Yeah, great idea having him fly closer to the sun to sort of recharge. I think his energy should take a while to run out as well. And have it where saving people and defeating the enemies is more challenging. I never liked that Superman would loose power/energy in games but I understood why it needed to be done. I think with the right things done, we can keep his energy levels up but still make the game challenging. I do like the idea of him going close to the sun to gain more strenght, that'd be a nice touch.

Yeah, its probably still in the development stages. I think they'll pay more attention to detail for supes. In all honesty I think either way, this will surpass all the other Superman games. This is the "one"

I think the camera work is going to be amazing in this film, and we are going to see much more. Batman Begins was great but very dark and the action sequences were jumbled. I know this was on purpose, but I am looking forward to the clarity of Superman.

Exactly. No one complained because it was the first movie of its kind. Nowadays people are super pickey (myself included).
The new suit is ridiculously streamlined for Rouths physique. They won't even disclose how much each suit actually cost. It's also colored so the blue/red colors don't clash as they did in the 70's version. Reeves would have looked magnificant in this new costume if he were transported from the past.
Lets all give Routh a chance I say.

Those things you see just above the belt of his trunks are his obliques/and his pelvis. He is not sporting love handles. The top of his trunks are a good 4-5 inches below his navel. The belt pulls the trunks tight into the soft tissue under his hips.
to avoid this, it would have been better for the top of the trunks to come up to the top of his pelvis.

I think Brandon makes a good Clark Kent. In that pic he doesn't look like a tall muscular guy in a suit which Christopher Reeve did. Don't get me wrong, Reeve got the dorky aspects of Kent in his acting but he still had the look of a 7ft dork.

As for the 'love handles'. I think that's more of a design flaw in the suit as it looks more like the belt is too tight. I mean as fit as Brandon has got he's still human and his skin will give a certain amount. That's why they say if you can pinch more than an inch.

Not wanting to stir it up but surely the leniency of the mods in letting people who have been banned back in is one of the main reasons why over the past couple of years the hype has become, at times, a pain in the arse.

Note: -(I'd just like to point out that I myself have no problem with Saph - the posts in question where out of order but i've always enjoyed reading his previous posts before all this business kicked off and if what he says is true and it wasnt him who posted the stuff then he should be given a chance to redeem his name, dont you think?)

I can picture krypton's continents being ripped apart with very very good details, with huge larva spurting from the planet's core and then covering those entire huge kryptonian cities all over the globe.

I can picture people and creature alike running amok and then dies of all kind of horrible death, before the planet finally seem to be imploding and then explode By hurtling huge ocean of debris and water deep into space where we can see thousands of all kind of ocean creatures and stuff colliding with each other destroying kryptonian satellites, spaceship and even causing immense damage to nearby planet.

This is what I want to see with every single detail and more when the planet krypton goes boom!
I don't want to see insignificant little sparkle that one usually see in other movies when something as huge as a planet explode :mad:
