From what I understood, all the companies you have credit extended with make 3, 6, or 12 month reports on what you're doing. This includes credit cards. As long as you're paying your bills and not falling behind your credit goes up. This is what I've been told. Of course, it's easily possible for me to be wrong.


BUT CREDIT CARDS CARRY THE LEAST "WEIGHT" IN YOUR CREDIT BUREAU, BECAUSE OF HOW COMMON THEY ARE. BANKS KNOW THAT ALOT OF PEOPLE BUY FOOD, CLOTHES......EVEN LOTTERY TICKETS, WITH CREDIT CARDS; THAT'S NOT THE KIND OF PERSON THEY WANT TO LEND $100K+ TO.
IF YOU'VE PAID OFF FURNITURE, A CAR OR 2, ETC., YOU'LL HAVE A MUCH BETTER SHOT AT GETTING THAT MORTGAGE.

Most Banks, like Bank of America will not approve you for a Mortgage loan at the table if you have not met the criteria for traditional credit, which is the reason why Mortgage specialists(who evaluate non-traditional credit like rent payments, cable bills and cell phone bills) are the best way to go if you don't have any established.

That's what happend to my wife a few years before we got married.

Right now i only have two credit cards, the one that was closed(They reopened it) and the one I got though my job(I work at Bank of America). Both are Visas.

But I'm also getting Credit Card offers like every day. I just shredded like 5 of the yesterday.

MICROSOFT TO UPGRADE 360 CPU NEXT YEAR

Expect reduced heat and power consumption, plus a cheaper, faster, more reliable 360

11:43 Microsoft will give the 360's CPU a boost early next year, the chip's manufacturer has revealed. The upgrade is expected to reduce the CPU's power and heat consumption, potentially increase gameplay speed and response and also helping to reduce the 360's price point.
It sounds like a marvellous development, with the 360's CPU manufacturer Chartered Semiconductor dropping the announcement in a very casual bombshell today. Apparently, instead of using 90 nanometre technology in the 360 chip's construction, Chartered will switch to 65 nanometre tech, which may be seen as a response to some of the well-documented overheating problems which have troubled some 360 owners.







Apparently though, it's quite routine in the heady world of semiconductor manufacture to make such a move, as new technology helps reduce manufacturing costs, possibly laying the foundation for 360 price cuts in 2007 if MS wants to respond to the PS3's launch with a price-slashing war.
The new tech will certainly result in reductions in power and heat, but it's unclear at the moment whether the 360's CPU will be upgraded to take advantage of the new performance 65 nanometre pathways will offer.

Still, that might only be the beginning, as Chartered Semiconductor also revealed it had new 45 nanometre tech in the - ahem - pipeline, so even further advances could be in the offing. Whether this will work its way into the 360, Chartered aren't saying for the moment.

No. Its a simple CPU architecture change.

It has the 'potential' to play games faster (like 4 to 5 fps) because its not running as hot as the current design does. All future games will play on X360.

So I traded in some Games at Gamestop & if you choose to get back Game Bucks they give you an extra 60 to 70 Dollars in GameStop Bucks. I had enough for Two Games I went ahead & got Tomb Raider Legend (what the heck I had the Money right & I did like the Demo) & I picked up a new Call Of Duty 2 (my Original Game stopped working I guess I played it to much) :o & I still have enough for another 360 Game the next time I want a Game :up:
