They already did that one, they covered a lot of those since they covered every single possibility back in the 80's and early 90's
(My personal favorite was What If the Punisher Grew a Moustache?)

What If Juggernaut got the Infinity Gauntlet?
What If The Punisher had the powers of Captain America?
What If Johnny Blaze was still Ghost Rider?
What If Marrow had gotten Adamantuim bones like Wolverine?

They're not great, but still better than "What If The X-Men had Failerd their first mission"

Here's one:

What if Captain America awoke in a world where the Nazis won WWII.

The scene starts quite similarly to the third issue of Avengers where Captain America apeared, except we neve get a good look at The Avengers. Captain America begins to awake, as we hear talk of "the empire" and "Dr. Zola" from the Avengers. Finally, the camera pans up, and we see a perfect recreation of the scene where they realize it's Cap, except Giant Man and The Wasp are wearing all black with lab coats over their uniforms, Iron Man is wearing all black with an "SS" symbol on his chest, and Thor is wearing a full SS uniform with a cape and a black mask with a silver skull with red eyes on the face.

Cap freaks, tries to escape, and they subdue him. They tell him of his situation, and Cap basically tells them to go **** themselves. He's taken to a holding cell, but the submarine is atacked by an unseen force. Cap is rescued, and taken to the resistance headquarters.

There, the leader of the resistance, a mutant named Eric Lensherr, introduces him to the others. The resistance consists of:

Matt Murdock, a former lawyer who was blinded as a child when nazi soldiers beat him near to death after killing his mother, who was holding religious services for Jews and Jehova's Witnesses in the basement of the tenament building where they lived.

Peter Parker, a super powered teenager who escaped from the Hitler Youth program.

Frank Castle, who's wife and sons were killed by soldiers after Frank, a soldier himself, disobeyed orders.

Scott Summers, one of Eric's protiges and a master stratigest who posseses the ability to emit powerful energy beans from his eyes.

Pietro, Eric's son who posseses superhuman speed.

Victor Von Doom, a brilliant scientist who's home country of Latveria was wiped out by the nazis, and fled here to America only to see it conquered aswell.

Ben Grimm, the leader of the Yancy Street Gang, who now serve as members of the resistance.

Wilson Fisk, a former gang leader who now seaks to reclaim his power.

Namor, an Atlantian Prince who fought beside Cap in the war.

Dr. Strange, a mystic who hopes to fulfil his oath as sorcerer supreme to make the world a better place.

They, along with the few hundred Americans and people from other countries who wish to see things as they once were, are the resistance. And, Cap becomes their leader.

I've got all sorts of ideas for nazi versions of vasrious heroes and villains. Also, Proffesor X and Jean Grey would be used, along with many other psychics, as human datas prosesors and are used to counter the resistance's actions.

1. They did that last year. Bendis wrote it. Of course, nothing happened in 75% of the comic. Oh, and she noticed Wanda was going crazy and prevented Disassembled from ever happening :down
2. There was an issue with "What if the FF got the same powers?" One where they all had Reeds powers, one where they all had Johnny's powers, etc. One story had her turn into a Man-Thing creature, completely mindless. Reed turned into The Brute (like his counter-Earth analog).

1. Not exactly, but there was a What If? where there was an explosion where one survived, minus his memory, and they THOUGHT it was Peter. After a few months he got his memory back that he was the clone, and had been shacking up with MJ and baby May.
2. Happened. Two part story. BC wound up killed and Peter went on to romance Silver Sable.

I would have liked: What If Kraven the Hunter had never gone insane, and Kraven's Last Hunt didn't happen?

Cool. My idea was to have basically most of the core Avengers be nazi super soldiers. And actually, now that I think of it, I'd have most of the major heroes either be nazi super soldiers, imprisoned, or dead (so I'd take Spidey out of the resistance). What's left with the resistance are villains and not as popular heroes. Plus, I've got great ideas for what evil versions of the various heroes would look like. Wolverine would be very pale and completely hairless, with all sorts of metal bits sticking out of his skin where they implanted mind control devices that they used the brain wash him.

Thanks. I'd also have Reed and Sue Richards be scientists working under Dr. Zola. The Hulk would be locked up in a maximum security prison with adimantium walls. And, I'd have it revealed at the end that The Red Skull killed Hitler and took his place years ago, and in turn, The Red Skull's aprentice killed him and took his place years later. And, The Red Skull's aprentice would have been Rick Jones, who is now the leader of the third reich.

You ever read Warren Ellis' Planetary? Looking at the Wildstorm equivilent of Dr. Richards (Dr. Randle Dowling) he could be quite a scary amoral scientist type.

And LoL Rick Jones, nazi. Does he have the Quantum Bands too?

Oh yeah, I love Planetary. I've missed a few issues, but it's been pretty ****ing late. Yeah, if he were even remotely like Dowling, he'd be ****ing creepy. Although, I'd write nazi Reed witha bit of a conscience. He doesn't really like what he does, but he does it anyway in the name of science.

Also, as for Dowling being Reed's Wildstorm equivalent, I personally like to pretend that Planetary is out of continuity with the rest of Wildstorm. Having The Authority and the Wildcats running around all high profile and the like kind of takes away from the idea that there's an amazing world just beneath the surface that almost everyone's never seen.

And LoL Rick Jones, nazi. Does he have the Quantum Bands too?

Yeah, but Captain Marvel didn't want to work for Jones, so he had his scientists destroy Cap's null feild and he was vaporised by the negative zone. The main reason Red Skull chose Rick as his aprentice is because he saw a bit of himself in him. Kid growing up on the streets, no hope, alot of hidden anger. Perfect aprentice to mold into your image.

Mockingbird was still alive, and while fighting a legion of Ultron robots, she put sonic transpoders on them that allowed Hawkeye to be able to hear, and hit them, with his bow, using arrows that disrupted their internal systems, rendering them useless.

Already done. What if.... Doom became Sorceror Supreme? He wound up leading a team of marvel heroes, including a distrustful Reed Richards, against an invading army from Dormmamu's dimension. He was critically injured in the fight. Right before he died, he summoned some robots to kidnap Dr. Stephen Strange, who he previously had dealings with and sensed his mystical potential. Like with Kristoff, they forced an upload of all of Doom's memories and personality files.

Actually, the dartboard thing isn't that far fetched. Zen archers are able to do stuff like that. Hell, that was the kind of training Daredevil had to hone his senses.

Well, I was gonna say "What If Thor Killed the Marvel Universe?" in the same vein as the Punisher one, Future Imperfect, etc., but then it occurred to me that that basically happened in the King Thor saga.

So I'd go with "What If Sersi and Proctor Joined Forces?" Instead of the Black Knight breaking Sersi free of Proctor's mind control, allowing her to kill him and regain her sanity, Sersi kills the Black Knight. Proctor sees this and, instead of killing this final Sersi to rid the universe of her completely, he sees her as a chance to finally make up for his Sersi's leaving him. They get together and the multiverse cowers before their might. The end. :)

I'd like to see What If.... the Thunderbolts took over the World? Basically, Jolt never joined the T-Bolts and never encouraged them to rise against Zemo (in ish #12). Zemo and Techno are able to use the bio-modem to brainwash the world and disable the technology.... until Moonstone leads her own revolt against Zemo and his forces.

Or... What If... the Avengers never Disassembled? Granted, this one would be a little harder, since it's still fairly recent, but.... With Stark's stock so low, the Avengers would become more of the government's responsibility, with them taking on the Avengers hefty bills. The Young Avengers would actually be a government sponsored youth program, much to the dismay of Cap. Eventually, his dismay with the goverment would cause him to storm off and leave the team, taking many Avengers with him, and the government would recruit their own New Avengers.

What If Hawkeye didn't die during "Disassembled"? I could easily see the Avengers not disbanding (sure, some might leave, but probably not ALL of them), Cap would have an easier time in his own series (heck, maybe Hawkeye would even lend a hand like Falcon is now) and, possibly the biggest of all, Hawkeye wouldn't have been involved in the time trial, She-Hulk wouldn't have gotten in trouble with the T.V.A. and Two-Gun Kid would still be trapped.

What If the MU were not Decimated? Don't really think this would be the greatest of issues, but I guess things would go about the same as they were pre-HoM...

What If Ben Reilly joined with Venom? They fought, the Scarlet Spider separated Venom and Brock and the symbiote tried to join him, but Ben was able to fight him off. Well... if things went differently, the SS would have been wounded worse and barely conscious. He falls to his feat after he beats Venom. The symbiote crawls over him, patching his wounds and joining with him. Maybe the symbiote's even able to prevent the cellular decay? The symbiote keeps him alive during the Goblin fight, and he hits the road again to start life anew, using the symbiote to help disguise him, alter his fingerprints, etc.

