You can never trust Sentinels for long.. They're designed to wipe out all mutants and it's not that simple to differentiate between ones that the govt likes and doesn't like. I'll be very surprised if the Sentinels fight alongside the X-Men and stay on the same side for the whole film.

We don't know... and we don't even know about the final battle, all we were told is that later in the film Angel joins the X-Men... so it's not unreasonable to assume we'll see him fight with the others.

I was actually a little bit underwhelmed by the Angel flying scene. I mean when i was there when they were filming that scene, it looked like such a big deal. But on that shot it was like just some guy falling from the 10th floor of some building.

But i know that should change in the context of that scene in the movie so i'm not worried. Okay maybe a little bit.

I think it's mostly because it's a pic taken in the middle of an action shot during a rather awkward pose. I can't be easy to maneuver with those wings on, so there are gonna be times when his poses will look awkward when you look at them bit by bit, but as one fluid motion, it shouldn't look nearly as bad.

Well, I saw how random it was getting, so I had to.

I was thinking maybe after Angel escapes, he flies over to the lake where he sees Cyke unconscious then he takes him and flies away with him. Cyke wakes up like half way through the movie, Angel sets up camp in a cave or something. Angel tells Cyke what happened, Cyke tells Angel he needs to go back to save Jean, Cyke asks Angel for his help, but Angel says his crazy and that it wouldn't be safe with a war going on out there and mutants being hunted, but Cyke convinces him anyway, and they make there way back until they get to the final battle with some reinforcements. I know, maybe that would be far-fetched.:confused:

The episode centers around Cyclops, Rogue & Angel, the speculated "B Team" for the final battle. I had forgotten about this, and after all the talk about them maybe making a fashionably late entrance together, it was pretty cool to seem them together.

Not saying it might have inspired anything necessarily, but maybe just a cool little coincidence.
