Small villains don't have one. And Joker's 'Clown Prince of Crime' and 'Harlequin of Hate' are more of titles than nicknames.

I thought that villains already had nicknames.
Like The Joker is a nickname. I'm sure that on his birth certificate it says "Last Name: Joker, First Name: The".
I understand what you're talking about....but no...the smaller villains don't have titles like that. Why? Because they're small villains that Batman doesn't really have time for and Robin kicks their asses.

Like The Joker is a nickname. I'm sure that on his birth certificate it says "Last Name: Joker, First Name: The".
Nor does Batman's birth certificate say "Last name: Man, First Name: Bat". And yet "Batman" is not his nickname. Anyway, no, minor villains don't get dubbed things like "The Clown Prince of Crime". In fact, no villain except for The Joker has one I can think of. It's not much of a loss.