What If..... the Legacy virus was never cured?

Wouldn't this be just like it was a couple of months ago before they brought in the winter soldier? I'd like to see what would have happened if Bucky DIDN'T die. But not like in the Ultimates. What if the Avengers were created by Bucky right after cap died in order to keep his spirit alive in a way. So by modern times there is a huge network of superbeings all working together. Almost like the version of the x-men in bishops future.

It's been done. Basically, the symbiot would have abandoned Peter for Thr Hulk and later Thor, absorbing both their abilities and becoming insanely powerful and then pwning most of The Avengers.

Imagine a Punisher who is faster, stronger, more agile, a spider-sense to warn him, can crawl on the walls and has a web-gun(yes, web-gun idea sucks, but its Castle, he'd make it a gun).

Not much to say. I read a couple of FF issues by Byrne, and an issue of Captain America by Gruenwald where he fought the Awesome Android. The editor he worked for praised his art for the Captain America book Steve worked on, as he thought Steve "really got the essence of Captain America in his drawings." :) Kind of meta, when you think about it, a character doing the art for his own book based on his "real life" adventures.

What If... Peter Parker wasn't raised by Uncle Ben and Aunt May

In this story Uncle Ben and Aunt May died before Peter's parents did. Peter grew up in an orphanage close to where he was supposed to grow up. his life continues much as it originally did, including Peter becoming a big brain, unwittingly gaining the affections of Jessica Jones, and being bitten by a radioactive spider.

However, Dr. Doom at this time is looking for a student, someone to teach his ways. as he goes over the lists of orphans, he finds none are smarter than Peter Parker. the adoption goes through according to plan (thanks to some political preassure). and Peter is adopted and moved to Latveria, where he happily reveals to his new father his powers. Peter, out of a desperate need to be loved, becomes a loving son, and loyal prince of Latveria. Doom begins to instruct Peter on the use of sorcery as well as the advanced sciences. soon it isn't teach Peter so much as researching with the boy. Quickly the two begin to push the boundries of Science and Sorcery far beyond that which we now enjoy.

On a trip to America, Doom is demanding better trading laws, and the UN is having to listen because of the advancments Latveria has made have made it a major player in technology.

While this goes on, Peter Von Doom (He took his father's name with Pride) tours the city, trying to understand what it is about this place that his father hates so much, when he sees a flying woman. of course this isn't so strange in this world. PEter follows her curiously. using his magical powers he notices that she isn't in control of her mind. he restrains her using the webbing he desgined for his father, and then shatters the control on her mind, in fact, making her immune to such a form of mind control in the future. With that, Jessica Jones is freed of the Purple-Man's thrall. She recognizes Peter instantly and her love for him flares again. he flies her back to his suite at the Latverian Embassy and commands his servants to watch after her. he then goes to Doom and begs him to deal with the Purple-Man. Peter believes his will isn't strong enough to stand up to the mind control, but he knows that Doom's is.

Doom agrees to take care of it. when he returns later that night he sees his adoptive son sitting in front of a crackling fire holding hands with the girl he rescued. the wedding takes place only months later, and Jessica Jones changes her code name to "Crown Jewel" as she is now the future queen of Latveria. She becomes this about a year later when Doom is actually killed in a fight with the FF. Peter, enraged at the loss of his father, goes into seclusion for a months, not being seen by anyone, even his wife. he is next seen in Asguard with Loki behind him in chains. Because Peter doesn't have the ego that Doom did he is able to successfully bargain, and he makes a bargain with Odin. Peter's chains are able to hold any god, and he will surrender them to Odin to control his surly son, in exchange for help in capturing the FF. Thor and Peter make short work of the FF, Peter imprisoning them in cages meant for each of them. he gives them the ultimatim: at dusk tomorrow, one of you will die. I would like to kill you all, but honor and Latverian justice will only allow me to take one life from you. You may chose who it is I kill, you will tell me at dawn. Throughout the night the FF work furiously trying to find a way out, so that they don't come up with a decision, and three of them instead remain defiant. Ben Grimm calls out when Peter enters, "Its me... you'll kill me." Peter nodds and has Ben transferred to another cell filled with lavish settings. Peter honors Ben and scolds the rest saying that they are cowards. he gives Ben a lavish last meal and kills him painlessly with a neurotoxin. Then realizing the honor the man had, he errects a statue in his honor in Doomstadt. Peter ascends the throne of Latveria, and the FF disband.

