I'm pretty new here. I've been lurking around in the forums for a few weeks, but I'm just now getting around to posting my own thread. Most of my art was made with my monitor brightness at 100%. If the pictures look too dark, you're monitor is probably set too low.

this is pretty amateurish. It's a scene from the movie Ransom. I was really experimenting with coloring and lettering.

since I don't like the new design for the Superman Returns shield or most of the casting choices, except Spacey and previously Laurie, I thought I'd take a real quick stab at designing my own superman logo. Then, I decided to make fun of Routh's feminine looks some more.

This is my concept of the next stage of batmobile. It is still mostly tumbler, but is moving more towards the shape in the 89 movie, even though they aren't technically related. Also, I decided to add a light and siren as a nod to the old series.

I likethe bat mobile, try giving it some highlights to make the shapes pop. Look at some car broucheres (sp) to see how wthey use lighting to photograph cars.

I used the same methods with picard that I used on the Joker, but the older picard pic came out better. Maybe the problem is just the colors I used to capture the 60s Joker. The batmobiles and Captain Planet are much rougher than stuff on the first page. Maybe I'm getting burnt out so much with school that I'm starting to get lazier with my art.

Going back through my work, I've selected my favorites to repost. The last one has some aspects I'm not pleased with, but I love the coloring and the roof of the train.

My designs for the riddler should he ever appear in any Begins sequels.
I thought it might be interesting for his question mark to be a t-shirt he threw together with a suit. The plain suit idea is based on John Steed from the Avengers movie. I also thought I'd experiment with a scarf disguise rather than a mask, which doesn't do much anyway.
