I'll probaly pick up the last issue of the SV magazine, just because it's the last issue. I've never read one of the SV mags but I bought a few of the Supernatural mags and they're pretty good, a tad on the expensive side. But they also have very few ads, which is a plus when you pay $7 for some other magazine and they have almost as many ads as they do subject matter. And Kal I could never throw together pictures like you do, I would get burnt out probaly before I got half of it done.

Erica was awesome in "Pandora" , I loved how bold and outspoken she was against Zod. and of course I enjoyed every scene with Lois & Clark. Can't wait to see where they go with her character in the second half of the season .

So this past saturday 11/28, erica and also julian sands(jorel-Kandor episode) appeared in a syfy original movie based on robin hood. With one of the leads from that syfy channel show santuarcy as Robin hood. I thought it was an ok movie for the quality those syfy original movies are. I thought erica did well in her role. Also it was a fun film. So if any of you guys saw it what were your thoughts on it?

It was a decent movie....just shouldn't have had Robin Hood as a a character....it was a 10th century adventure story of wizards, warriors, and dragons.....having the main character as Robin added nothing to it.

Yeah I thought she's a class act for doing that. If it was some ego maniac actress she would flat out refuse because it's a manip not her real body and she might have even not liked the way she looked in it, but she respected the fact that I liked it alot and enough to ask to have it signed. I'm now an even bigger fan of hers for doing that.
I now have 3 Smallville autographs (Erica, Michael and Laura) in my collection.

#3. Lois Lane & Clark Kent [Smallville]
"How can a guy miss what's been in front of him all this time?"

We know that Lois and Clark are inevitable and meant to be but the journey is half the fun. Shippers know that it will eventually happen but it's the how that leaves fans waiting with baited breath. When Lois whirled into town in season four, she and Clark didn't exactly become bosom buddies. But underneath all the snark and bickering, they slowly got under each other's skin and into each other's hearts. What's so great about this ship is the detailed build up leading up to the inevitable. Writers know that they've got a legend to live up to and know that the inevitable is something that they can't mess up. So instead, fans are patiently waiting and along the way are rewarded with surprising and squee-worthy moments that make it worth their wait. It's now season nine and we're finally getting closer to Lois and Clark's destiny and we couldn't be happier!

Classic Shipper Moment: In season nine, Lois begins having visions of the future. In 9x08 Idol in particular, she has a steamy vision of her and Clark with the world around them in ruins, suggesting that as long as they have each other, everything else will work itself out.

After more than eight seasons, Lois Lane (Erica Durance (http://www.tvguide.com/celebrities/erica-durance/192358)) and Clark Kent (Tom Welling (http://www.tvguide.com/celebrities/tom-welling/177238)) have finally become a couple on Smallville (http://www.tvguide.com/tvshows/smallville/100398). TVGuide.com spoke with Durance about the blossoming relationship between these iconic characters and Lois getting to play her own hero.

Durance: She's having moments for sure. What I like about them, as they're getting together, they're still being Lois and Clark. It's not like they lose their banters and they lose the moments of how different they are. They still have that kind of communication with each other. She's on a slippery slope, though. Obviously this is a different type of relationship than she's ever had before, deeper feelings than she's had before, so she's trying to deal with it.

TVGuide.com: Is it weird now having to do these steamy scenes with Tom?
Durance: Nope! No, it's not weird. It's just like any other scene that you're doing. Our focus isn't whether the scene is steamy. It's always tricky when you've had two characters that have been not together, but wanting to be together and then figuring out how to actually bring them together and honor that iconic relationship, that's been trickier than our steamy scenes.

TVGuide.com: Annette O'Toole (http://www.tvguide.com/celebrities/annette-otoole/140268) is returning to the show. Will Martha Kent approve of their relationship?
Durance: The one thing that Lois found is that Martha was the first person that was very accepting of Lois and could see through all of the awkward things that she would do and her defense mechanisms. So I believe that she would actually be fine with it.

TVGuide.com: Will there be more Lois and Chloe interaction?
Durance: I've missed working with her. ... she knows Chloe is off doing her thing. Lois is trying to bring her back to socializing with people and coming out. ... they some really, really funny stuff coming up.

TVGuide.com: Michael McKean (http://www.tvguide.com/celebrities/michael-mckean/166186) is also coming back as Perry White. Is this a big turning point in Lois' journalism career?
Durance: They haven't given me specifics on that yet, but I'm assuming that once she's introduced to him that that will be absolutely a turning point for her. Obviously, bringing that character in, we're trying to propel things forward.

