Storm still is a very good character a needs her time and Halle plays her very well... to bad she took my Rogue's time ;)

I don't mean it in a patronising way, but you seem to be constantly trying to get people to make specific manips, and it would just be a lot easier if you learned how to do them yourself as hardly anybody makes what you ask.

I put blue glasses instead of having the blue butterfly wings on her face because it seemed more realisticto me for her to wear those in battle while using her powers.

Majik, the glasses make a lot of sense. And would really fit with the more realistic theme that the movies tried to set.

I like the joint ones, they're simple and effective, kind of giving off the relationship with each character. I really like the Rogue/Angel one; The more I see them together the better they would look onscreen imo.The ones of her as other characters ooked kind of weird to me.

I was watching that manip like a Phoenix Rogue, in some form, of course, I mean the powerfull rogue of the comics, not only what she has done since the date, which is really poor, knowing the possibilities.

The manip was simply supposed to be of when Rogue uses her power in the movies; ie: touches somebody skin-to-skin, and all veins raise up from hers and her victims skin.

Why is storms uniform red and blue?

I take it you are using photoshop right? Well, on the storm one with the yellow piping, why dont you just adjust the layer type to overlay or screen so the lines dont look as "blocky" :up:

I like your lightning effect though, do you have the tutorial where you got it from or say how you did it yourself?

I do have a small request for anyone kind enough to help out. Y'know those promo pics that first came out? The headshots of everyone? Well, can someone please make a manip of Jean Grey in an X-Uniform? I'm writing a fic and would like to use this particular image, though in my story Jeannie isn't quite Phoenix yet.

I don't want to abuse anyone's talents, but I lack the skill and photoshop to do this myself. :(

Thanks :D Yeah I tried to lighten it up and really make it more of a shiny silver than a black leather type. I didn't want it to be too over the top though and glowing white/silver, and I think I nailed it.

You have to never **** up the eyes because, even i still images, you need to get across the ppoint of what the person is thiking or feeling a the time...in this case, anger and hate, lust and destruction IMO

Thanks a lot for the compliments.I'm glad you guys like my Rogue manip.

I started it off by selecting only Rogue's skin areas with the "polygonal lasso tool".Then I slightly desaturated it.I added a bit of dark blue to her skin by using the "brush tool" at a 10% opacity.

For the veins,I set the brush tool to size 2 or 3,and an opacity of 4%. Then I started drawing them in.I tested the veins in different areas and if I didn't think it looked right,I would erase them with the "history brush". After the veins looked right,I blended them using the "history brush".

I went to image>adjustments>curves and messed around with it until I got a darker kinda silvery effect.

For the eyes,I just pasted on a shiny,more clear lense. I just played around with the colors and curve. I didn't know if I wanted to do anything for the eyes,but it looked kinda plain without any "eye effects". My eye-dea(LOLLOL!!!! omg,I should be a comedian) was that Rouge's eyes would do this glowing thing when she uses her powers because the person's memories would kinda flash before her eyes. Does that make sense?

Is it because she does look like famke? lol, the modelling program i use is SO BASIC, i cant even remodel the base pack face you get with it apart from some very minor details like the chin and eyes, its still a work in progress though, things can be changed still ;)

Looking at your photoshop work, i think you can do just as good, it not better than me at it because that piece is nearly all photoshop. Its just the base nude model i get from the free 3d package covered in photoshop work. The clothes, hair, scales, anything you see that idnt skin is done in photoshop. The only example i have of this on hand that i can show you is this:
