That is a great shot, Sueprman looking down on the city he loves. I would want them to take it one step further. The Superman floating high over Metropolis as the concept art.

I like that tagline as well, I think they are going with Look to the Sky though right?

This would be the best poster in my opion. Its great. Do you think the clouds would letter better in day time maybe? with white and blue instead of black and orange. This one looks fantastic the way it is though!!

Well, I'm sort of hoping there's NO billing, but if there is, I'm pretty sure Spacey and Bosworth will go before Routh. Routh, I don't think, had the kind of pull during contract negotiations to mandate above the title credits placement over both Bosworth and Spacey.

... Maybe it will be shown at Showest this friday, maybe not... But come to think about it, this is one subject that hasn't been discussed too much, and seeing how the official movie poster is soon revealed, I thought the time was right to discuss just what you wish it to look like!??

Maybe people will be dissapointed?? It could be a VERY simple looking poster we're in for here... I mean just look at the teaser poster.. that was mearly the logo with a blue background, nothing more... And when seeing the posters to the first movie from 1978, it could mean that Singer wants to go with something as simple as that.. I mean the movie poster for STM was just superman flying towards the screen, with the city in the background.. Would that work today?? I mean if that's what we'll get than how different can it be from all the pics we've already seen of Routh posing as superman up until now? Personally I'd love to see a more dramatic movie poster.. Something uniqe, cause a movie poster with simply superman flying towards you is not all that great. What do you think?

For some reason I'm visualisng it simiar to the begins poster where it's kinda his silouhette against the the sun setting. In this case its like the silouhette of clark as Superman and you can see the S curl (like in the taser) and its set against the sun setting on Kent farm and a S at the bottom.

Has anyone thought about this. Have a holographic type poster? Maybe of the one of him flying in front of the sun. As you walk by it, as he's hovering, he sort of moves up and down with his cape flapping behind him. Or they could have one of him as clark and as you walk by he changes to Superman.

Why even show his face? I would have a behind the person view of him hovering over Metropolis, with the Daily Planet visible in the city, just to show us what he's seeing and his feelings of finally being back.

That's a good idea. Maybe even similiar to the last shot of the teaser with him hovering over Met. at night with the clouds.

Haha, I whipped this one up fast. It sucks because of poor source quality. If anyone else can make it professional, please do. Maybe if that guy that does the great drawings seabass or something (sorry, can't think of his name...I'm extremely tired!) can make a nice behind view of Superman.

It's really just more of what I would like the poster to look like, with much better quality that is.

I don't know man. I am not sure if I want to see that ensemble style poster for Superman. I want something more classy. Look how cheesy the X-Men posters look. I like the Superman posters I have seen with just him hovering in the sky.

we will get more posters. so it is possible that we will get a poster where everyone is on. but you can be sure that thre will be a poster just with superman.

the two poster in showest were superman from the fortress and a poster with superman and lois.but some people said that it say returns. which means that this are only teaser posters. the final posters will come end may and june.

i hope they are quality. BB posters were incredible. they were epic. so superman must be more epic than batman .it is superman for christ sake.

it would be cool to see superman holding lois like that.