There could be another one, a companion peice, where in the FF adopt Peter, obviously after their powers, and after his powers. He grows into the second smartest man on the planet as he studies with his father, Reed, and he becomes the same compassionate person thanks to the love of his mother, sue.

Peter actually becomes the one to marry the fake Alicia Masters, and when she is revealed to be really Lyja the skrull, he refuses to divorce her. for months they struggle, eventually falling in love all over again. Peter's inner strength cause her to reveal the secret of the Super-Skrull device in the Tarnax system. Peter and Lyja go there together to get information on it, accidently exposing both Peter and Lyja to the device in the process.

they make it home, Lyja now a Super-Skrull, and Peter now with the powers of a Skrull, to do what Peter was hoping to do in the first place. help his Unlce Ben. because of the advanced understanding of the Power Cosmic that the Skrulls had, Peter is able to actually reverse Ben's mutation to the point where Ben can turn it on and off. In retaliation however, the Skrull army of Tarnax attacks, decimating parts of New York, including Yancy Street. the Fantastic Six strike back, but accidently destroy one of the last two Skrulls with claims to the throne, the other being Lyja. Peter and Lyja leave earth to rebuild the Skrull empire.

Sorry but for some reason I'm liking the possiblities of the "What if Peter Parker were an orphan?"

so, in the orphanage, gets his powers, shows off.

Peter is picked up by Xavier for the original X-Men, and Hank McCoy is left with his family. Peter takes Hank's place on the team, being their scientific council, but instead of Jean falling in love with Cyclops, she begins to fall for Peter, who loves her back. their relationship blooms. Peter fulfills most of Beast's roles including accidently exposing himself to an experiment changin him, but instead of becoming the blue beast, Peter grows two extra sets of arms, which quickly be come a joke at the school. Krakoa comes, but luckily the X-Men have their secret weapon: Peter. Krakoa can only feed on the mutant powers, not Peter's. Because of Peter all the X-Men but Cyclops are able to flee Krakoa in time.

Now the future is wide open, Peter becomes close friends with Kurt, and Eventually marries Jean, but the Dark Phoenix arrives in time to seriously mess things up. Peter has shown the capacity to absorb Phoenix force in our world, and he is able to do so in this one. Peter, trying to revive Jean's memory of their love kisses her passionately, absorbing some of the Phoenix's energy into him. it is sadly Peter that must now be killed as the Dark Phoenix enjoys the use of his body, adding Jean's powers to his.

They actually did an issue or two like that but it wasn't in a "What If..." I think it was in "Web of Spider-Man". The cover showed a picture of Spider-Hulk, basically the Hulk wearing a ripped up Spidey suit. I don't remember the exact issues though. :venom:

Here is my favorite type of what if.

What if Peter Parker was Patrisha Parker?

Everything else is the same other than that on the day the Parker's child was born it was a girl instead of a boy.

Patrisha grows up to be a brainy wallflower constanly teased by Liz Allen she is bitten by the spider and learns the same lesson in as her male couter part. Becomeing the Amazing Spider-Woman.
After tragicly losing her first love Harry Osborn at the hands of his father she later marries her long time admirer and friend Johnny Strorm.

Early during her adventures she meets up with Jessica Drew and the two fight over the right to the name. Patrisha wins and Jessica takes the name Madame Web only to find out that that name is also already taken. This leads to a long running joke that Jessica cannot seem to find a name that isn't already taken.:)

SHIELD took possession of the mindless servant drones, but the autonomous clones live in a more complicated puzzle: they can't tell who the real Peter Parker is. They know it isn't the scarred Kaine, or the flexible Spider-Cide, but that leaves four more clones. slowly the settle into their own identities; Spider-Man, Scarlet Spider, Dusk, and Captain Universe. with the Uni-power returned to one of them, and the other three looking identicle, it is unknown who is who, or even who is married to MJ.

