Her death was pretty corny, but it wasn't too bad for PR. Plus, it was impressive that PR even went there in the first place. That's some heavy stuff for a show that was a 100%, unabashed children's action show before then.

I'm tired of Disney's same old formula of characterizing the rangers like immature children with a mentor who has to school them all year. I'm tired of them always being 'students' in some form or another.

In Lost Galaxy, Kai, Mike, Damon and Kendrix were part of the GSA

The best part about space was Andros was a mentor and a leader together. Plus the rangers didnt feel that much like teenagers as they were done highschool by the first season of PRiS.

By the 2nd half they were rangers full-time.

I totally agree with you on this. I loved PRiS-PRWF. They were all awesome.

I also agree with you about Disney's.

Idiots doesn't deserve to wear the spandex. Especially the villains are an IDIOT.

Who are all an idiot?

Shane, Dustin, Blake, Hunter, Cam, Conner, Ethan, Trent, Jack, Nick, Vida, Mack, Dax, Will, Ronny, Lothor, Marah, Kapri, Choobo, Cassidy, Devin and many of them.

For some strange reason, I didn't include Bridge. I liked Bridge and he is pretty much underrated.

Disney is an idiot also.

Anyone who loved Ninja Storm, Dino Thunder and Doug Sloan, they are an idiot. S.P.D was pretty close good but didn't work out. Mystic Force SUCKED. Now, Power Rangers Operation Overdrive SUCKS HARD.

Doug Sloan is an idiot and retarded. So is Bruce Kalish.

Plus, Disney's 6th Rangers sucked. Yes... Cam, Omega Ranger, Daggeron and Tyonnz. They all sucked hard.

Saban's 6th Rangers were all badass, especially Eric, and more serious instead of stupid light and not enough serious.

Merrick was the last AWESOME 6th Ranger, but ERIC wins all.

It was ridiculous how many times Cruger had to disipline them for being immature. They werent believeable as cops.

Not all the SPD's were 17 though. Bridge was born around the time of Wormhole in 2005.

Thanks for the videos, it was cool to see him still liking his charecter and the show. Ofcourse this just adds another reason to simply dislike Disney since they go about things soo badly when it comes to PR. They treat it like the black sheep of their shows.

Just to think we could probably have the majority of the MMPR team back together all at once but we never will.. Why? Because Disney is to cheap and lazy to ask them all back for two episodes.

It was also nice to know that he keeps semi in contact with some of the cast like Amy. He should talk her into doing the convention, he probably could.

Yeah, as toned down from the sentai as the violence is, it's still deemed too violent for kids here. Unless their parents spring for extra channels, I guess. Then it's okay.

I just watched all of the YouTubes of that JDF panel. That was pretty sweet. For some reason, I always had this image of JDF in my head as a complete dick off-screen, as if to balance some cosmic scale for how cool Tommy was. Turns out he's actually a pretty cool guy, if that Q&A panel is any indication. I got a very girlish fanboy kick out of the fact that he and Johnny Yong Bosch are such good friends. Tommy and Adam had a great dynamic in Zeo, and now I learn that the actors are friends too. Kind of cool. I hope Disney continues bringing older Rangers back. If cmill's right about Dan Southworth, they need to get him, JDF, and Johnny Yong Bosch back for a team-up. Imagine how much ass that team would kick.

That caught me off-guard. I always got the feeling that Austin St. John (Jason) and him were good friends. But its Johnny who he hit it off with. It probably has to do with the fact that they worked together for 3 or 4 years.

Yeah, I'd seen that video before. He seemed like a bit of a dick there, but David Yost also had kind of a short fuse there for seemingly no reason.

As for his friendship with Johnny, I don't know what they liked about each other, but if I had to guess, I'd guess that mutual respect for each other's skills might have had something to do with it. Unlike a lot of the other actors who were on PR, they were serious martial artists. Bosch was hired mostly because of how impressive a martial artist he was, and he still does his own stunts and works with Koichi Sakamoto on more serious martial arts action movies to this day.

True. I very much doubt PR would've lasted very long without Tommy. He was the instant favorite of me and every other kid I knew who watched the show. I always wondered if VR Troopers would be the show surviving into its twelfth or thirteenth season right now if JDF had actually gone over to it.

Yeah, the White Ranger's costume looked fantastic in the movie. I always wished they would just transfer those costumes to the show when I was a kid. I didn't realize that they took the bulk of their footage of the Rangers in costume from some Japanese show.

I miss good power rangers.

