View Full Version : Which/if any type of Kryptonite should appear next?

So far we have had the classic Green K, the lois and Clark verison of Red K and two new Smallville invented types Black (which is now used in the comics) and Silver.

If you confussed and love Smallville but no nothing about the comics this explains things better than I ever could...

The most likely candidates would be Gold Kryptonite and X-Kryptonite in my opinion.

It wasn't the Lois and Clark version of the red Kryptonite. In Lois and Clark it made Superman apathetic. In Smallville it made him lose his inhibitions and become rebellious. It was their own interpretation.

Lois and Clark's was funnier the way they used it.:O

If you look at the wikipedia link, there's alreayu pink! And yes, it turns them gay!

I'd say purple, but I too don't want any more krypto either...

clark should definitely do some travelling or field trips and get him out of a worryingly abnormal part of america...

there's potentially been at least one weird person in smallville since it's been running...

i mean what are the odds...

I'd say purple, but I too don't want any more krypto either...i got to admit it would be funny if they had pink kryptonite, like a little appearance, clark would be walking with a scientist and when he walked past the pink kryptonite it could light up and clark could compliment the scientist, then change back to normall, i know it's stupid but I'd just like to see pink kryptonite:(

agreed-aslo,red has seemingly infinit effects on supes,recently it made his skin translucent.

I think blue would be cool but tuff for story lines.Bizaro would have to appear for white to be introd but who says thats not possible?.black was stupid,so was silver.

Black is kinda dumb but they haven't used it much. It did make for an excellent episode in Onyx...

Bring in Bizarro and get some blue kryptonite in there.

I'd lay good money that may happen. It seems like a very do-able storyline, with Tom playing Bizarro. He's said in interviews how he likes to get out of character once in a while, so this would be a great opportunity.

Pink Kryptonite: From an alternate timeline in a 2003 Supergirl storyline by Peter David, this bizarre variety of kryptonite apparently turned heterosexual Kryptonians temporarily into homosexuals; it was seen in just one panel, with Superman giving flattering compliments to Jimmy Olsen about his wardrobe and decorative sense. It spoofs the many varieties of kryptonite introduced over the years, as well as the more "innocent times" of the Silver Age. (Lois Lane is depicted in this story as not understanding what's gotten into Superman.) This version of kryptonite has not been used in mainstream comics continuity

And is there a Kryptonite taht heals Superman from any injuries he has from Kryptonite?
