Muscles, I would choose you on a deserted island over all of those things. I could skin you and tan your hide to make some clothing for some warmth and protection from the elements. I could fashion your hair into fishing line (I'd use your toes as bait). Your bones would make excellent digging implements. Your meat and fat would be a source of nutrition, and I could also make candles and lamp oil out of your fat as well. Yes, you would be very useful on a deserted island.
