I think a major determining factor in this fight would be wehre they are fighting. If they fought in Mephistos dimension he would have a great advantage, but if they fought in Nightmares dimension he would have the greater advantage. I guess to be fair they should be fighting in neither of their dimensions....but then I don't see how the fight could work hahaha quite the dilemma

Also, I want a friggin' tournament! I know there are tons of people to go through. But, eventually, let's move these guys on. I want a Secret Wars WINNER!!! (So far, I see Deadpool has gone twice. Once versus the Punisher and once versus Bullseye. So, let's just say Deadpool vs. Bullseye was second round, and make Bullseye vs. Beak the first contest. Yeah, that should be a 20-1 fight.)

If I ever made another thread it would be a "Marvel VS D.C. Character Tournament" because that would be awesome. I wouldn't make a whole new thread devoted to funny match-ups because there aren't enough characters, and i would only be able to keep it going for like, a month, before I ran out of ideas, and this thread started suffering because of it. I'm glad a lot of you like my thread...and i'm sorry that a lot of you want me to do it differently, but that aint gonna happen. As far as I can remember Jean was only capable of telekinetic stuff back then. In this case, the FF win.

Angel's flying could also be taken out by Torch. Heck, let's have Evil Torch and have him make fried chicken out of Angel.

I think Iceman would have an easier time taking Johnny out than vice-versa. Johnny was petrified around buckets of water originally. He apparently wasn't very good at burning the water into steam and flaming on again like he does now.

The only part of your statement i have to really disagree with it Hank and Reed having similar intellects. While Hank may be one of the most intelligent beings on Earth in the MU Reed IS the most intelligent Human on Earth or at least tied with Doom. And one of the most brilliant mids in the Entire MU.

But other than that i like the rest of what you had to say.

But if this is the original teams vs. each other well i'd say reeds intellect is the trump card and the X-men don't have a bruiser like old ben. Remember BEFORE the hulk came around Beng WAS the strongest hero. :D

As much as i like Black Panther i don't think he can take a guy who was trained in hand to hand by Taskmaster in Caps hand to hand combat style and not only that he is in spidey's ballpark in terms of strength.
