i also just bought the alex ross spidey as well as the new superposeable ones, there pretty friggin awsome, I also saw scorpion at this collector store i go to.. he was $40! i didnt wanna spend that yet.... so if he goes down to 25, ill buy him...

yeah, hanigin the 'flying' figs up like that does save space. You could fit twice as many figs in a space if you have some on ground and some flying. I haven't seen alot of collections but yours is even cooler do to the fact that they are in cool poses

its from one of the old 5 inch lines... actually the original ock/body of the classics one. It may have came from a web attack line i think... it was the same line that gave us the J Jonah Jameson figure

I think I saw him in store, but he wasn't called McFarlane Spiderman. He was called "Sneak Attack" or something and he came with a base with Lizard in a sewer.

Put a drup of fast drying superglue in the joints and keep moving them till the glue dries, it forms a thin layer and the joint should not be that loose anymore.

I enjoy all of my DC figs, DKR Batman I'm not thrilled with but the Jim Lee Batman and the JLA Kyle Rayner are two of the coolest figs ever. Batman really doesn't NEED a pose, stand him up and aim his head up and he looks pretty awesome.

My Transformers figures take up all the room I have so "poses" aren't really needed IMO, I slap my Legends on their base, make a decent pose and boom, good enough for me.

Your poses are awesome though.

I pretty much get DC figures because they "look cool." The Jim Lee HUSH line is just awesome to look at, if your a fan of his art (or of Batman) I think they're cool to have.

I have a giant NECA Mr. Stay Puft that just stands there, he has seriously little articulation, head turns, legs and arms also turn but it's pointless since your never going to move them from his boxed pose.

Unicron is VERY articulate though for a giant figure, the new Star Wars Vintage collection is also very articulate, they just don't stand to well on their own and they don't come with clear stands.

Boo. :(

Anyway....not real sure where I went with that. :)

ya DC has great sculpts but if im gonna buy a figure just because it looks cool id rather wait for statues or busts. I use to collect star wars figures till i realised it was next to impossible to keep up with and those take up alot of room, and my wallet. its like 7 bucks for one little figure when i can get a marvel legend with a comic for the same price

I'm still waiting for a definitive Hulk figure. Seems like all the figures that have come out so far have been a bit lackluster. I'd love for a Deodato style Hulk or the current Lee Weeks Hulk, which actually resembles FA Hulk.

I think his height is good, his face is a little too Kirbyesque for my taste (please don't jump down my throat for that comment...I appreciate his impact on comics, just never been a big fan of his style, and I realize that this is, in fact, the look they were going for)...I want a Hulk whos the right height, with the proportions (as far as his musculature is concerned) more along the lines of the Juggernaut figure, who looks huge in comparison...Like the way Keown, McF or even Byrne drew him...my fave Hulk drawing is from an issue during the Byrne era, wish I still had the mag to post it

I have my Sandman holding one of my Spideys up by the neck (with the sand-hand attatchment) & have the sand-axe on his other arm, pulled back over his head as if he's about to cut Spidey in two. Looks pretty good but getting the balance right can be a bit tricky. :up:
