So, just out of curiosity, what are your favorite funny moments involving Spidey?
I think for me it's a tie between Ultimate Spidey telling Kingpin that he has something so important to tell Kingpin that he wrote it down and then launches into fat jokes or when Vulture tells Spidey to meet him at the place where they first fought and Spidey ends up at the wrong building (think that's Peter Parker S-M).

Another few favorite moments:
Fantastic Four #5-something. Spidey and the Human Torch are fighting, and the Torch ends up naked. Spidey helps the Torch get back on the good side of the public at his own expense, and, as the Torch tells him thanks, Spdiey tells him not to mention it....and we see Johnny's boxers webbed to the flagpole.
The Amazing Bag-man. Nuff' said.
Spidey vs., the Gang of Mimes from Jenkins' run. Hilarious! When he can't even stop laughing at them while fighting them.....awesome. I especially love the silent issue rematch where Spidey traps them in a transparent box.
Ans last, but not least, Spider-Man: Sweet Charity #1. Spidey and JJJ go camping in the woods for some sort of charity. Spidey gets the trots from eating some berries, and then he ends up having to fight Scorpion, who he narrowly beats. When they get back to New York, JJJ is sitting around telling everyone what a loser Spdiey actually is, and then he looks up and sees a sign webbed above the country club that reads: "J. Jonah Jameson cries in his sleep like a little girl".

Some faves (apart from those mentioned):
Spidey is wearing the red & blue costume he bought in Germany (the one that said "Der Spieder" on it), because he has nothing else to wear, but it started to unravel as he was fighting some street punks. It was almost too late when he noticed the bag lady behind him, pulling on the thread down his back, saying, "want to see the heinie..." :D
The issue where he fights Hobgoblin while drunk... and wins! "Mommy, did Spider-Man just burp?"
The one where he wakes up in an alley one morning with a bum curled up against his backside after the Punisher gassed him the night before. He ends up having to take the bus home because he's too dazed. As he stands in his costume on the crowded bus, he asks himself, "I wonder if Captain America ever has days like this?"

I particularly enjoyed She-Hulk #4, in which Spidey sues JJJ for libel...he's almost guaranteed a huge cash settlement but then his lawyers decide to include Peter Parker in the suit as well for faking Spider-Man pictures (like making it look like Electro and Spider-Man were the same person way back in Amazing #9). So Spidey has to settle out of court, with the settlement being that JJJ (and himself as Peter) must dress up in a large chicken suit and sell copies of the Bugle out in the street.

You guys may not think it's funny, but it made me laugh out loud:
Pete tried to imagine what his life would be like if he married Felicia. In the image, he's sitting in a kitchen drinking coffee and reading the paper while wearing his Spidey suit. Felicia is in her costume, making him breakfast. And the entire kitchen is being ripped apart by about 5 or 6 little Spider-kittens.

How is that funny? Well the most memorable laugh for me was in USM during the Geldoff arc, in which these three guys are robbing a store in Cap, Ironman and Batman masks and Spidey says "Take of those lame stupid masks." One of the guys says "Look whose talking KMart!" and shoots his gun at spidey. He doesnt even move and you see the bullet going past spidey and breaks the window behind him. One of the robbers say "Dude, you suck!" and then Spidey says "Yeah, dude you suck." and kicks their asses. The expresion on Spideys face as the bullet flys past him was priceless.