QUESTION: the 2004 what if? where pete is raised by uncle ben and not aunt may - is that the same universe uncle ben was plucked from to be put in the recent Friendly Neighbourhood Spider-Man issues? It sounds like it. basically pete becomes a film star/entertainer and loses touch with Uncle Ben right? (however unrealistic that is. i mean pete should still be ruled by responsibility - more so when ben is alive ; he wasnt a nasty guy before ben died in amazing fantasy 15, he was just a bit peeved with the man that didnt pay him; pete shoulda still felt guilt over aunt may - its a natural part of recovery; ergo he should still have become a hero)

It's for a future project... Basically just a lame mash-up of some renders, but still :spidey:...
It's based off the concept that in the Maximum Carnage story arc, the heroes failed and Carnage's twisted little 'family' won, and obliterated most of society, save the few rebels who lived to fight Carnage, mainly out of revenge rather than for the world, which is beyond salvation. I worked out a basic storyline for it, lot's of heroes are dead, even some of Spidey's forces (eg. Captain America, Mr. Fantastic, Invisible Woman, Aunt May and Mary Jane, etc.).

What if Sue Storm has received Ben Grimm's mutation?

Not sure if it's been said but there was an issue (actually have it myself), where all the fantastic 4 recieved the same mutation. One where they were all torches, another all stretchy (all of them commented how stupid a power it was lol), all invisible, and one where they were all like the thing. Mr. Fantastic and grimm fought, Johnny was depressed, and when they turned to Sue she was the ugliest of all almost like swamp or man thing. She had been so shocked she couldn't speak any longer, just stare. They took her and the others to monster island.

hrm...what if the xmen assasinated Prof. X...that would be kinda weird...kinda cool though...dunno why though...images/smilies/doom.gif

This happened too and have it as well lol. Cable assasinates Prof. X, Cyclops, and Jean while their eating dinner, titled "What if cable killed the X-Men". The remaining X-Men track down Cable and his team, Wolverine kills Cable in 1 on 1 combat after Cable says, "We've always been too evenly matched Wolverine, this fight won't end", when Wolverine says, "That was for play, now this is for keeps" and impales Cable. Half the team follows Storm, some follow Wolverine.

Second part of this is "What if Magneto took over the US" or something like that and have it too. Storm's team is massacred because with half the X-men gone and Prof. X, Scott, and Jean dead Storm's team is overwealmed as villains pour out of the wood works so to speak. Eventually only Storm and Psylocke live and join Magneto who set up residence in New York I believe. They sent sentinels after him one by one and eventually they send one with a nuke in it. Psylocke warns Magneto but it's too late, the sentinel blows up killing them all. Wolverine's team on the other hand had trouble keeping up with him and his blood lust, that's when Psylocke left his team to join storm. Later on after Magneto's death, with sentinels now everywhere Wolverine frees a bunch of mutants (mostly B-list but a few good ones) and reforms the X-Men at the end.

Heh, missed that one I guess. Happened in "What if Fantastic 4 all had the same powers too tho" cause I have it in front of me heh. But in that one they had 4 separate stories where they all gained the same power at the same time, 4 torches, 4 stretchy, 4 thing, 4 invisible.

I don't know if this is a WHAT IF, but its along those lines.

Marvel 2099: Hulk 2099 versus the Incredible Hulk.

The year is 2099, and their Hulk meets Bruce Banner. He is still alive and kicking, perhaps he was frozen this whole time, or more likely the Hulk part of him wont let him die. He doesn't even look a day over 60 or 70.
But Bruce Banner has been turning into the Hulk,
thats how Hulk 2099 got word of Banner,
So He tries to stop Hulk/Bruce. But just like in the 90s, no one can stop the Hulk.
The entire Marvel 2099 gets involved, Spider-Man, X-Men, Fantastic Four, Hulk, Punisher, Rage, the Avengers, everyone tries to stop him.

I don't know how it ends, maybe they freeze him, but Bruce Banner as the Hulk nearly kills every hero, has almost destroyed every building,
and almost brings an end to 2099 all on his own.

WHAT IF Every character in Marvel, every character, was a clone of Spider-Man?

What if every single Marvel character (Storm, Captain America, Ghost Rider, Nick Fury, Jean Grey, Moondragon, everyone) was altered clones of Peter.
The cloned him, and mutated or changed the DNA, making them different but basically clones of Peter.

What if the alien costume had stayed good and innocent?

The morning after the night in the belltower Peter notices that he is several feet from whear he lost consiousness. He then realizes that the alien had saved his life even though he had wanted to kill it. Racked with guilt and believing himself a killer he returns to church several days later. When he reaches the alter he breaks down and starts to cry. Slowly an inky black puddle aproches him and touches his hand. Startled he jumps away. Fearing more rejection the alien starts to flee but is stoped by Peter who then takes responsiblity and alows the costume to bond with him vowing to teach her right from wrong and protect her as she protected him.

