It seemed like that at times. But he's the best actor in it and to be honest he's serious and GOOD at it when he needs to be.

I loved the fact that the relationship between the Doctor and the prime minister deteriated as soon as she ordered "Torchwood"

Oh well I think they're brilliant. Not the tightest band live, but certainly put on a spectacular show. During "Outsiders" they have three drummers on the one drumkit and on "Walk Away" they have Paul (the drummer) playing guitar and another guy on drums.