MMPR Season 1 - I was 9 yrs old when I first saw it. I got hooked by this show. Tommy/Green Ranger 'Green With Evil' was amazing.

MMPR Season 2 - I didn't like Zyu2 footage, too much conflict between Zyu and Dai footage. After White Ranger showed up, the last half got a lot better. Rocky sucked in the second half. Adam was awesome. Ashisa was pretty good. Otherwise, I was sad to see Jason, Zack and Trini to leave Power Rangers.

MMPR Season 3 - This is one of my favourite season, but not top of all. I enjoyed to watch Ninja stuff. Could've a lot better if they use Kakuranger costumes for the whole season. Ninja Megazord and Shogun Megazord were both awesome, especially Ninjor. Alien Rangers saga was not that bad. Kimberly sucked hard. I was soo happy to have Katherine as the second Pink Ranger. The finale was fantastic! COMMAND CENTER BLEW UP!

PRZ - I loved Zeo season. I thought everything were awesome. Even Jason returned and became the second Gold Ranger. All zords rocked.

PRT - Ok, I liked Turbo: A Power Rangers Movie, but personally, they chose a kid to became a Blue Ranger, it was BAD IDEA. For season, first half was ok. The second half were awesome. It worked out really well. Loved Phantom Ranger saga. Loved the finale. Again, COMMAND CENTER BLEW UP!

PRiS Ok... a very first Power Rangers season to have a serious and dark way. Excellent storyline. Andros and Karone's story. Brilliant. The villains were awesome. Psycho Rangers saga, I loved it. The finale.... awesome.

PRLG - The second PR season to have a serious and dark way. The Magna Defender saga was awesoem. Mike returned and became the Magna Defender. PRiS/PRLG team up, Kendrix's death, Karone came back and became the second Pink Ranger. The finale was so amazing because of Terra Ventura landed on the moon, hard. Everything was destroyed. Trakeena... TWO THUMBS UP, especially all villains.

PRLR - One of the most underrated ever. Another PR season to have a serious and dark way. More violent, a lot fire and a guy with a real gun and Rangers' Thermo Blasters because the real bullets came out of Thermo blasters. Loved it. Carter is way underrated as always. Diabolico and the Demons were awesome, definitely serious villains instead of idiotic.

PRTF - Ok... this is one of the best Power Rangers season ever. It got more serious, mature, drama, romance and a lot of violent. The Rangers are all adult, just like PRLG, PRLR and PRiS. Ransik and the others were all serious and badass, execpt for Nadira. (I don't hate Nadira). And a badass 6th Ranger, Eric as known as the Quantum Ranger. TWO RED RANGERS! Wes/Jen/Alex focus were soooo good. Well development. Excellent storyline with epic.

Power Rangers Time Force is #1 and beats Disney's Power Rangers!

PRWF - The last good Power Rangers season. As much as I hate Cole, but I liked the story between Cole and Master Org. Good character development. Merrick was the last badass 6th Ranger ever. Zen-Aku saga was AWESOME. I loved when they showed Zen-Aku's left hand that got bleed. It's a part of story. Reinforcement from the Future and Forever Red were awesome team-up.

PRNS - Since Disney took over, I hated Ninja Storm. Retarded, idiots, pathetic, lame, stupid comedy and everything!! They are an idiot, ALL OF THEM, execpt for Tori. Tori was more smarter than all idiots. WTF were Sloan thinking? Sloan needs to die.

Only one episode I liked was "Snip It, Snip It Good" because of GIRLFIGHT! Tori vs two retard pathetic named Marah and Kapri.

PRDT - Another STUPID PR season ever. Even tho, when I first saw the promo of this, I was so excited to see Tommy's return. Then DT was lame and pathetic. Tommy's overrated. Conner, Ethan and Trent were an idiot. Kira and Tommy were both pretty smarter than idiots. **** YOU, Conner! Trent sucked and pussy. I hated White Ranger saga. The finale sucked ass.

One episode that I liked was "Fighting Spirit", that's all.

Saban's Doug Sloan > Disney's Doug Sloan!

PRSPD - Beginnings to Shadow were all good. After Shadow, it went downhill. Omega sucked. I enjoyed some episodes:

Sam, Part 1-2
Wired, Part 1-2
Shadow, Part 1-2
Reflection, Part 1-2
S.W.A.T., Part 1-2
Badge

Also, I liked Bridge. >.>

PRMF - This season frickin' sucked. Vida's lesbian *****. Nick sucked. Chip was so annoying and idiot. Vida's a lesbian *****! I liked Xander and Madison. I recently watched "Mystic Fate", Part 2 and I loved when Madison yelled Nick out the heck of it. LOVED IT. Madison own'd! Some episodes I enjoyed:

The Gatekeeper, part 1
Dark Wish, part 2
Mystic Fate, Part 1

The Ten Terrors saga sucked so bad. What a joke.

