I think Kazuya should be played by someone just a little younger, even though he has a Jin aged son...and is Jin even going to be in this one? If they're taking it from the first Tekken game, then Takeshi should definitely be Kazuya.

Wasn't really try to account on what games this is based on as we simply don't know, som I'm just going to stick to current forms of the characters and cast them as their age is now (yeah I know Jun is dead).

Agree that if this is based off the first Tekken, Takeshi is Kazuya.

I actually do hope that the story focuses on JIN...he's probably the closest thing to a "hero" or even a main character that the TEKKEN series has at this point.

If there going to do this(which I doubt) then they are probably going to combine the stories for the first two games. That said I think they should go with a cast of complete unknows. I like chiba and watanabe but I think they are too old to pull of the physichal movements required of them.

I know what you're saying, but I don't think the entire cast should be complete unknowns. You will need a couple of decent names to sell the movie and also a few experienced actors to help the younger ones along.