TVGuide.com: How does it feel to play the moment of the two of them meeting?
Durance: Like any other thing that I've done on the show, I think that if you get lost in how iconic it is and what you're doing, it sometimes, at least for myself, that's a little too overwhelming. I take it day to day and scene to scene and I'll just enjoy getting to play that moment and getting to work with Michael.

TVGuide.com: Will we see Lois' memories of the future return again, or are those completely gone?
Durance: What I think what's happened is once it's been shown that this is what's happening, you have the main characters, except Lois because her memory has been erased, trying to eradicate that to create a new future. We're looking to have that change now.

TVGuide.com: Lois is known for her digging. What sort of interaction will she have with the Justice Society of America?
Durance: What we have is the Justice Society of America and they're meeting up with Clark, Oliver [Justin Hartley (http://www.tvguide.com/celebrities/justin-hartley/194820)] and John Jones [Phil Morris (http://www.tvguide.com/celebrities/phil-morris/170173)]. Clark is getting a first-hand take on what's happening. We find out throughout the two-hour event that Lois is also doing her own investigating, coming up with the exact same conclusions all on her own. She has a run-in with Dr. Fate and he gives her some very interesting insight into her future. Then, of course, she also is introduced into the fray by getting a package from Checkmate.

[B]TVGuide.com: What involvement will Lois have with Amanda Waller (Pam Grier (http://www.tvguide.com/celebrities/pam-grier/168772)) and Checkmate?
Durance: What they have set up so far is that Amanda Waller will be in contact with Lois to give her information. She knows Lois is a great journalist. So far, that's the connection, so we'll see how they thread that through in the next few episodes.

TVGuide.com: What interaction will Lois have when Metallo (Brian Austin Green (http://www.tvguide.com/celebrities/brian-austin-green/283937)) returns?
Durance: It's a really interesting turn of events between Lois and John Corbin and his [alter ego] Metallo. She gets to see him in a new light. She gets a chance to be her own hero in that episode.

Durance always looks older in promo pics, and I don't mean that in a bad way. It was like in that episode where she was possessed by Zod's wife. I was pretty astounded how much more mature she seemed in terms of voice, demeanor and presence. When she plays Lois, she always looks more like a girl, but Durance herself looks much more like a woman.

See this is the difference between Lois and Lana. Even thought this series has lana accept the secret. She knew she couldn't live the life that comes with it . And while Lois is unsure of her role . I also liked how in Charade, Lois told Clark that the Blur couldn't reveal his true identity because it would put her in danger, showing she already understood why the secret had to be kept. It shows that she sees the bigger picture and Clark's destiny as the top priority.

Thanks Hulk, and your right he does ask good question . I'm also glad that although Erica is opening to the idea of becoming Lois on the big screen she made it clear that she only do it if Tom was with her . I'm glad she said that because honestly they've got such an amazing onscreen chemistry that it's hard to replicate and I couldn't imagine her paired up with anyone else other than Tom.

I would however like to see her possibly voice the character of Lois in animation at some point in the near future .

Season 6 did have some fun episodes depite its dark tone.

The first 9 epsiodes weren't that dark, it's Hydro where they started to the Soap Opera from hell portion of the season. I actually think S5 might have been darker with the whole somebody has to die storyline in the first half, Lexana int he second

It was dark for Clark. They made sure they showed scenes where everybody was paired with someone else except for Clark who was alone in his barn. I think the second half of Season 5 to all of Season 6 was pretty dark for Clark.

But yeah after Reckoning, the show started to get a little more darker and serious. It really started to feel like a different show. For the next couple of years.

big fan of the show, but i really wouldn't want welling to be the movie franchise superman either. i don't want smallville: the movie (outside of the series. a TV movie would be awesome).

just like i don't really want routh if they decide to reboot the franchise, even if i think he was great andhe was an amazing casting choice in a terrible film.

I would have said the same thing if it had be routh or cavill that headlined the smallville show. i say keep those things separate.

Thanks, I think I like this one a lot better than the one I did of Tom. But yea I've been thinking of doing both writing and artwork. I actually have a few projects that I'm working on, but they're on hold until after I finish school next fall. That way I can put all of my focus on it instead of doing it as a something on the side.

That picture does, yeah. Lois looks half asian in that pic, but normally she looks like this.

And for the record I think Erica looks alot like Lois Lane from the comics. Muscular arms (for a woman), big boobs but not too big, gorgeous, and a strong jaw-line.

It's all Erica. Lois is strong woman but it helps that she looks like one as well.


Plus the fact Lana wasn't even supposed to have dark hair. I don't know why they didn't make Kreuk color her hair lighter instead of making Erica do it for years.
