He is the manifestation of everything that Bruce feels guilty about, whether it is because of his own actions or Hulks, so yes he is the most powerful Hulk, which is why Bruce keeps him locked up.

No, it would not make him the "powerfullest" person in Marvel. :rolleyes: There are many, many people in between the Hulk and LT.

There are other characters that are more powerful than the most powerful Hulk, but I don't think many. You have to go to the cosmics and celestials for that.

As far as characters go that aren't Galactus level, Hulk smashes all because his strength knows no bounds.

Back to the main topic, "GUIILT HULK"??? Who coined that? What issues did he appear in? What did he look like? What writer wrote him? WHY?

But for the record, I believe Surfer could take War out too. I mean, he's got a ton of cosmic power to do so. I just take War Hulk (and a very ticked savage Hulk) to be favored over Surfer, that's all.

Yep! I think Devil Hulk would be way more dangerous than a guilt Hulk. The Devil Hulk was the part of Banner that was totally amoral. A personality like that with the power of Hulk could decimate most of the MU before they found a way to stop him. IF they could.
