anyone know of any program(s) i can use to capture images off movies and later turn into gif.files ... :confused:

On my powerdvd there is a capture button and i use that to make my gifs

I use Adobe ImageReady...

You can load a movie.. then make an animation using that program..

Takes some time to load the movie though..
