ok... not sure I like this statue. They say that they 'recreated' a scene from the movie, however, this was not the exact scene we saw in the movie. I would have liked it if they did the scene exactly as it was in the movie ... upside with Wolverine walking from behind it. Just my thought though

Same with the biceps. You can clearly see some foam strapped into place, a shade paler than his natural skin color.

Well, not just the biceps...Vinnie was given a complete prosthetic suit from boots to the neck as I recall...The only other thing that's probably truly HIS are his hands/fingers.

I'm just mentioning that some of Vinnie's natural facial structure became slightly altered due to the face prosthetics. So, at certain angles, he can look completely different as seen in the photo above.

See, I think that even the background/time of the day they choosed for the final battle was way to filthy and dark- there are so many artistic things that are hiding there. For example the design of the darts (bought the art of X3 book :D) Is beautiful, but you can hardly see it in the movie. Those details if they were seen, they could've enriched the views much more

You know, rewatching the film, it occured to me that you do get a mini second glimpse of the firebird in the end battle scene.

Actually I think that was burning cars giving off the flame effect not phoenix

LOL, yeah, I know this, but if you didn't know any better, you would believe it was Phoenix. It really looks like it. I'll have to take a screencap of the bit I mean and post it. xx

Is it possible to request a screen capture??? during the jean vs xaiver scene, when everything is in slo-mo, the camera pans around the room and jean is all black eyed and hair flowing with her arms going up, i remember loving that scene... any way you can grab it for me??
