The reason I want the Hulk/Apocalypse battle is as far as I know, the Hulk has no limits to his powers. The angrier he gets the more powerful he becomes. Apocalypse also has never ending powers. Nothing is ever really unlimited. Can you get angry for an unlimited time? No, eventually you cool off, even if you had to get so enraged that you forgot what you were angry for in the first place. Either way, no amount of physical strength the Hulk could muster would ever compare to the fact that Galactus can atomize the Hulk from halfway across the universe if he wanted.

I was thinking that but he came up recently in (I think the Marvel/DC thread). But the thing is DD's senses ARE enhanced and because of that, his speed, reflexes and agility are increased too. Actually one of those scans shows DD putting the hurting to BP, so he is certainly in their league.

DD could tell when Cap is going to throw a punch or attack/move just from his heart beat. He is quick and precise enough to deflect bullets. His senses are as close to Spider-man's Spidey sense as humanly possible.

Although I like Cap, and I can certainly see how he could win this, I just don't think it would be a cake walk for him.

I don't recall Thing taking Thor but Herc has taken down savage Hulk, and he has fought to a standstill with Thor many times. I wouldn't be surprise if has beaten him (probably lost as well)

He's lost more often than he's won against Thor, but Thor has a lot more versatility than the Thing does. Blood Oath just showed that Hercules is a better hand-to-hand fighter than Thor is, although Thor still gave almost as good as he got.

Dr. Doom is a very smart person and with prep-time he might last a lot longer. That will make it way more interesting...but i still think i have to go with Apocalypse just cause he is like a Super,Super Mutant...did i mention he's Super.

With prep time Doom would own Apocalypse. He'd probably whip up a machine to steal Apocalypse's power and then revel in the poetic justice of killing the helpless Apocalypse with his own powers.

The only thing I could see that Apocalypse could think of in his prep time is using some sort of electronic nullifier and destroy any electronics within the vicinity. Than it would be Apocalypse's power against Doom's magic.

I am torn in this matchup because both could one up each other with prep time. I mean, if I was Apocalypse going up against Doom the first thing I would want to do is eliminate his electronic power.

Doom's probably got back-up power supplies in his armor that can withstand an EMP. He would've had to realize that not doing so would be a weakness.

A match between Doom and Apocalypse is ironic, if you think about it. Doom embodies everything Apocalypse champions, except for the fact that he's not a mutant.

I don't recall it happening to Doom, but I seem to recall an incident where it happened to Iron Man. Which left him trapped in his suit I believe.

And you are probably right. His suit would more than likely have a backup but would his weapon that he developed to drain his energy?
