I guess...but they all bursted into miniture pieces. For all we know he could have been floating in the air when Wolvy and Storm were trying to find him.

And then you have to explain why Phoenix was on the ground, half knocked out. And the blast from his eyes when she lost control would have knocked her out, and woud have been strong enough for the professor to feel. The more and more I think about it, the more and more I reckon Cyclops isn't dead...thans for converting me!

Advice for a screenwriter, If you're writing a screenplay off of a comic book, a novel, etc. do not treat your source material as crap.
advice for you - learn what a final film edit is.
also, Angel was used briefly but effectively.

answer me this, without Angel would the plot had involved a cure? no.
would Xaiver's Institute had remained open? no.

actually they changed 2major things... took out the wolverine and storm love fest... as well as rogue going to brotherhood meetings...

not to mention they change Xavier's fate by the special after credits ending...

they changed how they introduced Beast, the Brotherhood, who he broke out of the convoy, moved the entire Alcatraz prison to being the place where they manufacture The Cure, and placed the entire third act on the island instead

Storm's decision would've had no motivation.
Angel's showing up was needed to show her, and the others there, that the school was still needed. the service they provided was still being sought after.

he was a face on which she could project the needs of others onto.

Storm is supposed to be a leader and her finally making a decision with her thinking on her own would at least make Halle seem like the character Storm.

Again I never said that Angel shouldn't have been in X3. You assumed that. But it can be rewritten to work without him.

I said Fox and the writers were stupid because they are. I'm sure at one point they wanted a good movie, but at the end Fox just wanted it released before SR. The writers are stupid because they cut out a lot of stuff that wasn't neccessary to cut out and shifting it around is still the same story but in a different order. In this case both Fox and the writers cut out stuff that would add to the story and would look cool onscreen but they had to have their movie short for a reason we still don't know.
and, again, you're missing my point. stop whinning because Angel wasn't in the movie as much as you'd have liked. yes, it could've been rewritten without him, but then you'd still have to have as many characters to explain The Cure. and you'd another mutant with a rich daddy, or something similar to fund it.

they trimmed the fat, so to speak, because it didn't relate to the movie's two plots. everything in XTLS pretained to either Dark Phoenix, The Cure, or both. there was no room for "filler."

Depends. You could go down that route or down the British route. If you look on uxn aswell it says her hair is blonde and her eyes are blue which suggests to me that she isn't South America. I'll grant Claudia is a bit old but then again Famkes pushing it too.