Peter and his living costume learn more about eachother each day and start truly work together becoming a more effective hero than Peter ever was alone.Peter even designs a heat and sound proof container for her to retreat into to avoid thermal and sonic threats(and when he wants some privacy with mary jane.)

The only real problem occurs when the alien has an offspring and Peter must find a sutible host for it.

Now who could use a living costume?:confused:

I was kind of thinking of the same idea, but mine was more along the lines of "What if the symbiote didn't try to bond with Peter?". It would go along similar lines as the original story but the suit didn't make Pete work out in his sleep and Pete just got curious one day and went to Reed Richards to find out what his suit was and how it did all the things it did. Reed does his tests and finds out the suits alive. Peter freaks out a bit but Reed has him calm down and explains that it is a symbiote (a real one not the parasite/symbiote thing in the regular 616). I'm not too sure about the ending though, maybe there should be two different endings. One where Peter accepts the Symbiote and later has to battle it's offspring and another where he rejects it and it still goes and becomes Venom (a la 616).

Hulk 2099 was a different guy, as human I think he was a blond guy. And as Hulk he became a big green lizard like creature. Like the Hulk but with sharp teeth, a lizard like mouth and nose, red eyes, claws on his hands and feet, and black hair going down his back.
I am pretty sure he was a different guy.
Thats why it would be cool for him to face the Hulk/Bruce Banner, the real Hulk.

Because, from The Hulk the end, Hulk wont let Bruce die. So he would still be around in 2099.

What if Ultimate Marvel and regular marvel merged?

There would be parts of regular Marvel and parts of ultimate Marvel, like Green Goblin would be his regular self, but maybe Nick Fury or Captain America would be Ultimate.
There would have to be some sort of conflict so, maybe it all starts with the two worlds meeting, then suddenly their worlds start to merge and they have to figure out what is happening in order to stop it and save both of their worlds.
But as the story continues the worlds keep merging and ultimate character replace regular marvel characters and vise versa. And its not a perfect Merge at first, the merging seems chaotic and speradic. But it continues changing more and more of their Universes. Near the very end its the main heroes Spider-Man, Ultimate Spider-Man, Captain America, Best, and a few more characters find out whats causing all this.
Maybe is Ultimate Beyonder and regular Beyonder trying to Merge or fight, or one is trying to merge while the other is fighting. Or maybe The Beyonder created Ultimate Marvel in this "WHAT IF", and he decided to merge both.

The heroes try to stop him but the end result is a perfect merging of the two worlds, some ultimate characters and plotlines replace regular marvel and vise versa. No one really remembers what happened, to them it is just their regular universe. And the Beyonder watches and is entertained.

Oh no. I thought it might be an interesting idea. But I like regular Marvel the way it is, this is just a WHAT IF.
I think it would be neat to see at the end characters mixed.
For example regular Marvel Beast would replace Ultimate Beast since U Beast is dead,
Ultimate Kraven might replace regular Kraven since regular is dead,
Ultimate Thor might replace regular Thor.
I would assume the more dominant personalities would take over,
and most would be regular Marvel since they are the originals.
But sometimes they would merge, like Nick Fury. Who would still be his Ultimate version only aged to regular Marvel's age and have regular Marvel's personality.
Or Captain America, who would have Ultimate Cap's costume (plus the little wing things) but have regular Marvel's personality.
People's origins get merged, regular Peter was bitten by a genetically altered super spider at Osbourne labs. And Victor Von Dam (who is Dr. Doom) was with Reed and the others when they becme the Fantastic Four. But nothing happened to him.
Regular Norman Osborne would take Ultimate Green goblin's place, while Ultimate harry Osborne would take regular Harry's place since regular Harry is dead.
Maybe in a few rare cases there would even be two versions left, like an Ultimate Dr. Octopus and a regular Dr. Octopus.
And i have changed my mind, everyone remembers what happened.
But there is absolutely no way they can undo any of it.

good! lol. glad we agree. apparently after the crossover between supreme power and ultimate universe, ultimate power, there will be a permanent (or as good as) switch. but thats Earth-1610 and Earth-31916 :up: guess that could be interesting. i read ultimates and really want a movie of it and will be buying the trade for ultimate spider-man clone saga but i love my earth-616 mainstream marvel universe as it is :up:

What If The Runaways had Never Re-Runaway.

after the defeat of their parents and the death of Alex Wilder, the surviving Runaways were sent to foster homes. Later they ran away from these homes and rejoined eachother and ranaway once more.