A few moments:
Before Spidey's first mission with the New Avengers, and he's so overwhelmed by everything, he sighs, "I've been an Avenger for ten minutes, already I need to lay down".
In Untold Tales of Spider-Man (I think) Spidey and Johnny Storm keep playing practical jokes on each other, and eventually Spidey asks Sue Storm on a date to piss Johnny off (this was before Sue and Reed were married). So Johnny decides to get back at Spidey by finding Namor (who was smitten with Sue at the time) and telling him that Spidey kidnapped Sue. Namor swears to rescue Sue and make Spidey pay for abducting her. So Spidey and Sue are eating in a little pizza place (and Spidey even webs himself up a little bowtie to look presentable) when Namor finds them and starts beating the hell out of Spidey. They fight for awhile and stop when somebody almost gets hurt (I think it may have been Betty and JJJ but I can't quite remember) and Spidey stops fighting to go rescue them. That's when Sue spots Johnny, who was watching the fight, and makes him confess what he did. Namor storms off angrily at being manipulated, and Sue yells at Johnny. That night, Johnny thinks that he's at least gotten the last laugh. But when he goes into his garage to work on his hot rod, he finds it hanging several feet off the ground from webbing. There's a note from Spidey that informs Johnny that Spidey's webbing dissolves in an hour. Moments later, the webbing dissolves, and the car crashes to the ground.
In USM, when Spidey breaks into Kingpin's office and Kingpin catches him. He asks, "Who sent you?" to which Spidey replies "Carson Daly". Kingpin says, "I don't know who that is" to which Spidey replies "That's because he didn't invent a line of pastries, you fat-fatty of a fat man". Later, after Electro kicks Spidey's ass and Kingpin throws him out of the window, Electro asks, "Anything else, boss?" The Kingpin answers, "Yes. Find this Carson Daly person and destroy him".

The moment I laughed out loud for a looooong time was in "Peter Parker Spider-Man" #33. It was about Peter explaining how he always attended a Mets game on the anniversary of Uncle Ben's death. It was a Parker men tradition to watch the Mets when Uncle Ben was alive, and Peter remembers one of his most embarrassing moments. He is hit with a baseball as he tried to catch it with the glove he always brought to the game. A Public Relations manager for the Mets tells Percy the Mascot to go over and check on Peter, telling Percy, "We gotta make sure the customers don't get scared when this happens." Percy leaves immediately in costume, which is basically a cap, a Mets shirt, jeans, and a head covering that resembles a large baseball. When Percy gets to Peter, Peter is just coming around from the hit. Percy leans over Peter and comfortingly says, "There ya go. Don't worry little buddy. Everything's okay now. You're going to be just fine." Peter just sees this large baseball coming close to him, and he starts screaming, "OHMIGOD! AAH! AAHHHH!"

You know what? That does count as one of the funniest moments.
I'll never forget it. After saving the people from the theater fire Mysterio started, and then saving the Statue of Liberty from him, and then going through his "Funhouse of Doom" and fighting all those damn robots and freaks, where do you have your decisive showdown with him? In a damn convencience store. And then his power bar fills itself up about three or four times, and all you gotta do is punch him once, and it all goes right back down. I was laughing uncontrollably after that. I thought it was actually gonna be a tough fight.
Another funny moment from that game is when you enter the "Funhouse of Doom" (which is located behind his tiny, one bedroom apartment). Mysterio, who hyped himself up as an alien up to this point, has an exchange with Spider-Man.
Mysterio: Welcome to my Funhouse of Doom, Spider-Man!
Spidey: Funhouse of Doom? I thought you were an alien...
Mysterio: SILENCE!!!

These are great... that the Spider-man comics were so funny was a nice surprise when I started reading.
Here are a couple that haven't been mentioned:
Peter has gone to California to talk to MJ. They won't let him in the building, so he wraps a towel around his face and climbs up the side of it. On his way up he passes a hairy fat man, standing in front of a window, dressed in women's underwear. The man says something about keeping this to themselves and closes the drapes. Peter keeps climbing, remarking that this was nothing that removing his eyeballs and washing them in sulfuric acid wouldn't cure...
MJ and Peter have reunited and they are at dinner, enjoying some wine and annoying the stuck-up waiter. That whole exchange is hilarious. Peter says he is celebrating his wife coming back to him, and the waiter says, what, did she loose her car keys... when ordering Peter makes some comment about arming the oysters with tiny revolvers, just to make it a fair fight, while Mary Jane is giggling and snorting... then Peter turns down her offer (I can only guess) of wild make-up sex... his explaination was very touching.
Later Spidey is hanging out on the side of a building munching on a hot dog and coke, talking to himself. He's obviously being loud enough to wake up the big, rough looking dude in the apartment next to him, who tells him to shut up. Spidey exclaims, "I'm the luckiest guy in the world!" Man, leaning out window, "Shut up!" Spidey, now upside down, in his face, chants "I'm the luckiest guy in the world, I'm the luckiest guy in the world, I'mtheluckiestguyintheworld!" The man yells back "Shutupshutupshutup!"

