Kinberg & Penn strike me as two guys who are really in touch with what the majority of X-Men fans want out of the third movie. Their presence on the Xverse message boards as well as being on XBox Live show they are involved in the online community.

I think what they've written will be a fair representation of what the majority of fans want to see balanced with what will work on screen in terms of budget, Ratner's vision for X3, and Singer's established universe.

I found the official name: Solpugids. Also known as "Wind Scorpions", "Sun Spiders" or "Camel Spiders." These things are so voracious that they actually attack other poisonous spiders! Ain't that a [bleep]? :(

Camel spiders are nocturnal predators of other arthropods including scorpions and are voracious feeders. Some species kill and feed on lizards and it is speculated that others kill mice and birds. They rely solely on their speed and stealth to catch their prey. In desert areas they are often attracted to lights at night in search of food and their appearance can cause alarm if they enter tents. It is rare to see them during the winter months in UAE and they are thought to hide or hibernate during cold periods.

They travel in packs--so more than likely, there would be several feeding there. Isn't that sad? Imagine that Camel's final moments, realizing that chunks of its underside is being ripped apart by greedy creatures who care nothing for its welfare! :(

And they run sideways..and scream as they do it. Remember that. :( Check these facts out:

1. Camel spiders can move at speeds over 30 MPH, screaming while they run.
2. Camel spiders can be as large as full-grown cats
3. Camel spiders' venom is an anesthetic that numbs their prey.
4. Camel spiders can jump three feet high.
5. Camel spiders get their name because they eat the stomachs of camels.

I once saw a documentary on some folks that live in the jungle. Sometimes food gets scarce, and they need to hunt for tarantulas. They catch them, hold their legs back and get all the hair off, because the tarantula would use that as a defense mechanism. Then they cook them over an open fire and eat the meat.

Apparantly, cooked spider meat is actually very similar to eating crab, since I believe spiders may have evolved from crabs or something.:up:

those things are not venomous, they dont scream and they dont jump and dont eat camels.
They are just big thats all, however they do bite but not for sucking your fluid they just bite for self defense, the grow up in the desert and they are not from the family of spiders even though they are called spiders.
so its safe for you guys to come down as you are probably on top of your tables its safe to go back to your computers and talk abt X3 so to go back to the subject i say : " x3 rooooooooooooccckkkkss"