PROO - So far, this season sucks so badly. **** YOU, MACK! Dax needs to die slowly and painful. Shut up, Will. Ronny and Rose... yeaaaah. They are all acting like children. ALONG WITH FRICKIN' NS and DT! I can't wait to see PROO to end up so good!

Disney's Power Rangers violent was too light. No bullets shown up in S.P.D. NONE! Stupid comedy, idiots, frickin' pathetic huge explosions and everything!!

Zyuranger < Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Season 1
Dairanger > Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Season 2
Kakuranger = Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Season 3 and Alien Rangers saga
Ohranger = Power Rangers Zeo
Carranger < Power Ragners Turbo
Megaranger = Power Rangers In Space
Gingaman (I haven't seen it yet), Power Rangers Lost Galaxy
GoGo V (I've seen the first episode, not the rest of season), Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue
Timeranger (I've seen first three episodes), Power Rangers Time Force
Gaoranger < Power Rangers Wild Force

Hurricanger > Power Rangers Ninja Storm
Abaranger > Power Rangers Dino Thunder
Dekranger > Power Rangers S.P.D.
Magiranger > Power Rangers Mystic Force (Magiranger was ok, not great at all)

Boukenger and Power Rangers Operation Overdrive, they both sucks.
Anyway, that's all I got. I'm so excited to see Kamen Rider Dragon Knight on TV in 2008 and it is going to SURPRESS Disney's Power Rangers for good! THIS IS WHY DISNEY'S POWER RANGERS SUCKS!

Power Rangers In Space to Power Rangers Wild Force > Disney's Power Rangers!

Saban > Disney!

I didn't like Zyu2 footage, too much conflict between Zyu and Dai footage.

Zyu2 was the best. It's Japanese footage made specifically for Power Rangers! Also, more than once I've seen people connect Zyu2 with season 2. Zyu2 goes all the way back to season one.

In Nov. 1993 there was a two part episode titles, Doomsday. ORIGINALLY that was supposed to be the final episodes. Saban and Fox didn't expect Power Rangers to be a hit. When it did they didn't have any footage past Doomsday so they contacted the Japanese company and asked if they could produce footage JUST for Power Rangers. They said, "yes". So, any episode post-Doomsday and pre-White Light has Zyu2 footage.

Why didn't Saban order more? He was probably to cheap to pay for both Zyu2 AND Dairanger footage.

MMPR S2: Also enjoyed it a lot. I didn't mind the change in characters as much as others. By that time, Tommy had eclipsed all the other characters for me, so as long as he stuck around I was okay. Plus, it introduced Adam into the series, and Adam is now my favorite Ranger of all time.
MMPR S3: I was kind of outgrowing PR by this point, so I only watched an episode here and there. Ninjor annoyed the hell out of me, but I liked the ninja powers and I liked the Alien Rangers/kid Rangers arc. Overall, after watching more of it later on when I got back into PR, I enjoyed a lot of it.
Zeo: My second-favorite season. I loved the Machine Empire, the fact that Tommy was now the Red Ranger felt right, even though I still prefer him as the White Ranger, Adam pulled up from just another Ranger into the 2nd-in-command spot, the costumes were great, the Gold Ranger arc was great, the zords were cool--in short, I loved just about everything about this season. Except maybe Auric.
Turbo: Decent costumes, cool car theme, cool zords, awful writing, worse acting (Divatox and Elgar made me want to tear my hair out), and Justin, who sucked. The first half of the season was tolerable because of the established Rangers (even though I wasn't too fond of Tommy's random and way too convenient decision to become a professional race car driver), the second half was actually pretty decent because I liked most of the new Rangers and the Phantom Ranger mystery, and overall it wouldn't have been too bad if not for Justin and the general goofiness (which I know was inherited from the sentai, but still).
PRiS: My favorite season. Everything was great. Well, actually, I wasn't a huge fan of the costumes, but everything else was awesome. Andros is my favorite Red Ranger ever, Zhane was a great sixth Ranger and I really enjoyed the camaraderie between him and Andros, Andros and Karone's season-long subplot puts most other PR plots to shame, and all of the twists and turns with the villains was fun. The sheer epicness of the series was great, too.

