well, I started it time ago, and a few days back I saw something a little different searching on google and I changed the look of one character (I won't say who, hehe). I've worked on three characters to date, (maybe use more, but in smaller size) and have a few backgrounds, but still don't know what to use. One of the characters suppose a really hard work, I'd say more than anything done by me before, hehe. I'll see if I end with something good... the idea is good, the look of this character, but it need time.... we'll see....

Hmmm... good question. Had her real name been revealed yet back in 1999 when the script was being written? I know for a long time little about her past had been revealed, including her name. Otherwise, I don't know.

That's what I was thinking. It sounds like they just took Anna Paquin's name and the name Marie, as provided by the movie, and combined them.

Understandable. I don't know how it will pan out, as the concept is a bit off the wall... Alan Ball (American Beauty, Six Feet Under) is directing, producing, and writing I believe, so maybe it will be okay. Most HBO series tend to do very well, so it may not be a bad career move afterall (we'll see).

Funny enough, Paquin will be headed back to the South (Louisiana) and will be playing a telepath.

The tv shows on HBO don't have the same kind of schedule as other tv shows. For one, their seasons are generally shorter, so they don't take up the same amount of time as regular shows. Also, they don't always follow the same kind of schedule as other tv shows. Like, they don't always start in the fall and then end in the late spring. Sometimes they don't even start until spring. So she could easily work around any movies she wants.
