HBO First Look will premiere on HBO on Monday, June 19 at 10:15 p.m.

Like other HBO First Looks specials, the one for Superman Returns will run 13 minutes.

Other air dates include...

Sunday - June 25 at 11:30 a.m.
Tuesday - June 27 at 10 a.m. and 9:45 p.m
Wednesday - June 28 at 5 p.m.
Thursday - June 29 at 7:45 a.m. and 11:45 p.m.
Friday - June 30 at 10:15 a.m.

Get your TIVO ready.

They did the same thing for Begins Much of it will be stuff we have already seen, but some will be pretty new interviews with Routh and Singer for sure...some effects people will chime in...

Now heres the problem for me, I want to watch this, but what if something really cool is revealed before the movie?? Ah, who am I kidding, I know I'll plan my whole day around that HBO First Look. Which is kinda sad really. I can't wait, sneak peeks are great!!

The first looks rarely reveal too much, and they really center around conversation so expect alot of talk from Singer on why , Routh on how he played Superman and Spacey on Luthor.

First looks can be a bit introspective, relating to how the actor/director feels about the character. There will of course be a lot of back patting...Routh saying how great Spacey and Singer are to work with and so forth and so on.

The most they may reveal is a new detail on the SFX, cause hey lets face it plenty there to talk about without giving away too much info

That's certainly good news as we get HBO here and considering that it also aired a first look for Btman Begins, I am expecting the SR first look to be aired too. Really looking forward to it.

Doesn't matter about the region code dude..i have multi region.. but your right engalnd is region 2.

cable is quite bad..so we use satalite tv..its digital and very cool.

unfortunatly the channels do not include HBO!!!!

Digital Sattellite is great man. Kind of like Direct TV or Dish Network here.

I thought it was region 2, wasn't sure if you had a multi region DVD player, but that is even better!

It was 40 extra dollars just for expanded cable for me just so I can watch the new season of Shield. I got that cancelled right after the season was over. However, when they came over to downgrade, they messed something up. I realized after they left they had borked my internet as well. The installer called and told me to simply remove the trap. So it looks like I still have expanded but am only paying for basic cable :cool:

Now some good news, they are talking about passing a bill to where you can pay for specific channels, i.e. you want HBO but don't want BET or Lifetime or something like that. It won't be passed by the 13 minute first look thing I imagine, but still.

And I'm sure the special will be "available" on the net shortly afterwards.

The HBO stuff = NOTHING SPECIAL. Mostly Interviews (with of course mostly info we already know if you follow that certain Movie) & few snipplets here & there nothing to brag about with the HBO stuff

Sadly i don't have HBO. I used to but i moved recently and i don't have HBO. to see a 13 minute preview of SR would have been great. But i'm still keeping my hopes up, i'm sure it'll be on the web. :up:

and if it doesnt show up on the web, look at it this way; like others have siad, its mainly going to be interviews, and it'll be even more than you didnt see when you get to the movie!:)