I haven't really cared much for the rest of the seasons except Lost Galaxy, Time Force, Ninja Storm, and Dino Thunder. Lost Galaxy was really good and managed to capture the feel of the six-season Ranger series from before, despite having new characters. Time Force I enjoyed, but not as much as some others seem to have enjoyed it. Ninja Storm was fun for me. I really liked Blake, Dustin, and Cam. The guinea pig mentor was a bit much, though. Lothor sucked, but whatever. Dino Thunder has one of my favorite PR season premieres ever with "Day of the Dino," but the rest of the season was a bit of a letdown with a few notable exceptions. I also caught some of Mystic Force, which had some cool characters even though the series as a whole didn't grab my interest much. The rest I never really got into (SPD, LR, OO) or just outright hated (WF).

MMPR Seasons 1-3: The ones that started it all, though looking back at some episodes, it REALLY doesn't hold up very well. Still, nostalgia rules.

Zeo: My PR interest was starting to fade, but the Gold Ranger saga was wicked.

Turbo: Yes, Justin was that bad. And the rest of the season nearly killed my interest in PR.

In Space: Best...season...ever. Coolest Red Ranger, most well developed villains, the friggin' Psycho Rangers, the return of Adam, "Countdown to Destruction". No season has topped it since.

Lost Galaxy: Didn't watch it in its entirety back in the day (this is when I stopped watching PR), though I enjoyed the early episodes. I'm currently rewatching it now.

Lightspeed Rescue: Had stopped watching PR, so never really caught this. Currently preparing to rewatch.

Time Force: Watched it last year, and it deserves its place directly behind In Space as the franchise's finest. Though I'm not a big fan of the villains, Time Force had some of the most well written individual episodes of the series (just watch the "Destiny" three-parter). Wes, Eric, and Jen were three of the most well developed Rangers of the franchise, and Eric stands as one of my favorite Rangers period. Excellent season.

Wild Force: No one over 12 who watches Power Rangers watches it for the acting. Nevertheless, Wild Force was brutal in this department. So much so, that despite it supposedly having some well written arcs, I can't sit through an episode or two of this thing without wanting to slam my head against a table.

Ninja Storm: When Disney acquired the show and started showing Ninja Storm on ABC, PR caught my attention again. Fun is the name of the game here, which is also the season's downfall: it's too humorous. Nothing is taken seriously. That being said, this is one of the few PR seasons where the comedic elements are generally funny for a kids show.

Dino Thunder: A return to the old school, in more ways than one. Dinosaurs, high school, and Tommy Oliver. Despite the fact that the Trent/Kira relationship was a wash, and Tommy disappears for half the year, the chemistry between Connor, Kira, and Ethan carries the show. The comedic timing is there, it's more dramatic than Ninja Storm, and the teamup with the aforementioned ninja crew is fantastic. The best of the Disney seasons so far.

SPD: This was the season I watched when I first got back into the franchise. I was floored by the production values Disney had brought to the table (I mean, those explosions might get annoying to us but imagine how it looks to a seven-year-old boy). This was probably the best cast of Rangers to date, and the constant tension between Jack and Sky was memorable. That being said, the season arc was kinda lame, and the rest of the Rangers received no development whatsoever. Still, this was an enjoyable year.

Mystic Force: Talk about underrated. Many people in the online fandom bash this season to no end (some even calling Operation Overdrive an infinitely superior season). And I can't understand that for the life of me. Despite an all too heavy focus on the Red Ranger (and the overtly lame Daggeron), Mystic Force was really well put together. The Rangers had great chemistry, Koragg is one of my favorite villains in all the franchise, and the season long Bowen/Leanbow story was really well done (though obvious). Maybe it was the whole "Potter Rangers" magic element that turned peopled off, but I really enjoyed this season.

Operation Overdrive: It's still in progress, but I don't see it getting much better. The Rangers have little chemistry, the Overdrive 'organization' concept is lazy, the first half of the villains are lame, the fight scenes are uninspired, and the acting (by PR standards) is at the lower end of the franchise spectrum. "Once a Ranger" is memorable, but that has nothing to do with the Overdrive team.

If they ever did a villain team-up, I would kill to see Koragg, Zen-Aku, Astronema, and the mutated super-Trakeena follow Lord Zedd into battle. Season 2 Lord Zedd, too, not the overly goofy version from season 3 onward.

That's the problem with PR series after MM. We only have one season to get to know all these characters. I would have liked Wild Force series 2 and even series 3. I would like these characters to develop and build friendships and see how they grow. One season per different set of Rangers bothers me alot of the time.

The TV show was a Saban production. The movies were a FOX production. As a result, FOX, owns the movies.
