Create-a-Hero! (with Hero Machine 2!)

Granted this might be able to get away with in the Community but I will post it here in the fan art.

Anyways, this is the Hero Machine 2, where you can design and create your very own Superhero or whatever hero and you don't need any art skills at all. You just pic what you need and you can design whatever type of hero(well almost but there are a great deal of customability here.) So I thought it'd be a fun way to pass the time if you're bored and we can all share.

HELP: Now before you continue I am just going to say this...in order to share you are going to need to do a "Print Screen", you do that by simply finding the "Prt Scrn" key on your keyboard. Then by opening up any picture editor you have whether it be Photoshop, MS Paint, Imageready or anything you have...most computers have MS paint. Then you just crop it just for the picture and use one of these fine picture storage sites www.photobucket.com or www.Imageshack.us.

Thanks, I'm pretty happy with how her legs came out too . :up:
I did originally give her a face but the only way to get her to look totally transparent is to make her 'skin' (all of it) transparent. Which means her face goes too. Having her eyes, nose & mouth just floating there was down right creepy to tell you the truth so I decided to get rid of the lot.

I actually made a backstory for this guy. Jay Winstone a.k.a. Silverblade is a mutant with the ability to shoot silver elecricity from his body in any way, shape, or form. He lives among a society that fears and hates mutants but for a reason I haven't come up with yet he is glorified for his power instead of hated. I came up with his image in a dream I had and went from there. I think he is pretty cool b/c he is not like other mutants.

There's an easier way. When your done creating your hero on the program, Printscreen it on to MS Paint (works nice for something like this). Crop with the broken square or broken star button and drag the edges to fit your character's frame. Then on the home page of ImageShack (it's better than Photobucket), click the 'Browse' button and select the picture you want to host. Fill in the form and click 'Load'. To post it on SHH!, just enter the URL in the image tags. Hope it works for you!

I've been a lousy drawer since I was a kid, but I've been trying to learn, I purchased the Wizard "How To Draw" book on reccomendation from someone on this board, but I'm not quite at the level for public display yet. But I like this program because sometimes when I write I like to have a visual image of a character in my head, and this is good for a quick rough outline.

Any way to do screen captures on a Mac?

Yep... it's Apple Key + SHift +3 for the whole screen

Or Apple Key + SHift +4 which should now give you a crosshairs which you just drag across the part you want to screen snap.

A file should show up on your desktop called Picture 1 or 2 or whatever...depends on how many screen snaps you have.

If you're using an earlier version than OS X you might have to do a file search...I can't remember if it shows up on the desktop or not.

Yeah when you choose a background just make it a neon green color. If you aren't careful it can kinda get mixed up with the colors though storm's lightening and along the side of collosus' head

When she was a newborn her uncle, a scientific genius, hid his invention insider her head from the evil Hara Sasaki. This invention has given Lexa the enhanced abilities of a normal human being, plus given her extensive knowledge as a ninja. She has all the skills with none of the training. So, she...gets herself into quite a bit of trouble.

Back when the Nano Ninja was still a normal man, he kidnapped Gordie, a star hockey player, and genetically altered him to be faster, stronger and tougher than any other player. As a result, Gordie was kicked off the team and now looks to smack the Nano Ninja around any chance he has.

After learning that a young girl now possesed the power that he had hired her uncle to create, he set out for America to find her. In America, he built up his Yakuza empire into an army of crime. A genetitisist and ex-soldier, Sasaki developed molten nanobots that he would mould into an army of ninja robots. In his first encounter with Lexa, she chopped of his hand and left him in the molten metal to die. However, the nanobots repaired Sasaki's body and even remade a hand for him, a hand that can transform into any metallic weapin he wishes. He re dubbed himself the Nano Ninja and now seeks to kill Lexa for turning him into a freak.

After becoming embroiled in a struggle with Lexa, Sasaki recruited hundreds of ninja to help him defeat her, rushing them through their training and eventually having them fall to her sword.
