What could Ratner have been referring to when he said he pushed for a more expensive ending, if he wasn't talking about Sentinels?? I personally thought that was a big hint for Sentinels in the final battle.
Maybe SFX just assumed Sentinels would be in the DR, who's to say they know for sure?! Maybe the Sentinel head was deliberately put in the DR to throw the journalists off and make them think we'll see Sentinels in the DR when we might instead see them in the final battle. Or maybe we'll see Sentinels in both the DR and final battle. Trask is in the movie let's not forget!

From what i understand, Logan goes berserk and tries to get back Jean/Phoenix from the grips of the Brotherhood but (after slicing and dicing a few of their gang) he's some how caught by Magneto. He'll never learn....

Iceman's bulkier, Cyclops has a big chest and smaller waist. The X buckles are also different, Iceman's is tight against his stomach, Cyclop's sticks out a bit. They're different!

-if you look at Cyclops shoulders, you can see that the lighting on their uniforms is different, though coming from the same direction.
-the horizontal lines in Iceman's uniform start right behind his arm, in Scott's, the lines pass his arm to the right.
-Cyclops's pants are more "tight" than Iceman's
-Cyclops's left arm cant be seen behind the x-buckle, Iceman's can
-Cyclops's collar is bigger

im not saying they are different pics because i cant be sure, they could be maniped. But do you think they would manip SO MANY details just to fool fans with a fake pic of Cyclops? I think its cheaper, safer, and better if they had just not put him on the cover if they didnt have a true picture of him ;)
