Marlo Chandler, Rick Jones' wife. I wanna say Orion is a red head, but I can't find a pic of him with his helmet off. I'm fairly certain one of the New Gods is red headed, but I don't know those characters that well.

An obscure X-Force character, Grizzly, had red fur.

There is also Lana Lang who pre crisis had 2 super hero identities and was a member of the Legion Reserve. The White Witch was also a redhead. So are Lightning Lad,his sister and Sun Boy. I don't remember what names they have used since the reboot but it is doubtedly still true
