It was great to finally see Cox show JD come real respect. I wonder if this event is gonna change their relationship.

How many episodes left this season?

And do we know if there's been any indication in renewal for next season?

How many episodes left this season?

And do we know if there's been any indication in renewal for next season?

Spoilerfix.com: Although an NBC rep insists it's not true, rumors are rampant that the Peacock net has — wait for it — renewed Scrubs for a sixth season!

USA Today: By Gary Levin, USA TODAY
Fans aren't ready to scrub Scrubs from their TVs. The modestly rated NBC comedy was the show they most wanted to keep in USA TODAY's ninth annual Save Our Shows survey.
Among more than 30,000 voters, 61% wanted Scrubs, which is winding up its fifth season, to continue; just 14% wanted it gone, according to online and mail-in ballots.

Among these shows hovering between renewal and cancellation — "on the bubble" in industry parlance —Scrubs is the safest bet.

The hospital comedy makes the bubble list only because an expiring contract will boost the price NBC would have to pay producer Touchstone Television, and NBC hasn't agreed to a deal. In the unlikely event the network passes, Touchstone sibling ABC immediately will grab Scrubs for its comedy-starved lineup.

I'm actually hoping NBC passes and ABC gets Scrubs because NBC doesn't seem to care about the show, maybe ABC will actually promote it more. If nothing else we'll probably get the fourth and fifth seasons on DVD before it returns, if it's on ABC. The only thing that worries me about ABC getting it is they really don't support comedies, after all the promotion they pulled the plug on Emily's Reasons Why Not after one episode (sure it probably wasn't any good, but only one episode?), Sons & Daughters got no publicity. If NBC does keep Scrubs they need to put it on Thursday with My Name is Earl and the Office.

NBC should pick up Arrested Development then put AD, Scrubs, Earl, and The Office on Thursday night. That's the only way they'll get Must-See-Thursday again.

Eh. I didn't like the idea of repeating so much stuff we've seen. . . It got, well, repetitive. That was their artistic point, but it wasn't handled especially well.

Meh.

You know something...I have everysingle SCRUBS episode rippied from BitTorrents and Im thinking about still getting the DVD sets, is that nutty or what?

Next Week is the Finale, what do you think is going tohappen? I think were going to find out who else is pregnant but not find out the father hence the cliffhanger for next season.

I quite liked this weeks ep of Scrubs, probably just because there have been some great jokes and its nice to see them again.

I got into the show from downloads. though the torrents sucked and I only got some of season 1, then got the DVDs of 1 and 2 and downloaded 3-5.

There isn't much set up for a big finale. Carla isn't close to giving birth so that won't happen. Although, it was rumored someone else is expecting, so that may be revealed next week.

You were right with Jordan. I didn't care for the other one though. They're laying all these pregnancies on us, 2 is ok. 3 is too much.

I expected JD to knock a girl up, show some character development as he's forced to grow up. The Jordan thing kinda feels unnecessary, but hey, I trust the writers. They can handle it.

One thing I didn't like was how Carla went from not really showing her pregnancy to being really pregnant from the first part of the season finale to the second. Also kinda hoped for a LOTR reference with the wedding rings, the setup was prefect. Otherwise great season finale.

Season 2's finale was better. This one would have been better if it ended with Carla about to go into labor rather than 2 pregnancies.
