Neither. After I was done with the basic stuff I used a very slight Stucco to give the scars/pock marks depth.

I thought I read a Two-Face comic that stated that explicity. Dent had grown up fighting to repress his mental problems, eventually finding the best cure was to focus that dedication with the law and becoming a prosecutor. But after the acid, he went the other way.

Can I cleer up that Cabulerez thing please???? It was a storyline for the end of the film. Where gordon and batman talk and he says during the mob war of the cabulerez and the Washles, (Made up names) Joker threw acid on one of our men. "But why on him?" "He was a Cabulerez, not a dent." Asteroid Man, your main problem is that you know nothing about Batman. That's why people make fun of your ideas. You consistently create stories that are totally different from the accepted standards of characters and events in Batman. Go read the comics and get back to us. That some gangster throws acid on Dent during the gang war in a warehouse or something is completely against the Batman literature - as is your first idea that Dent was actually a gangster called the Cabulerez. You can't change it now or pretend that's what you proposed.

Harvey Dent is the Gotham City District Attorney. He is NOT a gangster or have anything to do with Cabulerez's and Washles (what a name for a mob family lol). NOR is he "one of our men" as you first changed your story to. Dent is a District Attorney, he is a member of the bar, not a member of the police force.

Harvey Dent has acid thrown on his face in a courtroom during a criminal prosecution.

Harvey Dent has no children. He has no "Heir" (Heir of the Cabulerez lol) so it's wierd when you speak of him as "a Dent". He's not affiliated with any important family and the Dent name has no social value outside of himself. He only has a wife, Gilda.

I like doing teaser's when i did some superman ones i just showed the belt etc, i mean if your a fan you can tell that its batman, i figure with the sequel upon us the teaser posters won't be just showing a glimps of batman again because we already know hes here, and that the company decided to do a movie hehe, so i figure they will show a glimps of the villian or the storyline.

Thanks. I liked Clive just because hes one of those guys that if you give him a clean shave and a nice suit he can play Dent like one of those 'I want to change the system' lawyers. He has the look to make you think that hes kind of frustrated that the law doesnt seem to work. Have him shown with the stubble or tired eyes, in the way you kind of want to go 'Hey..umm... why dont you go lay down, you look like youre ready to snap'. That sort of deep frustration and anger leaking out sometimes. The acid incident becomes the last straw and he finally snaps. At least from the different roles Ive seen him play it seems possible. Im sure whoever they do get will do the part justice.

Thanks really appreciate it, that one is my favorite by far, not sure if i like the new one i did better, where i revised the blood on the card and added a hand print, i would think that would be a bit more realistic looking but for some reason i almost even like the above one better too. What i like about it is it has that movie studio poster look to it, quite feesable one would think.

Hey if it didnt work as a movie poster it would make a good comic cover. The top half with lettering like the Kingdom Come issues on the top part and the artist/writers on the bottom part. Keep up the good work man.

I got varying comments on the last one, with the joker's colors as 2008, some people didn't realize what it was hehe, i find that it could be feesable. Although i figure that they wouldn't portray batman that bloddy so i doubt they would go for it. They should hold contests for fans to make posters lol.

sorry mate, just read back, I missed that post... no the original image of Harley is not mine. I came across it while Google'ing for images of her to use in a manip. I found that and thought I could use it. All the other elements are added (gun,card,smoke etc) and the image has been colour touched too.

I used to think Angelina Jolie would make a great Catwoman, but I think her lips are just too noticable. I mean, look at those manips, and without even looking at the name, is there any doubt about who that could possibly be? I cant realistically see Batman not figuring out her identity in half a second flat.

That's actually something I'd love to test, if i had any manip skills at all. I'd take pictures of all the major suggestions for the role of catwoman, and manip them all. then, post them in a thread, without their names attached, and next to that, post different un-maniped photos of the same actresses. then see if people could guess which Selina Kyle was which Catwoman. There's really no way in hell Angelina would pass that test, unless the costume somehow covered up her lips.

The sad fact is, this series is striving for realism, and Batman not figuring out those two pairs of gigantic lips of doom belong to the same person is ridiculous.

I'd slightly agree, except for the fact that Batman figures out her identity fairly quickly in the comics and tv shows anyway. Plus you have to remember she is a cat burglar, so it's not like she'll be in the public eye or be in confrontations with lots of people up close.

Honestly, Batman Begins isn't REALLY Year One. It's almost more like pre-Year One, because Batman wasn't even around for 3 months, maybe even less. The title Year One could still be used, b/c it would be a film of Batman's first full year.

I just cant see the average movie goers going along with a title like that. It'll sound like yet another restart or something. Can you honestly tell me that "Batman: Year One" sound like anything but an origin story or a prequel? What do you want to call the third film? Batman's First Adventure? Batman Starts? Introducing Batman? Batman 0?

Besides, the movie wouldn't be about his full first year. It would be about the last 9 months of his first year. And then of course, there's the fact that Year One is already the title of a comic, which this film could obviously not be based off of. Year One was about Batman coming back to Gotham and starting his crime fighting career. It was about James Gordon moving to Gotham and dealing with corruption. It was about the two meeting eachother and learning to trust eachother. That all pretty much happened in Begins, so... I dont see how you can call it Year One. It's like people who want to call it The Killing Joke, when Barbara Gordon is way too young to be shot in the spine. Or those who want to call it The Long Halloween, and yet not actually have it about Holiday (there are those people out there, how would the title even make sense then?). Dont use a title from a comic unless you actually plan to adapt that comic's storyline, and since Year One didn't even have The Joker in it, aside from Gordon mentioning him on a rooftop at the end (hmm... what else has Gordon mentioning the Joker on a rooftop at the end?) then you cant call it Year One.

i love that title i really do and i saw those posters, omg they were just a mind spaz when i saw them, i love them! but i really thought about it..... Batman is the worlds greatest detective... but it takes him a year to track and capture the joker.... coz i see the sequel starting at least a monthe or two after the first... or even better right as the last one left off..... and it should tell of how her tracks the joker... while having the other problems.... yeah.... but like i love the title but he is supposed to be the greatest and even "Dog the bounty hunter could have gotten the joker in less then a year.... (lol)

unfortunetely with this clip I wasn't able to add a hat or flower or bow tie because hes rotating too much. Also the clip is really bright and low res unlike the Johnny depp one which is high contrast and clear.

Bettany looks nothing like the Joker? Joker has a very long angular face but I can't see this in Bettany, am I alone? Brody looks like the Joker, whether he could pull the part off or not I don't know.

Its called movie magic - they can add a little bit (not much mind you) to his chin and his nose to give it a longer look, or they can decide not to, however after seeing Bettany in action he can certainly act the part.

There's a difference between not knowing exactly what chemicals were in the vat Joker fell into (it's never said), and not knowing Harvey Dent was a District Attourney.

Oh the chemical was never said? Well I had never really red the comics. I had seen the movies and the shows along time ago when we had cabel. I am 14 now so that was a while back. Especially for me.
