Would you like to see Batman incorporate the "weaponized hallucinogen" into his arsenal in future movies?

Then he would be no better than the Scarecrow in terms of good vs bad

We're obviously assuming that Batman would use non-lethal dosages of the toxin, if he were going to use it at all. So, if he's simply causing his enemies to suffer hallucinations and/or panic, how does that make him as bad as Scarecrow?

Batman doesn't need fear gas to scare people.

I agree. He doesn't need the gas since his whole visage is suppose to strike fear into the hearts of criminals. But it would be cool to see his enemies freak like a bad acid trip all the time.

That is one of the dumbest things I have seen almost next to "Lucius Fox should fight the Penguin"....of course Bats SHOULDN'T use fear gas. -_-
fear gas is afraid of batman.
Reminds me of five other Batman facts...
1. Batman does not get frostbite. Batman bites frost.
2. Outer space exists because it's afraid to be on the same planet with Batman.
3. When Batman does a pushup, he isn’t lifting himself up, he’s pushing the Earth down.
4. Batman's hand is the only hand that can beat a Royal Flush.
5. When the Boogeyman goes to sleep every night, he checks his closet for Batman.

I'm pretty sure those are just Vin Diesel facts with the Word "Batman" inserted.
But that doesn't stop them from being true.

After watching the movie Serenity my friend is flipping channels and she stumbles across a channel showing marathons of some Chuck Norris cartoon....I didn't even know he had his own cartoon...it was hilarious but at the same time disturbing...was crap...

Again, I do not think Bats should have his own fear gas to use against bad guys...but it would be cool to see Scarecrow use his other stuff if in a future Nolan film (like in As the Crow Flies ).

Batman arming himself with fear gas to scare his foes...I don't like that idea.
Let Crane keep the fear gas. I hope he returns to be captured in Batman 2.

^What are you two talking about? I am having trouble because the batadz quote you are using Soundwave88 does not make sense anyway. I cannot tell what point he is trying to make in his statement you quoted.

Working with chemical warfare is a huge risk.......Batman doesn't know the long term affects they might have, or health risks. Essentially, think of it as a drug that never got approved by the FDA. Bats could do more harm than good. Not to mention that if he slightly slips too much of a dosage (even just a little) it could send some guy to jump off a roof out of pure fear. Or, he could infect himself or even Alfred with long term damage of some kind.
Basically, too risky.....he could cause massive insanity within himself.
Now.....that's the technical answer. The real answer is, the Goddamn Batman doesn't need it. Fear Gas is, clinical tests have shown, actuall afraid of the Goddamn Batman. Wow. Wowwy. Wowwy Wow. Wow.

It's a ridiculous idea. SO ridiculous that Frank Miller already came up with almost exactly the same idea in Dark Knight Returns. The only difference is that the chemical Batman used was from the military.
I'm sure Batman could play the supergenius card and alter the gas for his own purposes, or just reduce the dosage.

Damn you Miller. :(
Batman using chemical warfare is a no no...anti-toxin? Well duh of course...but Batman should not use those. :down
