that nightcrawler picture is 100 percent fake i was looking at it and thought to myself " i have seen this" then it hit me. It is from a wizard in maybe February or March of 2001 introducing the new costumes and looks for the upcoming Morrison/Casey Xmen runs. It was showing off nightcrawlers new costume for Uncanny Xmen. I cant find the issue but i think it was the one with Salvador Larocca drawing the Ultimate Xmen from early 2001.

I do agree - If they give them new suits, especially if X3 takes place a long while after X2, then they should at least reference to them "needing a new change" in the movie rather than just getting into their new suits as if X1 and X2's suits never were. I think they should at least stick with the leather route, even if the design is changed.

Well, the cyke one has a comic one superimposed, the logan ones are all alternate special suits, so we cant get any glimpse of whether the costumes have been changed for this movie. And the Juggernaut and Nightcrawler pics, they're just placeholders until they get the proper concept art for the toys. I'm loving the Legends Toys, tho, not sure if i'm getting them. :(

Ok, gettting back ON TOPIC here. It's clear that none of these "designs" will have any implication on what they wear in the movie. Since when have what the toys are designed to wear ever had any effect on what was worn in the good movies? Just looking at the Batman movie toys should tell you this.

Also there's some clear fakes in there as well. The Magneto toy clearly has a picture of Ian's face put on there, and the Nightcrawler and Juggernaut ones are pictures from the comics. You can find Nightcrawler's outfit in a different position here:

So for those of you who don't live in New York I just want to explain exactly what MNN is. First of all it is highly likely that this person does have their own show on this channel. Now let me explain why. This is one of those public access channels that you can get on pretty much for free. You can see a bunch of really sad things on MNN from high school kids recreating some movie action scene in their back yard or living rooms to old puerto rican drag queens playing the key boards and screetching out disco hits. So I'm sure getting his show on the air with this station is quite easy. Any one in this city could do it as well and with no problem.