Chase: ever with the itchy feet he couldn't stay. he didn't trust anyone. Chase dissapeared into the night to be all but forgotten by his foster family.

Gert hopped a bus to New York, talked her way into The Avengers Mansion, leaving guilt ridden guards in her wake. she finally confronts Tony Stark who agrees to release Old Lace on the condition that both Gert and Old Lace live in the mansion. They did so, making a fine living and they were even able to alert the other Avengers to the growing insanity of Wanda because of Gert's ever present scrutiny and Old Lace's sense of smell which picked up the ever shifting scent of children and other things.

Nico Minoru was sent back to the orphanage by her foster family because she was "evil". Nico had become dedicated to discovering the powers her parents once possesed as she had nothing better to do. She continued her studies, rarely relying on the Staff of One, while back at the orphanage. Her experiments brought her to the attention of Dr. Strange. He offered to apprentice her.

Karolina ran away, due to the insane preassure her foster family put on her. Also the secret growing inside of her was dying to be let out. when The fantastic Four came through on a publicity tour she begged to join them. given the fantastic nature of her powers they let her "intern" with them. There she learned about her people and about other alien races.

Molly was spirited and loveable and as such was adopted by a human family not long into her stay with the X-Corp orphanage. Most thought she was a traitor for allowing it, but Molly didn't see the world in terms of Human Vs. Mutant. Her foster parents loved Molly deeply, though they sensed something troubling about the young girl. She was hiding something.

gert kept the Avenger's together, but Captain America stepped down because he'd ignored the decay of one of his team members and friend's minds. Tony lead the team in Steve's absence and made Gert an official reserve Avenger. when the Future version of Gert arrived they researched things carefully and quitely extracted both Victor and Marianella so that Ultron wouldn't be able to take them. Marianella was given a job at the new Stark Towers that paid enough for her and Victor to live in the city. Victor had his "sleeper" program deleted by the Vision and was given special access to Stark tower to get to know his "Brother". He was also a part of the Young Avengers when they formed, taking the name "Quioxte" saying he liked the irony.

After M-day Molly refused to leave her foster family. the foster family had started legal action to that effect, but O.N.E. was trying to roll over them and just take Molly. Molly expressed exactly how much she didn't like that idea by literally ripping three O.N.E. transports to bits with her hands. The legal action began to snowball, and while they did win, it wasn't until after Molly's foster parents were assassinated. She managed to ger herself emancipated despite her legal age.

Chase re-emerged from time to time with is finger prints at certain homicides or robberies. all that was ever said was that he struck quickly, killed without hesitation, and didn't hurt the innocent. his victims were crack dealers and meta-crims. they one day found a man layed on in front of the Beverly Center. they identified him as an MGH pusher known as Pusher-Man. however all the technology and magical artifacts he was known for using had been taken. His consigliari, Stick, is still missing.

When Xavin landed, the Fantastic Four helped Karolina finally confess the secret she had been keeping buried so deep, the fact that she was gay. Xavin happily changed for her, but Ben Grimm put in one last word to the Super-Skrull-In-Training; "She's parta d' family. You make her cry... I make you cry." With the Fantastic Four to back them up, the marraige and peace accord went off without a hitch.

Nico was killed when a man came in to steal something from Dr. Strange. She died so that Wong could be cured of his cancer and Dr. Strange could reproduce the blessed elixer.

What if Dr. Doom led the Avengers?

Basically, the story takes place imediately after the storyline where The Avengers detatched from the U.S. government and became a U.N. sanctioned task force, much to the U.S. defense department's chagrin. However, in this version of things, Dr. Doom takes advantage of the situation and, using his influence in the U.N., makes himself a member of the team. The story then shows how the team changes over the next few years, with Doom gaining more and more influence over his teammates and more and more influence over the team's roster changes. Ultimately, The Avengers roster is:

As the years pass in the story, we see the team, under Doom's influence, take on morals that are more akin to Wildstorm's Authority. The former members of The Avengers then have to battle against the new team for the sake of the planet.
