I don't think there will ever be a picture of that scene released before the movie opens, as it is obviously a major spoiler . . . then again, a picture of Magneto with what are clearly cure darts stuck in his chest was released, and that is obviously a major spoiler . . . so who knows? Perhaps there will be one floating around at some point, but as of now, I don't think there is.

And there was a slightly different take in the little shot of Halle talking to Rogue, finishing her "nothing's wrong with you" line..
