Welcome to the Smallville RPG Signup thread. This game is similar to batnkevlar's DC (http://showthread.php?t=192419) and MARVEL (http://showthread.php?t=200636) RPG's,except this is based off of the Smallville Continity.
Gamemaster:DrVenkman90
Volunteers for Gamemasters and Mods can be taken at this time.However,You have to have some experience in the Hype RPGs.
RULES
-Players can choose any hero in the Smallville. Players who have proved themselves as good RPer's will also have the option to take up a second character. You can pick metor freaks and other characters. Dc heroes are accepted if you let me know. You can't use their costume personification right away. You must let me know if you are going to do that.
-Everyone exists in the Smallville Timeline. No Comic characters may be used.(Unless they've shown up in Smallville)
-No Killing. Unnamed faceless NPC's may be killed,but not major characters,or taken characters. Someone else may want to take up the character, or they may be important to another story.
-You can go anywhere on Earth. You cannot travel off world.
-You are your character, so act like it. Talk like them, use there dialouge. Do not exaggerate your powers, or pop-up here and there without explination.BE Your character.
-Several stories can be going at once, and you have the freedom to interact with other characters.
-You MUST choose a character in current Justice League Unlimited times.No characters from alternate or future incarnations,such as Batman Beyond,will be allowed.
-You must post at least once every two weeks, though it is preferred that you post more. If you go two weeks without a post without prior notice, your character is up for grabs.
-And of course, all regular rules of the Hype apply.
-Have fun.

1.He's my second favorite character on the show.
2.The chance of playing a Lex who's not exactly evil yet intrigues me.That,and He's a very interesting character,evil or not.
3.Money and power.:o(That,and Bruce Wayne hasn't appeared on the show yet)
What can you bring to this game?
I'm hoping to bring in an interesting take on this future criminal mastermind.That,and a smart,powerful ally/foe to Clark.
Lex is unpredictable,which is why I say 'ally/foe'.;)

1.Glover's portrayal is fantastic.
2.The almost theatrical dialogue that can be used especially when picturing how Glover would voice the words.
3. He's the father of Lex, the effects of him on his son lead to the greatest criminal mind of all time.

Well I am an actor. I suppose it would lend its hand in my approach on conversing with others in character.

Three reasons why you have chosen that character:
1. She's such a dang smartmouth! She has, like no respect for things like Kryptonian-level super strength... I love it :)
2. She has family issues to the Nth degree. "The General?" Come on...
3. Chloe's taken :) And Pete Ross seems kidna pointless nowadays... besides I can have her dye her hair black like it should be dang it! Oh and 3.5) I can start to turn her from a background smarttalker into the unparalleled trouble-starter and trouble-finder she grows up to be!
What can you bring to this game?
A real life smart mouth. And I think I'm starting to learn how to set up interesting and challenging situations... but don't quote me on that...

Good point, kids can get annoying if done wrong... I was planning on mixing one of those cynical young teenagers with a heavy dose of reflections on the human condition that are a mix between "Jor-El was right, humans are silly/stupid" and genuine wonder at how these people make things work... and I wanted to put her on the Kent farm... give her flight, strength invulnerability, and have Clark teach her the rest as she learns, like Jor El did on his short trip, the value of being human...
But then again, we don't really have a "bad guy" per se either... Dr. David Connors (Teh ERADiCaTUR!!!1!1!!) may work in Smallville as well...

Nope... it was just an idea we tossed around, i'd MUCH rather have YOU be Braniac/Professor Fine, Sentinel... I'm sure you'll do great and I'm honestly not interested in playing teh character...
I'd much rather be Kara... but for now, it seems lois is the thing to do... Smallville isn't necessarily about being super after all...

Sorry for the inconvienince folks, we were experiencing some.........er.......technical.....difficulties.. ..er......yes thats right. Anywho, anyone wanting to start this game back up please leme know. Also, seeing as how the threadcreator was banned I think we need to either start a new thread, or ask the mods to change itto a Universal SN for updates.
And again, if the person whom was playing Clark is no longer interested I would like to put in an ap.

Ok well I havent heard back from Robin_Begins, and from what I saw he hasn't posted since the 15th, and hasn't made but about 5 posts since his last post here, the one on the 15th being one of them. I'm going to wait a little longer and then if I don't here anything back I'll try to talk to a MOD and see if I can have the Roster post changed to a universal SN.

Ok, I've talked to Mod and he says he has no idea how the Universal SN was done for the Marvel and DC RPGs, but what I'm gona do is go ahead and create another thread. I will still honor all GM positions held here for anyone who wants to come back, and will do this under a Universal account name that can be used by all of the GMs and Mods. If you are still interested in maintaining your GM position send me a PM and I will add you to the roster list. I will post the new thread URL here soon.
