only gadget he made for me. He also upgraded my arsenal with a few of these."

From another compartment in his belt, Bullseye produced a small circular capsule, small enough for him to hold between his thumb and forefinger. It looked like a much smaller version of a hockey puck.

"Now for the science bit. On one side, these gadgets are adhesive. They stick to anything. they can go unnoticed, because they're so small. But once they are stuck onto something, they become armed. When I press this trigger on this little remote, those little gadgets start emitting an electronic pulse. The longer I hold the trigger, the higher the voltage of the pulse becomes. The power of these things can range from a stun to being fatal, depending on how long I hold down this trigger."

Bullseye looked up at Doctor Octopus.

"Now I know what you're thinking. You're thinking - 'If he tries to throw one of these onto me, I'll deflect it.' And you probably could. But you see, I don't need to throw one at you. Remember back when we were good buddies, back at your hideout? I gave you a little slap on the shoulder. That was actually me placing one of these on the collar of your shirt."

Bullseye could see realisation slowly donning on The Doc. Good.

"So, what happens if I press this little trigger? Well, so close to your head, this will really screw with your oh-so important "higher intellect". You won't be able to use your tentacles, for a start. And the longer I hold this trigger in, the more your brain's gonna be frazzled. Want a demo?"

Bullseye pressed the trigger, sending waves of electricity pulsing into Doctor Octopus.

"How's that feel, Doc? Let me have the antitode, and you get out of this with a headache. Then I go and kill Daredevil, and you get to wipe out New York. But if you don't...well - what kind of vegetable would you like to be, Doc? What about a potato..."

OOC: unfortunately i gotta to head out for a bit just as the action starts, i suppose just assume that wherever daredevil and blade are, im tagging along as well and if a fight goes down..... we'll say Ock knocked me out with a tentacle and when i come back is when i regain conciousness or sumthing i dunno....

Octavius looked at Bullseye with a look of shock and strangely enough admiration.Ock took off his shades with his own hand and took a tissue from his pocket and wiped the sweat from his brow.

Ock's tentacles lay limp and lifeless around him.He looked at them with a sort of sadness.He then looked at Bullseye and put his shades back on."Alright then.You want the antidote its yours.A man of my intelligence is not that egotistical that he is stupid enough not to admit defeat.Even at the hands of a simpleton like you".

Ock began to sweat more as the electricity coursed thru his body."Turn it off Bullseye.It's excruciating" Ock snarled as he held his head in pain.

Bullseye listened to The Doc's offer. He didn't want to kill him. He'd rather get paid. Bullseye made a counter-offer.

"Doc, I respect you. That's why I still work for you. But I don't trust you. Give me the antitode first, then I turn it off. And make it quick, before you lose the ability to operate your limbs."

Ock looked at him and smirked.Even thru the pain he managed to smile."There was never trust between us.You'd be a fool to trust me.As would I you.If you want that antidote you turn this off.You can easily turn it back on again if I try to kill you.Stand back if it makes you feel better.But I've come too far to be stopped now".

Ock fell to his knees.The pain was getting worse.His head was throbbing."Turn it off Bullseye" he shouted."Or you can rot in hell with me".
