Oh, good night! It's not just blind "I'm a Spidey fan" obsession, ok? Do I like Spidey? Sure. But if I thought he'd lose a fight, I'd say so. I thought he'd be bested by Iron Man and voted for Iron Man in an earlier fight.
The only reason I voted for Spidey here is because he said he knew a way to stop the Hulk (kill him) if he had to absolutely stop him in a rage and could find no other alternative.

The Last Hero Standing was actually about The Final days of Captain America it was a plot by Loki to destroy the Avengers and Earths Heros. It was actually a good read.

Hulk is still alive however, still mean and Green, and still able to crush almost any mortal in his path.

I know that he's still alive. Do you think they're actually going to kill off the Hulk? No. Neither of these two characters are going to kick the bucket anytime soon, so we don't really know what a drag-out fight would be like. We're all guessing here.

I'm gonna say Quasar here...I know he'll be the under dog but I think he's seriously underrated. Herc definatley isn't a pushover...but in the end I think Quasar would use his flight advantage and find a way to win.
Ill go Quasar also.

Ok now the fun part.
The C rod is short for "Cosmic Control Rod"
With it he could whip just about anybody certainly kang.
Annihilus major weapon was the Cosmic Control Rod, a 6 in. long, 2 in. diameter cylinder that contains the essence of the Tyannan starships stardrive. Harnessing the power of the Cosmic Control Rod by cybernetic microcircuitry, Annihilus was able to wield vast amounts cosmic energy. The energy can be made to the Rods to alter the atomic structure of matter into new configuration, or to shoot in destructive beams with the maximum power of 10 megatons of TNT. Exposure to the energies manipulated by the Rod also greatly retarded (and possibly stopped altogether) the process of aging and analysis body.

I find this to be really, really, funny. I had a Rogue vs She-Hulk battle a while back and Rogue beat the She-Hulk by a ridiculous amount of votes...and now the She-Hulk is fighting Ms. Marvel. The funny thing is Rogue absorbed all of Ms. Marvels powers...so if you guys thought Rogue could beat her shouldn't you think Ms. Marvel would be able to as well? (Not even considering the fact that Ms. Marvel has way more experience) yet for some reason Ms. Marvel is losing? I don't understand you people at all sometimes...

Rogue, if they get down to Skivies (which Rogue would do if she needs to) Rogue can tap She-Hulk's power, plus she already has the true Hulk's power surging in her body, and lately she can call on her powers whenever she needs.

Actually. Warbird would be the "upgraded" version of Rogue. Warbird had been trained extensively in fighting aerial and hand to hand. She's definitely a brute with skill. Taps into a white hole, absorbs other energy sources, and can increase her strength, speed, durability, cosmic sense and such easily this way. Warbird also, at normal levels, operates in the same strength class as She Hulk. All she Hulk has to do is expose a live wire by knocking Warbird through it, and boom. Instant charge up and upgrade. Then you leave it to speed, cold wit, and hardened skills of this ace o' the skies. Throwing things at slow speeds won't stop Warbird, she's used to dodging things in the sky just as fast, if not much faster than bullets. Plus, Warbirds photonic blasts can reach levels that can punch holes through She Hulk's cousin. I'm going to stand that She Hulk, being slightly smarter tactic wise as her cousin, without even half his power, doesn't really stand much of a chance.

I have 336 scanned cards of characters so in theory I could have exactly 112896 different match-ups. But its obviously a little less than that cause I couldn't have like, Jubilee vs Thanos or something like that.

I had Human Torch VS Iceman way back in the day...It was one of the earliest match-ups I had. I will have a battle with one of them in the near future...there are still so many characters I haven't even used once.
