I contacted the webmaster of the site that listed Murdocco as Omega Red. The guy said that him and Murdocco were friends, and that he told him that he was in X3, and played "Omega Mutant", so the guy assumed he was Omega Red. I remember it was the first time that the term Omega Mutants were used for characters in the movie.
The site still says he is Omega Red

Nobody has said he's Gambit, Endeavor. He resembles the character, but he could be anyone. Also, the scoop said he had green gloves (those who are changed later by CGI) and as far as I know :D Gambit's gloves don't do anything.

After retiring fromn nightclubs, I got into the film industry, background mostly, and found the hoursd intersting. However, working three months on X-Men 3 did me in. All were night shoots and three months after filming, still cannot adjust.

According to a X3 call sheet i found on ebay, Australian actor John Pyper-Ferguson is playing 'Mercedes Father'. I think by that they mean a father who's in a Mercedes GL car who incidentally have a product placement deal with 20th Century Fox. http://www.mbusa.com/models/future/glclass/x-men.do
