Well, I opened my variant Punisher/Jigsaw Face Off 2pack and its pretty cool. Punisher's hands and head are my main gripes on him. The hands don't grab the guns very well and his head is kinda small.

the best way to pose the punisher IMO at least for the regular one i have, is to have him either holding that sweet assult rifle type gun over his shoulder or have him hold it with the one hand while having him hold the barral of the gun witht he other. that looks pretty sweet. so is the variant a special costume of him or what's up with it? I can't really remember what it looks like, but i know it's black. I don't really feel like hunting pics.

Basically its just the fact its black with no eoyal blue holsters and he has a little different expression on his face and the skull on the chest is like the Tim Bradstreet version rather than the first appearance version. I have mine on one kneeholding the AR with the scope and his head slightly tilted to look as if he's looking through it and aiming at his target. The hands suck though and I have to use a clear rubberband wrapped around his hand so he can grasp the damn handle of the AR.

Today at the toy show I went toy, I bought: the Star Wars: Power of the Force 3D Display Diorama Jabba's Palace with Han Solo in Carbonite, a Foot Soldier from the 1988 TMNT line, and a (loose) Watto figure. The comics I got are Grim Jack #26 and Boris the Bear #9.

I have my ML4 one just like that. it's a cool pose. unfortunately, he drops the assault rifle a lot. And i have the movie punisher, but i have no idea where he is. I don't care for him. I liked the extra guns though.

And my FO punisher is in the other pose, holding the gun with one hand and the barrel with the other. I'm going to try FTB's pose cause i just noticed the scope a few hours ago and though of trying to make him look through the scope.

And Bats, be careful with that gun, IMO it's the best gun of the pack, but also, the paint on my gun already is rubbing off. Usually the paint on weapons stay on well, but those guns rub off easy. Probably my only real complaint about the set, and the small holes on some of the guns.

so i've got my FA display now. I figure I have enough now to make it worth displaying. Had to dig out my cheeto thing figure and FA hulk though. And I'm going to either have to glue FA IM's arm back on or buy another one from TRU while supplies last. I've got the crapptastic Sabes and the semi-descent wolverine on display as well. I'm giving Rough the better of the FO wolverine and sabe I have b/c I think that I would enjoy this display more with them screaming instead. I like the reg figs too, but I think the others would fit better. I also have the ML7 ghostrider displayed, just b/c it looks like a classic look.

I used to work for a guy who would use a lot of the same words Richards did and said that for "every one successful black person, there's 10 lazy and useless ones", without disclaiming the same issues with people of any race. actually to tell ya the truth, i kinda sympathize with richards... did you watch that video? the heckler was eating him alive with his bull crap... You know how many times i've been in a comedy club and they through racial slurs back and forth and no one cares? Sure Richards took it a bit too far, but the Heckler for the most part was getting a taste of his own medicine... It's kinda hilarious because in this day in age... you can make fun of ANY race.. say ANY slur... but one. a white guy can NEVER say the N-word.. without al sharpton or jessie jackson breathing down there neck... but EVERY other racial slur about ANY other race is not as jumped upon... and thats the part that kinda bothers me. Richards did take it too far, but imo the comedy club should have pulled the heckler out of there way before it got to that part.... the man litterally couldnt shut up, he obviously had a bad day and came there to strike at the guy...

Well found a nice find at my local Wal-Mart. Went in and they had 2, yes 2 of the entire sentinel series. All I wanted was the Omega Red. So if anyone wants the Sentinel series and lives in Indiana, then the Princeton Indiana walmart still has them as of now. I don't have the cash or I'd buy them and ship them. Anyway thought I'd just give the heads up to anyone close to that particular Walmart that wanted it, but it's only 2 of each and we have a few collectors/ebay-ers because most series sell pretty quick. We also have about 7 AoA Sabertooths if anyone needs one of them :woot:. Also saw the Cap with a mask some of you have talked about, and a capt. America face off pack or two.

Edit - This does mean I have a second Sentinel waist I don't need now, guess I should add it on that BAF list on that one thread now.

I went out today to get some stuff to trade these guys over at wrestlingfigs.com and I had no luck. So those deals fell through unfortunately BUT I did hit a big fat deal for something I wanted.

I hit up KB Toys at the mall and they had a 20%-off-everything-in-the-store sale. I found one lone WWE Classics Real-Scale Ring with Steel Cage. Regularly $45 and I got it for $36. But what makes it even better is on Black Friday I spent over $100 at the KB when I bought a bunch of Christmas gift toys (and a few figs for myself) and they gave me a $10 gift card free for my over $100 purchase. So I used it on the ring so it came out to $26 plus tax. Last ring they had too. :D

I didn't get to open it yet. I got off this morning at 7am, hit the sack by 7:30am, woke up at 10:30am to get ready to go with my wife/kids to my mother-in-laws birthday lunch, got to the restaurant about 12:30pm, left there at 2:30pm, hit up a few stores in that area (including KB) and made it home by 4:45pm, hit the sack immediately and woke up at 5:30 pm, showered and such to make it to work by 7pm.

The Buffy library and Matrix chalet seem to be the only two that come to mind. I think i saw a sewer scene playset in Diamond Previews but it may have been for smaller figs.

Almost forgot I did get a few Naruto action figures the other night. I thought they'd basically be statues, but their on DC superhero articulation. The shoulders move in all directions, a mid joint down the arm, elbow, neck, waist, hips move back and forth but not side to side, and knees. All the Naruto's seem to have the exact same bodies with different hands, all their heads seem to come off and one comes with a kyubi (fox powered) Naruto head with red eyes that can fit on any of the Naruto action figures in that 5 inch line. Also it seems all their arms are interchangeable as well. Overall the line surprised me as I was expecting nothing great.

Interchangeable head Naruto.

Naruto with a tree and blue magnets that attach to the bottom of his feet allow him to go upside down on the tree or stand on any metal like he was using chakra to do it.

Rock Lee with attachable cloth strips things.

Orochimaru with interchangeable head.

Sasuke with a pinwheel weapon like he used against Zabuza.

Neiji with a chakra point dummy and things that attach to his hands like blue glowing chakra.

Now just need to get a Zabuza, Kakashi, and Haku and I'll be done unless they come out with another wave, the rest I don't care to get atm.
