 that makes no sense. jordan's best friend, ollie queen, has more personality in one of his mustache whiskers than superman has in his entire body.
i'll go with supes.
It makes perfect sense: Superman is a fantastic character with plenty of personality as many writers have shown, most recently Brian Azzarello, Greg Rucka, Kurt Busiek, Grant Morrison and Geoff Johns have shown. Hal Jordan, on the other hand, has so little personality that not even Geoff Johns can make him not suck.

YOU TAKE THAT BACK!! Hal Jordan is the king you hear me? the King!
...
Sorry. Reflex action.
Anyway. I'm gonna give this to Hal ENTIRELY on the assumption that he goes into this fight in his typical shields-already-up manner. If given any time to think he has numerous options as to how to trounce big blue.
However if it's similar to the Marvel vs DC skirmishes where they're just randomly teleported out of their day to day lives and into battle then superman would take it before Hal even had time to recognise he'd been 'ported.

I'm a HUGE Green Arrow fan, but I'm not stupid. Aside from utilizing tons of planning and cash to build a trap like he did a couple issues back, I know there's no chance of Ollie beating Slade. Although, he did beat Solomon Grundy, with a broken bow. Eh, I'll stick with Deathstroke.

You do know that Deathstroke is probably the second best shot wih any kind of firearm in the whole DCU? Plus, those 20 arrows might not even hurt Slade for too long. He has an advanced healing factor, plus many other advanced abilities.

Ravager's Abilities:
Astral projection and the precognitive ability to see into the future; possessing chemically augmented strength, speed, stamina, agility and intelligence. Excellent hand-to-hand combatant skilled in martial arts and swordsmanship.
Starfire's Abilities:
She can assimilate a being's language through physical contact. By solar absorption, Starfire is able to fire "starbolts" and fly. Also possesses super strength.

I believe she first appeared in Teen Titans.
She has the ability to control the fear centers of the human mind to create life-like illusions of the person's greatest fears.
She can basically do what Scarecrow does but without the science and objects (like the fear gas and straws) involved. Also, by looks she seems to be more athletic and probably would kick his ass in a fist fight (IMO).

I am pretty sure he got cured up because we saw him normal in the Batman OYL arc briefly but in the arc As The Crow Flies (GREAT arc by the way), Scarecrow kind of got one of his experiements on himself sabotaged making him transform into some Scarecrow-beast thing; kind of like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde kind of deal. He's still Scarebeast.
I forgot about his Scarebeast persona. If he still has that then I might have to change my answer. Can anyone find out for sure?
Well, I am just going by the small cameo he had in the Batman OYL arc. Don't you think he would have transformed into the Scarebeast then? I doubt he has control over it but I would have figured that he would have then.
If he still can turn into the Scarebeast then I would like to change my vote for him.

I found this on wikipedia:
Scarebeast
During the "As the Crow Flies" story arc (commencing with Batman #627, July 2004), the Scarecrow was transformed into a murderous creature known as the Scarebeast by the Penguin to kill off his disloyal colleagues. In this incarnation, the Scarebeast possesses super strength and endurance and can release an even stronger hallucinogenic gas. After being defeated by Batman, the Scarebeast reverted back into Jonathan Crane. The Scarecrow has transformed into the Scarebeast in the "War Games" story arc.
Unless something happened to him during the missing year, I'm going to assume he's still got the power to transform into the Scarebeast.
I also found another interesting tid-bit about him on wikipedia.
When forced to fight, he uses his own style called "violent dancing", which is based in part off the crane style of kung fu, and makes full use of his long arms and legs.
I think I'd like to formally change my answer to Scarecrow.

Yea but Bane's last fight against Bats was like 10 years ago (our time) when Bats got his revenge in Legacy. Who knows what would happen if Bane fights Bats now...I mean when Jason fought Bats he put up a real good fight (that was right before OYL). This is why I am unsure who to vote on because Bane has not made an appearance in a long time besides IC (which was not big) and is supposed to appear on one of JSA's OYL arcs.
