Something doesn't add up here. A VERY spoiler-ish tv spot it seems, with only one person saying they have seen it, and they still haven't put it online.

TAS Rogue was a very different beast to movieverse Rogue. In terms of personalities, the two are very different.

I really hope Rogue doesn't take the cure, because it would render the theme of the movie meaningless.

X Men is all about being accepted, the mutants by the humans, as well as coming to terms with themselves. Then there is the plot about the cure, which I think is really strong: would you give up that what makes you *you*?
From what we know, Angel didn't like his mutation either, but still denied the cure, because it didn't feel right. Same with Beast, he tried to cure his mutation himself, but made it worse. It seems that in X3, he has accepted accepted his mutation, and even though he has a chance, he's not taking the cure.

I understand that Rogue's powers are would be difficult to live with, and she might be better of taking the cure, but now it seems like this movie is saying that it would be better if you'd just fit in the crowd.

As I said, I really hope she won't take the cure. As been posted before, that line in the trailer "I'm sorry Bobby, this is me", seems to hint at it that she won't.
It's a powerful line, and I hope it means we'll get to see a more self-assured Rogue. :)

The Alcatraz scene was gonna be earlier in the movie remember? around the 2nd act...They moved it towards the end and made it part of the finale..

Are we sure this is from the DR scene? Maybe it's more towards the end (providing she keeps her powers...). Cus it would seem kinda cool to save the best use of her powers until then IMO. But of course it could just be the DR.

Oh he was, he was either hidden behind magento in the forest or you only saw his arm next to quill before the shot cut away. Because no one knew anything about him, we just presumed that the arm belonged to multiple man who appeared to be the next in line on the log. Ill see if i can get a screen cap :up:

What I think happens is that she goes down there to take the cure, Iceman follows her trying to stop her, Pyro shows up sent by Magneto to destroy the clinic( scene of clinic exploding with the police around it). Iceman And Pyro confrontation............And Rogue never gets to take the cure.
