It's really not that hard to make a drawing look more attractive than Kirsten Dunst. Heck, even the MTV cartoon did that.

Yes, I agree. The look, itself, was based on the his appearance from the final trailer and early concept arts as you can clearly see below in my manip, however I can adjust it to what you have asked. Joking aside, the key to good art is simplification, as soon as to many objects occupy the space you begin to lose effect of the main focus

Really great use of the Daredevil backgrounds, I'm not too keen on the image of spidey though, it's a powerful background yet your using a casual picture of spiderman, they don't blend well.

Also the symbiote is hard to see, make it more prominent

It's a bit all over the place, it's a good attempt and concept, but it doesn't seem like any of the characters are in the same place. Sandman's looking shocked in one direction, spideys swinging in another. You know what I mean, it just seems like none are interacting, which is important for a pictures credibility
