Whoever has this, I need help. Whenever I try to convert any video file, it always says 'Failed' in the status place :confused: What's going on?

Does it list anything to do with sound or video error? My guess is you're either trying to change it to a codec you don't have, or the video has errors to start with.

Or maybe the file is copyrighted? I dunno... I'm just saying stuff off the top of my head.
