Attention! A New Spot Has Been Shown!

It was a variation on tv spot #13 with Kitty tossing down the guard but with a few new changes..

They inserted an extended shot of the soldier and the truck flying in the air, seemingly being demol'd, they showed the shot of Mystique in the interrogation room morphing into Magneto, and I think there was something else near the beginning that was changed slightly...I can't remember exactly...

I saw it during Smackdown.. :D

ANOTHER new tv spot,..slightly...

I saw it during Family Guy on TBS

It was a variation of tv spot #12...(spot 12B, if you will.. :p )The only main difference is that they cut out the shot of Mystique transforming into human and changed it to the shots from the trailer that shows the Worthington building and those soldiers walking in the forest with guns..

Heh...I'm seeing more of X3 on TV than See No Evil, Over the Hedge, and Da Vinci...No doubt it has something to do with the shows that I watch, and I DO fall in within the main demographic that the X-Men movies appeal to, so I guess it's no surprise... :p

Yeah, I just saw a NEW variation of Tv spot #2, the alarm spot, During Futurama on TBS...The only difference I noticed was that originally, when Storm spins and smacks Quills down with a bolt, he just kinda stumbles over. They've replaced that with the newer version where he just goes flying across the street.. :D

I never realised how much Magneto rocks, in both movies (and so it seems in the third aswell). He easily has some of the best lines. I love the one in X2:

I love that line!! Especially the way Magneto kinda growls "Maybe it's time to play by theirs!" As much as I love Storm, Ian McKellen as Magneto is the BEST thing about these movies! Thank God they didn't make the mistake of killing him in X1 to make room for Sinister or Apocalypse or someone else!

My immediate guess it that it was easier to CG together two men that looked similar enough, one very...um..big and one small...With some CG tweaking here and there, it worked..

I guess they couldn't find two Caucasian men like that, so, they worked with what they had?

This movie definitely has a big mix up between popular and unknown appearances..

But, have you noticed that for the most part, the more recognizable characters are given bigger parts than the relatively unknowns? If Blob was gonna be put into this movie, they probably would've had to give him a role as big as Multiple Man's or something...

Saw another today with similar footage to the others. It started with Xavier saying "This Memorial Day..." but in this one, during the bullet-time scene the soldier that is launched towards the camera actually demolecularizes and disintegrates mid-air.