The scene where Peter returns home from California, and sits brooding in his room. He laments the fact that, for years, he's played the exact same numbers in the lottery every single week. The one week he goes to California and doesn't play the lottery, the numbers he always plays are the winning numbers, and nobody else has them, meaning he would have gotten millions of dollars for himself. He then decides that California is the reason for everything that is wrong in the world.

I think in the Spidey/Daredevil mini there was a scene where Spidey was trying to save a cat from a tree, with a little girl expectantly looking on. The cat kept clawing up Spidey, so after Spidey leaves, you see the little girl holding a ball of webbing that has a cat's head and paws sticking out of it and she says, "Kitty's all sticky." It was cute.

Towards the end of the Digger arc Spidey and the police captain are concluding their recap. Spider-man points at their coffee cups, sitting side by side and asks, "...which one is yours?" They look at each other. Silence. Then they both take off in different directions. Spidey, "I'm not taking the chance." Captian, "Me neither... I might wind up wearing a costume." Spidey, "Yea, the amazing Lame Man."

W - Yeah, that's what I was thinking.

In the Spidey-Moon Knight Marvel Team Up, they use the same kind of joke, too, but not as funny.
Spidey (after the Chinese takeout he was bringing home gets blown up): "Aw, Man, my wife's gonna kill me."
Moon Knight: "You have a wife?"
Spidey: "Why is everyone so shocked when they find that out?"

Peter brought Ezekiel home for dinner...
MJ says to Ezekiel... "So, Peter tells me that you think he got his powers from Slappy the Spider fairy" Peter, "I didn't..." MJ, "Yes, you did."

Sensational Spider-Man# 8 (vol. 1) with the Looter and Spider-Ben was a great read. Dezago and 'Ringo were a great team.

Jenkins also had some great moments during his PPSM run, like Pete singing nude and being walked in on by Randy and Gloria. And being hit on by a gay guy because he put his wedding-ring on his left finger thinking that's what widowers do (back when he thought MJ was dead).

I don't remember it exactly but it was from the mont recent Spider-Man series that aired on MTV.
Kingpin: You wouldn't attack an unarmed man would you?
Spider-Man: Yeah, but each of your arms are the size of Brooklyn
I don't know why but I found that very funny

Pete:why did you put it in the dishwasher?
MJ: because it was disgusting.
Pete: it was my captian binky plastic mug, i got it out of a box of captain binky crunchy nut cereal, it was disgusting when i got it, that was part of its charm
MJ: shouldnt you be getting ready for work? why do these earrings never fit when you want them to?
Pete: i AM ready. do you know how many boxes of crunchy nut cereal i had to eat before i found that mug?
MJ continues to get dressed
Pete: six, thats how many, and -- say you look really cute like tht.
MJ: peter--
Pete: now if they'd been offering you in one of those boxes, i'd have eaten as many as... oh, four...maybe five--
MJ: HEY! are you saying im not as attractive as a stupid mug?
Pete: to a six year old? no. now if we're talking here thirteen then--
MJ: i'm not having this conversation anymore.

Something I remembered from the 90's cartoon--
TombStone:Come down here and fight like a man!
Spider-man:I don't suppose I can convince you to come up here and fight like a spider.
*a missle is shot at Spider-man*
Spider-man:Foul ball coming!
*hits it away with a construction beam*
Spider-man: Do the Nicks need me or what?
From #436
BT:I may not fully understand your insane prattling, but I do know that your life is mine to take! Please do not force me to kill you!
Spidey:Hey! Fine by me! Hows about we order a pizza and discuss our favorite scenes from titanic?!
