All I did was save the image from the link I gave you and then loaded the pic directly from my computer to here and it worked just fine.

I'm wondering if it's how it's being saved on my computer... Window's media picture viewer is the standard program when I try to open it, and the gif speed is very slow. I wonder if it's the lack of a better program that's effecting it.
